Wafer-scale synthesis of p-type TMD films is critical for its commercialization in next-generation electro/*** this work,wafer-scale intrinsic n-type WS_(2)films and in situ Nb-doped p-type WS_(2)films were synthesized through atomic layer deposition(ALD)on 8-inchα-Al_(2)O_(3)/Si wafers,2-inch sapphire,and 1 cm^(2)GaN substrate *** Nb doping concentration was precisely controlled by altering cycle number of Nb precursor and activated by ***_(2)n-FETs and Nb-doped p-FETs with different Nb concentrations have been fabricated using cMOS-compatible processes.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and Hall measurements confirmed the effective substitutional doping with *** on/off ratio and electron mobility of WS_(2)n-FET are as high as 105 and 6.85 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1),*** WS_(2)p-FET with 15-cycle Nb doping,the on/off ratio and hole mobility are 10 and 0.016 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1),*** p-n structure based on n-and p-type WS_(2)films was proved with a 10^(4)rectifying *** realization of controllable in situ Nb-doped WS_(2)films paved a way for fabricating wafer-scale complementary WS_(2)FETs.

The necessity for smaller complex assemblies in Printed circuit Board（PcB）manufacturing has given rise to the use of Ball Grid Array（BGA）devices,primarily due to their density of solder connections over a small *** devices,such as pin grid arrays and surface mount integrated circuits,have become difficult to use because of potential electrical shorting from limited spacing between the solder *** the number of solder connections on BGA’s is an advantage regarding space and size,the devices do have potential *** mechanical strength of the solder connection due to the small surface area of each joint can result in *** of Thermal Expansion（cTE）mismatch during reflow or thermal cycling can cause flexure between the component and board,putting additional stress on the solder *** transition to lead（Pb）free solder driven by Ro HS has created additional problems（***-in-Pillow{Hi P},black pad defect,pad cratering,etc.）.characterization of BGA solder joints is critical in determining the quality of an assembly and when identifying the cause of a *** paper will describe techniques used for BGA solder joint characterization and failure ***-destructive techniques,such as visual examination and radiography,are typically the first tests performed and are used to identify such things as misshaped solder joints and voiding,but are limited in their ability to locate failures and *** testing with destructive techniques,including Dye＆Pry analysis,cross sectional evaluation,and subsequent examination in a Scanning Electron Microscope（SEM）with analysis by Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy（EDS）,is typically used for interfacial analysis and can identify the majority of failures in BGA solder *** most of these techniques are common,the success of an analysis is based on the implementation and interpretation of each test.
