Enhanced electrochemical performance of Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3) solid electrolyte by anion doping

Nowadays,the majority of the studies on the substitution are focused on cations(such as Y^(3+),Ti^(4+),P^(5+),etc.)in Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP),while there are few studies on the substitution of anion O^(2-).In this work,the modified LATP with a series of Licl(LATPclx,x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)additives is prepared to enhance ionic *** successful introduction of cl-makes the length of the c axis decrease from 20.822(2)to 20.792(1)Å,and the bulk conductivity of 2.13×10^(-3) S·cm^(-1) is achieved in LATPcl_(0.3).Moreover,the Al/Ti-O1/cl1 and Al/Ti-O_(2)/cl_(2) distance decrease,while the Li1-O_(2)/cl_(2) distance *** ions migrate more easily in the nanochannel of *** addition,the Licl additive increases the relative density and the grain boundary conductivity of LATPclx ***,a higher ionic conductivity of 2.12×10^(–4) S·cm^(-1) and a low activation energy of 0.30 eV are obtained in LATPcl_(0.3).correspondingly,the symmetric cell exhibits a low overpotential of±50 mV for over 200 h in LATPcl_(0.3).The solid-state Li|LATPcl_(0.3)|NcM811(NcM811=LiNi0.8co0.1Mn0.1O_(2))battery exhibits high initial capacity 185.1 mAh·g^(-1) with a capacity retention rate of 95.4%after 100 cycles at 0.5 *** result suggests that Licl additive is an effective strategy to promote electrochemical properties of LATP solid electrolyte and can be considered for reference to other inorganic solid electrolytes systems.

High-entropy oxides(HEOs)are a new class of single-phase structures with unique electronic and catalytic properties;therefore,it is worthwhile to explore their applications in *** this study,a Pt/(FecoNicrAl)_(3)O_(4)nanohybrid using HEO as a support was developed as an efficient catalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Pt/(FecoNicrAl)_(3)O_(4)exhibited high HER activity with a low overpotential of 22 mV at10 mA·cm^(-2),outperforming other binary,ternary,and quaternary *** HER activity of Pt/(FecoNicrAl)_(3)O_(4)was higher than that of a commercial Pt/c with a significantly lower Pt *** catalyst exhibited good activity and long-term stability(60 h)in an electrolytic water-splitting *** good activity can be attributed to the fact that the introduction of Pt effectively facilitates electronic interactions between Pt and the *** addition,the HEO substrate was more favorable for dispersing Pt particles,optimizing the electrochemical specific surface area,and significantly reducing the charge resistance of the *** study extends the application of HEOs in electrocatalysis and demonstrates the promising prospects of HEOs as supports for electrocatalysts.

OBJEcTIVE: To compare the efficacy and safety of different Traditional chinese Medicine (TcM)-based kidney-tonifying and bone-strengthening therapies for rheumatoid arthritis (RA).METHODS: The current Bayesian network Meta-analysis compared different TcM-based kidney-tonifying and bone-strengthening therapies for RA. Eight electronic databases and two trial registration platforms were searched. RevMan 5.4 and Stata 16 software were ***: A total of 42 studies involving 3779 cases were included. The results showed that the most effective intervention for improving efficacy was Wanbi decoction (顽痹汤); Bushen Quhan Zhiwang decoction (补肾祛寒治尪汤) was superior in reducing the incidence of adverse reactions; and Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid (七味通痹口服液) effectively reduced c-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate ***: combining TcMs with conventional Western Medicine can improve the clinical efficacy of RA treatments， reduce inflammatory indexes， and result in a higher safety profile. However， this conclusion needs to be verified by more high-quality randomized controlled trials.

Perchlorate and chlorate are present in various extraterrestrial celestial bodies throughout the solar system,such as Mars,the moon,and *** date,the origin mechanisms of perchlorate and chlorate on the Martian surface have been well-established;however,relatively little attention has been cast to airless ***,we experimentally investigated the potential oxidation mechanisms of chloride to chlorate and perchlorate,such as ultraviolet irradiation under H_(2)O-and O_(2)-free conditions and mechanical pulverization *** minerals,olivine,pyroxene,ilmenite,magnetite,TiO_(2)and anhydrous ferric sulfate,and lunar regolith simulants(low Ti,cLRS-1;high-Ti,cLRS-2)and their metallic iron(Fe^( 0))bearing counterparts were *** found that pulverization of dry matrix material-halite mixtures,even in the presence of O_(2),does not necessarily lead to perchlorate and chlorate formation without involving *** photocatalytic and H_(2)O and O_(2)-free conditions,olivine and pyroxene can produce oxychlorine(clO_(x)^(−))species,although the yields were orders of magnitude lower than those under Martian-relevant ***-Fe^(0)particles in the lunar regolith and the common photocatalyst TiO_(2)can facilitate the clO_(x)^(−)formation,but their yields were lower than those with *** oxides ilmenite and magnetite did not efficiently contribute to clO_(x)^(−)*** results highlight the critical role of H_(2)O in the oxidation chloride to chlorate and perchlorate,and provide essential insights into the environmental influence on the formation of oxychlorine species on different celestial bodies.

Human T-cell lymphophilic virus type 1 (HTLV-1), the known retrovirus causing cancer in humans, is closely associated with adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma and HTLV-1 associated myelopathy/tropical spastic paraparesis. Due to its ability to evade the host's defense mechanisms, early tracking of HTLV-1 becomes crucial. In this study, we integrateλ-Exonuclease(λ-Exo)-assisted target recycling with a terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT)-mediated template-free DNA extension process to develop an electrochemical analysis platform for the specifi c and sensitive detection of HTLV-1 DNA. During theλ-Exo-assisted target recycling, HTLV-1 DNA is recognized by hairpin DNA (Hp-DNA), forming double-stranded DNA(dsDNA) through DNA hybridization. The dsDNA, featuring blunt 5'terminal phosphorylation, is cleaved byλ-Exo, generating abundant short output sequence (sDNA). HTLV-1 DNA is released, initiating a cyclic hybridization-cleavage ***, thiol-labelled capture DNA (cP-DNA) assembled on gold electrode surface captures a substantial amount of the generated sDNA, forming cP-DNA-sDNA nanostructures. When TdT and dNTPs are present on the electrode surface, the3'-OH terminal of sDNA extends to generate long single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) structure. Methylene blue (MB) is selected as the electrochemical signal molecule. MB not only binds with ssDNA but also interacts specifi cally with dsDNA, resulting in a signifi cantly enhanced electrochemical signal on modifi ed electrode surface. The detection limit of HTLV-1 DNA is as low as 19 amol/L (S/N=3) when the two signal amplifi cation strategies are combined. The analysis platform exhibits excellent analytical performance and holds promise as a novel tool for the early tracing and diagnosis of HTLV-1 DNA.
