As chronic antigenic stimulation from infection and autoimmunity is a feature of primary antibody deficiency(PAD),analysis of affected patients could yield insights into T-cell differentiation and explain how environmental exposures modify clinical phenotypes conferred by single-gene ***57 marks dysfunctional T cells that have differentiated after antigenic ***,while circulating CD57^(+)CD4^(+)T cells are normally rare,we found that they are increased in patients with PAD and markedly increased with CTLA4 haploinsufficiency or *** performed single-cell RNA-seq analysis of matched CD57^(+)CD4^(+)T cells from blood and tonsil *** CD57^(+)CD4^(+)T cells(CD4cyt)exhibited a cytotoxic transcriptome similar to that of CD8^(+)effector cells,could kill B cells,and inhibited B-cell ***4 restrained the formation of *** CD57 also marked an abundant subset of follicular helper T cells,which is consistent with their antigen-driven differentiation,this subset had a preexhaustion transcriptomic signature marked by TCF7,TOX,and ID3 expression and constitutive expression of CTLA4 and did not become cytotoxic even after CTLA4 ***,CD57^(+)CD4^(+)T-cell cytotoxicity and exhaustion phenotypes are compartmentalised between blood and germinal ***4 is a key modifier of CD4^(+)T-cell cytotoxicity,and the pathological CD4cyt phenotype is accentuated by infection.

The technology boom in microelectronics and telecommunication industry has presented a unique opportunity for nanomaterials. Nanomaterials enable the creation of unique devices, components and systems through the control of matter on a near molecular level. These new devices, components and systems will exhibit novel physical, chemical, mechanical, electrical, optical and biological properties. The synthesis processes of nanomaterials are reviewed and the applications of nanomatorials in microelectronics are discussed in this paper.

Knowledge Management （KM） is the next stage in the evolution of organizational transformation strategies. Total Quality Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Learning practices are the ingredients of knowledge management to strategize the organizational learning. Efforts to implement these strategies brought about the realization that a knowledge perspective is a requirement for competing in the challenging environment. Knowledge management may have different meaning depending on whether the perspective is coming from Operations, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or Finance. Knowledge management efforts typically focus on organizational vision such as improved performance, competitive advantage, innovations, sharing of learned lessons ＆ continuous learning resulting in sustaining of organizational effectiveness. There can be a distinguished focus on the management of knowledge as a strategic asset and a focus on encouraging the sharing of knowledge. KM efforts can help individuals and groups to share valuable organizational insights, to reduce redundant work, to avoid reinventing the wheel, to reduce training time for new employees, to retain intellectual capital as employees turnover in an organization, and to adapt to changing environments and markets （Mcadam ＆ McCreedy 2000）（Thompson ＆ Walsham 2004）. This paper is an attempt to study the drivers of knowledge management as motivation. As knowledge management programs can often lead to greater innovation, better customer experiences, consistency in good practices, knowledge access across a global organization, and other organizational benefits.

目的研究亚慢性染铝对断乳大鼠学习记忆和海马细胞内ca2+及磷脂酶C(phospholipaseC,PLC)、N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体α(NMDARα)表达的影响,以探讨铝损伤发育中大鼠学习记忆的可能机制。方法刚断乳Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为4组:对照组、低剂量组(饮用含0.2%AlCl3的蒸馏水溶液)、中剂量组(饮用含0.4%AlCl3的蒸馏水溶液)、高剂量组(饮用含0.6%AlCl3的蒸馏水溶液),每组10只。通过饮水亚慢性连续染毒90 d,跳台试验检测仔鼠学习记忆能力,荧光分光光度计法测定细胞内ca2+浓度,免疫印迹(Western blot)法测定PLC、NMDARα的表达。结果随着染铝剂量的增加,大鼠跳台试验的潜伏期明显缩短,低、中、高剂量组分别为(232.20±57.45)、(35.00±9.37)、(16.10±5.57)s,而错误次数明显增加,低、中、高剂量组分别为(1.10±0.74)、(2.20±0.92)、(3.40±1.51)次,与对照组[分别为(300.00±0.00)s、(0.00±0.00)次]比较,差异均有统计学意义(Pca2+]i浓度明显下降,差异亦有统计学意义(Pca2+水平,推测ca2+信号系统的紊乱可能是铝损害学习记忆能力的机制之一。

Ultrathin optical interference in a system composed of absorbing material and metal reflector has attracted extensive attention due to its potential application in realizing highly efficient optical absorption by using extremely thin semiconductor material. In this paper, we study the physics behind the high absorption of ultrathin film from the viewpoint of destructive interference and admittance matching, particularly addressing the phase evolution by light propagation and interface reflection. The physical manipulations of the ultrathin interference effect by controlling the substrate material and semiconductor material/thickness are examined. We introduce typical two-dimensional materials — i.e., MoS2and WSe2— as the absorbing layer with thickness below 10 nm, which exhibits ～ 90% absorption in a large range of incident angle(0°～70°). According to the ultrathin interference mechanism, we propose the ultrathin(cation and carefully examine the detailed optoelectronic responses by coupled multiphysics simulation. By comparing the same cells on SiO2substrate, both the short-circuit current density(up to 20 mA/cm~2) and the photoelectric conversion efficiency(up to 9.5%) are found to be increased by ～200%.

Comparative Analysis of Four Stem Taper Models for Quercus glauca in Mount Halla,Jeju Island,South Korea

This study was conducted to fit the diameter-height data of Quercus glauca in Jeju Island, South Korea to the four commonly used stem taper equations and to evaluate the performance of the four stem taper models using four statistical criteria: Fit index(FI), root mean square error(RMSE), bias( E), and absolute mean difference(AMD). Results showed that the Kozak02 stem taper equation provided the best FI(0.9847), RMSE(1.5745), E(-0.0030 cm) and AMD(1.0990 cm) while Max and Burkhart model had the poorest performance among the four stem taper models based on the four evaluation statistics(FI : 0.9793, RMSE : 1.8272, E : 0.3040 cm and AMD : 1.3060 cm). These stem taper equations can serve as a useful tool for forest managers in estimating the diameter outside bark at any given height, merchantable stem volumes and total stem volumes of the standing trees of Quercus glauca in the Gotjawal forests located in Mount Halla, Jeju Island, South Korea.

The prostate is an accessory sex gland that develops under precise androgenic control. It is known that hormonal imbalance may disrupt its development predisposing this gland to develop diseases during aging. Although the hypothesis regarding earlier origins of prostate diseases was proposed many years ago, the mechanisms underlying this complex phenomenon are poorly understood. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the prostates of old male gerbils exposed to testosterone during intrauterine and postnatal life using morphological, biometrical, stereological, Kariometric, immunohistochemical, and immunofluorescence analyses. Our findings demonstrate that prenatal and pubertal exposure to testosterone increases the susceptibility to the development of prostate diseases during aging. The presence of a more proliferative gland associated with foci of adenomatous hyperplasia in animals exposed to testosterone during the prenatal and pubertal phase show that the utero life and the pubertal period are important phases for prostatic morphophysiology establishment, which is a determinant for the health of the gland during aging. Therefore, these findings reinforce the idea that prostate disease may result from hormonal disruptions in early events during prostate development, which imprint permanently on the gland predisposing it to develop lesions in later stages of life.
