Phase noise modeling in Lc oscillators implemented in SiGe technology

This paper addresses phase noise analysis of a radiofrequency Lc oscillator built around a SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor （hBT） realized in a 0.35 um BicMOS process, as an active device. First, we give a brief background to SiGe hBT device physics. The key point is to initiate quantitative analysis on the influence of defects induced during extrinsic base implantation on electric performances of this device. These defects are responsible for the current fluctuations at the origin of low frequency noise in BicMOS technologies. Next, we investigate the effect of implantation defects as a source of noise in semiconductors on the phase noise of a radiofrequency Lc oscillator. We observe their influence on the oscillator phase noise, and we quantify the influence of their energy distribution in the semiconductor gap. Second, we give a behavioral model of an Lc oscillator con- taining a SiGe hBT as an active device. The key goal is to study the susceptibility of a radiofrequency oscillator built around a SiGe hBT to phase noise disturbance sources. Based on the time variance behavior of phase noise in oscillators, transient simulations （in the time domain） were used to analyze the time-dependent noise sensitivity of the oscillator.

One drug known to inactivate calmodulin and two others to block cachannels were applied to isolated superfused retinae of the crayfish Astacus leptodactylus and their influence on the receptor potentials （RP） was studied. Trifluoperazine causes an increase of the amplitude of maximum (h)of RP and a prolongation of the time of half decrease （t）. Furthermore, trifluoperazine could antagonise the effect of raised calcium concentration of superfusate, which decreases hand shortens tof the RP. Iproveratril and D-600 cause a transient increase and thereafter a progressive decrease of hof the RP. There is a difference between effects of both drugs on tof the RP. The mechanisms of effects of these drugs on the sensitivity of the isolated retina are discussed.

为测定热处理对豆粕（SBM）表观回肠消化率和标准回肠消化率（SID）的影响，本试验将常规去壳豆粕（48.5%蛋白）分成4组，一份未经额外热处理，一份在125℃下高压蒸汽处理15 min，一份在125℃下高压蒸汽处理30 min，另一份在125℃下烘箱烘干30 min。制定四种豆粕-玉米淀粉型日粮配方，且每个配方只能使用上述四种豆粕中的一种，作为每种日粮中唯一氨基酸来源。用无氮日粮配方来估算基础内源性氨基酸损失。分别在初始体重为（25.3±2.0）kg的10头阉公猪回肠末端安装一个T-型瘘管。采用5×5拉丁方设计法，将试验猪分成5个日粮处理组，5个重复处理周期。每个处理周期持续7 d，在第6天和第7天收集回肠食糜。试验结果表明，随着高压蒸汽处理时间（0~30 min）的延长，蛋白质和所有氨基酸的表观回肠消化率和标准回肠消化率呈线性降低（P＜0.01）。糠氨酸含量和豆粕样品的颜色表明高压蒸汽处理导致豆粕产生美拉德反应。然而，125℃烘箱干燥30min并未改变豆粕中蛋白和氨基酸标准回肠消化率，也没有改变SBM的糠氨酸含量（P＞0.10），且烘箱处理的样品颜色表明该样品并未受到热处理破坏。总之，热蒸汽处理时间从0 min增至30 min，高压蒸汽处理豆粕的氨基酸消化率呈线性降低，降低原因很可能是由于125℃高压蒸汽处理导致豆粕产生美拉德反应。

Eosinophilic esophagitis （EE） is the most frequent con- dition found in a group of gastrointestinal disorders called eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases. The hypo- thetical pathophysiological mechanism is related to a hypersensitivity reaction. Gastroesophageal reflux dis- ease-like complaints not ameliorated by acid blockade or occasional symptoms of dysphagia or food impac- tion are likely presentations of EE. Due to its unclear pathogenesis and unspecific symptoms, it is difficult to diagnose EE without a strong suspicion. Although histo- togical criteria are necessary to diagnosis EE, there are some characteristic endoscopic features. We present the case of a healthy 55-year-old woman with dyspha- gia and several episodes of esophageal food impaction over the last six months. This case report stresses the most distinguishing endoscopic findings-mucosa rings, white exudative plaques and linear furrows-that can help in the prompt recognition of this condition.

Understanding how population sizes vary over time is a key aspect of ecological research. Unfortunately, our under- standing of population dynamics has historically been based on an assumption that individuals are identical with homogenous life-history properties. This assumption is certainly false for most natural systems, raising the question of what role individual variation plays in the dynamics of populations. While there has been an increase of interest regarding the effects of within popula- tion variation on the dynamics of single populations, there has been little study of the effects of differences in within population variation on patterns observed across populations. We found that life-history differences （clutch size） among individuals ex- plained the majority of the variation observed in the degree to which population sizes of eastern fence lizards Sceloporus undula- tus fluctuated. This finding suggests that differences across populations cannot be understood without an examination of differences at the level of a system rather than at the level of the individual

The two 3h＋4he and 3he＋4he fusion reactions at low energies are usually viewed as an approximate external capture process. We study the 4he（3h,γ）rLi and 4he（She,γ）7Be reactions in a cluster model, which can take into account two- and three-body electromagnetic currents, using minimal substitution in the explicit momentum dependence of the two- and three-cluster interactions. Our main goal is to explore how the cross section of the low-energy 3h＋4he or 3he＋4he capture reactions depends on energy. The astrophysical S-factors for these reactions are calculated at very low energies. We construct the conserved realistic Argonne v18 for two nucleons and Urbana IX or Tucson-Melbourne three-cluster interactions, which are considered for calculation. We also calculate the binding energies and the structural properties of a hq-4he or 3he＋4 he systems. The binding energies are found to be -37.72 （-36.32） MeV and -39.35 （-37.43） MeV, with （without） three-body interactions for 7Be and 7 Li, in satisfactory agreement with other theoretical results and experimental data, respectively.
