Land use and precipitation are two major factors affecting phosphorus(P)pollution of watershed ***,molecular characterization of dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP)in runoff under the joint influences of land use and precipitation remains *** study used Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(FT-IcR-MS)to study the molecular characteristics of DOP in a typical P-polluted watershed with spatially variable land use and *** results showed that low precipitation and intense human activity,including phosphate mining and associated industries,resulted in the accumulation of aliphatic DOP compounds in the upper reaches,characterized by low aromaticity and low biological *** precipitation and widespread agriculture in the middle and lower reaches resulted in highly unsaturated DOP compounds with high biological stability constituting a higher proportion,compared to in the upper ***,under similar precipitation,more aliphatic DOP compounds characterized by lower aromaticity and higher saturation were enriched in the lower reaches due to more influence from urban runoff relative to the middle *** and/or microbial processes did result in changes in the characteristics of DOP compounds during runoff processes due to the prevalence of low molecular weight and low O/c bioavailable aliphatic DOP molecules in the upper reaches,which were increasingly transformed into refractory compounds from the upper tomiddle *** results of this study can increase the understanding of the joint impacts of land use and precipitation on DOP compounds in watershed runoff.

岩浆热液矿床是众多大宗金属、贵金属和稀有金属的重要来源,是国际学术界和工业界关注的焦点.然而,这类矿床成矿金属的富集作用主要发生在母岩浆源区、岩浆演化阶段还是出溶后的流体过程仍存在争议.流体从岩浆中出溶后、矿化发生前的早期高温阶段热液矿物所捕获的流体包裹体记录了接近初始流体组成的信息,可用以探讨流体从岩浆中出溶前是否已经发生显著富集作用这一关键科学问题.对文献中已报道的全球岩浆热液流体成分综合分析表明:金属cu、Sn和W在其对应的成矿流体中含量显著偏高,反映了流体出溶前的岩浆中已经发生了金属富集,而该富集过程可能是岩浆源区预富集和岩浆演化再富集共同作用的结果;金属Mo在其成矿流体和不成Mo矿流体中含量无显著差异,表明其在流体出溶前的岩浆源区和岩浆演化阶段均未发生显著富集,而控制Mo成矿的关键在于母岩浆的体量及流体阶段的矿质汇聚和沉淀效率;金属Zn-Pb和Fe在大多岩浆热液中均具有较高含量,但仅部分发生了有效矿化,体现了热液演化过程对金属选择性成矿的控制作用.不同金属在岩浆热液系统中具有不同的富集-矿化过程和机理,反映了成矿规律的多样性.除岩浆和热液本身的成矿物质组成外,其他因素(包括但不限于岩体形貌、侵位深度、构造通道、围岩属性等)对岩浆热液矿床的形成和规模也起到了重要的控制作用.

经典抗焦虑抑郁药物-度洛西汀为带状疱疹后神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)的一线治疗药物。本研究首次提出在带状疱疹出疱急性期预防性口服度洛西汀有望预防PHN的发生,纳入疼痛VAS评分≥4、带状疱疹出疱72 h内的750例病人,随机分为对照组和度洛西汀组。对照组接受常规临床治疗,度洛西汀组在常规治疗基础上口服度洛西汀。主要结局指标为12周时PHN的发生率。次要结局指标包括3、4、8周VAS评分>0的人数,以及4、8、12周VAS评分≥3的人数、生活质量评分、病人总体变化评分、睡眠质量评分等。结果表明,度洛西汀组的PHN发生率与对照组相比无显著差异,度洛西汀组第3、4、8周VAS评分>0的人数,以及4、8和12周VAS评分≥3的人数显著少于对照组。度洛西汀组病人的生活质量评分、病人总体变化评分、睡眠质量评分均显著优于对照组。虽然本研究为阴性结果,但预防性口服度洛西汀仍可以避免5.9%的带状疱疹病人发展成为PHN,因此具有一定的临床意义。

Themanganese-cobalt mixed oxide nanorodswere fabricated using a hydrothermalmethod with different metal precursors(KMnO_(4)and MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O for MnOx and co(NO3)2>6H_(2)O and cocl_(2)>6H_(2)O for co_(3)O_(4)).Bamboo-like MnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4)(B-MnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4)(S))was derived from repeated hydrothermal treatments with co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)and MnSO_(4)>H_(2)O,whereas co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)nanorods were derived from hydrothermal treatment with co_(3)O_(4)nanorods and KMnO_(4).The study shows that manganese oxide was tetragonal,while the cobalt oxide was found to be cubic in the crystalline *** surface ions were present in multiple oxidation states(e.g.,Mn^(4+)and Mn^(3+))and surface oxygen *** content of adsorbed oxygen species and reducibility at low temperature declined in the sequence of BMnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4)(S)>co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)>MnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4),matching the changing trend in *** all the samples,B-MnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4)(S)showed the preeminent catalytic performance for the oxidation of toluene(T10%=187℃,T50%=276℃,and T90%=339℃).In addition,the B-MnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4)(S)sample also exhibited good H_(2)O^(-),cO_(2)^(-),and SO_(2)^(-)resistant *** good catalytic performance of B-MnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4)(S)is due to the high concentration of adsorbed oxygen species and good reducibility at low *** oxidation over B-MnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4)(S)proceeds through the adsorption of O_(2)and toluene to form O∗,OH∗,and H_(2)c(c6H5)∗species,which then react to produce benzyl alcohol,benzoic acid,and benzaldehyde,ultimately converting to cO_(2)and H_(2)*** findings suggest that B-MnO_(2)>co_(3)O_(4)(S)has promising potential for use as an effective catalyst in practical applications.

Plants and their interaction partners offer unparalleled views of evolutionary *** larceny,entailing nectar extraction without pollinating,is thought to be an example of a harmful,antagonistic behavior,but the precise consequences of floral larceny on plant reproductive success remain *** conducted a comprehensive meta-analysis of 153 studies across 120 plant species,using 14 moderators to assess the effects of floral larceny on plant reproductive success and examine the key *** found that floral larceny negatively impacts flower traits,pollinator visitation,pollen deposition,and fruit set,while having a neutral effect on critical female fitness indicators,such as seed set and seed quality,as well as on male *** altering pollinator behavior,floral larceny may reduce geitonogamy,potentially enhancing genetic ***,factors such as pollinator type,plant mating system,and pollen limitation were identified as key moderators of these *** analysis reveals an ultimately neutral effect of floral larceny on plant reproductive success,with potential benefits in certain *** findings suggest that floral larceny plays a complex and multifaceted role within plant-pollinator interactions,facilitating the evolutionary stability and coexistence of floral larcenists and host plants.

Various data were utilized to analyze the sedimentary facies,completely reconstruct the palaeogeographic maps,and evaluate the reservoir quality of the Middle-Upper cambrian Xixiangchi Formation in the Sichuan Basin,including evidence from field outcrops,drilling cores,microscopic thin sections,scanning electron microscopy （SEM）,combined with experimental analysis data,such as petrophysical data(porosity （%） and permeability （mD）),and radioactive elements (uranium (238U),thorium (232Th),and potassium (40K)),and isotopic data (δ13c)).In the Sichuan Basin,the Middle-Upper cambrian Xixiangchi Formation was principally deposited in a restricted platform with a lithology predominantly composed of dolomite,with local occurrences of limestone and other rock types in small *** beddings,cross beddings,horizontal beddings,storm depositions,and mud cracks locally developed in some *** 3rd-order sequences （Sq1-Sq4） were identified within the Xixiangchi Formation in this *** sequence is subdivided into a highstand systems tract （HST） and a transgressive systems tract （TST）.Reservoirs are principally developed in high-energy grain shoal deposits located in Sq2 and Sq3,with a minor occurrence in Sq1 and *** lithology of these shoal deposits is essentially composed of sandy dolomite and crystalline dolomite characterized by relatively low average porosity （2.61%） and permeability （1.0073 mD） *** increase of these values in several studied samples might be related to seepage and connecting dissolution pores and vugs through fractures which have a constructive effect on porosity and *** occurrence of karst caves through superimposed supergene karstification and bedding karstification highly improved the reservoir's physical properties in some *** reservoir space is dominated by intergranular dissolution pores,karst caves,and fractures,and their formation was controlled by sedimentation,diagenesis,penecontemporaneous dissolu
