Objective:To investigate the impact of the preinduced intestinal heat shock protein 70(HSP70)on the visceral hypersensitivity and abnormal intestinal motility in a post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome(PI-IBS) mouse ***:Eighty-four female c57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to four groups:control group(n=21) and induction+PI-IBS group(n=21),PI-IBS group(n=21) and induction group(n=21).The mice in PI-IBS group were infected in vivo with trichinella spiralis by oral *** visceral hypersensitivity and intestinal motility were evaluated respectively with abdominal withdrawal reflex and colon transportation *** intestinal HSP70 protein and mRNA level was measured by Western blot and realtime ***,the intestinal proinflammatory cytokines IL-10 and TNF-α level was detected by ***:compared with their counterparts in PI-IBS group,the animals in the Induction+PI-IBS group show significantly increased intestinal level of HSP70 and obviously ameliorative clinical *** abdominal withdrawal reflex score,intestine transportation time and Bristol scores(Py cytokines remarkably changed,including increased IL-10 level and decreased TNF-αlevel(Pconclusions:Intestinal IISP70 may play a potential protective role through improving the imbalance between the intestinal post-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in PI-IBS.

Broadband metamaterials absorbers with high absorption,ultrathin thickness and easy configurations are in great demand for many potential *** this paper,we first analyse the coupling resonances in a Ti/Ge/Ti three-layer absorber,which can realise broadband absorption from 8 to 12 *** we experimentally demonstrate two types of absorbers based on the Ti/Ge/Si_(3)N_(4)/Ti *** taking advantage of coupling surface plasmon resonances and intrinsic absorption of lossy material Si_(3)N_(4),the average absorptions of two types of absorbers achieve almost 95%from 8 to 14μm(experiment result:78%from 6.5 to 13.5μm).In order to expand the absorption bandwidth,we further propose two Ti/Si/SiO_(2)/Ti absorbers which can absorb 92%and 87%of ultra-broadband light in the 14-30μm and 8-30μm spectral range,*** findings establish general and systematic strategies for guiding the design of metamaterial absorbers with excellent broadband absorption and pave the way for enhancing the optical performance in applications of infrared thermal emitters,imaging and photodetectors.

The sodium potassium citrato oxotungstate(VI) dimer, Na 4K 2〔W 2O 5\|(cit) 2〕·11H 2O (H 4cit = citric acid) was obtained by the reaction of sodium tungstate(VI) and excess potassium citrate monobasic (KH 3cit) in neutral solution. The crystal data for the title compound: monoclinic, c 12 H 30 K 2Na 4W 2O 30 , M r =1192.21, space group P2 1/n, a=17.427(4), b=10.022(2), c=18.637(3) , β=92.62(1)°, V=3252(2)  3, Z=4, D c =2.435 g/cm 3, μ( Mo Kα )=76.38 cm -1 , F( 000)=2288. The structure was refined to R =0.0434 for 6327 independent observed reflections with I>3σ(I) . The complex anion contains a quasi centrosymmetric (O 2W)O b(WO 2) core with a bent bridging oxo group 〔W-O b-W 175.0(4)°〕. Each citrate as tridentate ligand coordinates to a tungsten atom through the alkoxy, α carboxyl, and one β carboxyl group, while the other β carboxyl group remains uncoordinated. Principal dimensions are: W-O b 1.883(6) , (W=O t)av 1.715(6) , W-O (alkoxy) 1.959(6) , W-O ( α carboxy) 2.176(6)  and W-O ( β carboxy) 2.231(6) . The tungsten atom is located in a distorted octahedron environment.

Amorphous high-entropy materials with abundant defects,coordinatively unsaturated sites,and loosely bonded atoms could exhibit excellent electrocatalytic ***,how to fabricate such ma-terials with nanostructure as well as amorphous structure is still full of *** this work,high-entropy metal organic framework(HE-MOF)is employed as the self-sacrificial template to fabricate FecoNicuMnP x high-entropy phosphide/carbon(HEP/c)*** obtained composite shows a het-erostructured fusiform morphology,in which the HEP is encapsulated by a carbon layer,revealing high electron conductivity as well as rich catalytic active sites for oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Beside,it is found that there is a short-range ordered crystal structure in the amorphous phase,which is bene-ficial for revealing high OER catalytic activity as well as good *** a result,the optimum HEP/c composite shows an overpotential 239 mV@10 mA cm^(−2)with a small Tafel slope of 72.5 mV dec^(−1) for catalyzing OER in alkaline solution.

Enhancement of dual-broadband NIR emissions in Ag NPs embedded tellurite glass doped with Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) ions

Tellurite glasses combined with metal silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs) and Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) ions were synthesized using melting and quenching technique, and the enhanced two-band near-infrared(NIR) fluorescence induced by Ag NPs was reported. Upon the excitation of 808 nm laser diode(LD), dual-broadband and flat NIR fluorescence ranging from 1 350 nm to 1 600 nm and from 1 600 nm to 2 200 nm with full width at half maximum(FWHM) of 154 nm and 374 nm respectively in Ag NPs embedded tellurite glass doped with appropriate concentrations of Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) ions has an obvious enhancement of about 40% with respect to the glass sample without Ag NPs, which is attributed to the local field effect caused by Ag NPs and energy transfer from Ag species to rare-earth ions. The enhanced dual-broadband and flat NIR fluorescence enables us to develop various NIR band photonic devices flexibly.

A new coII complex, [coL4c12].2cH3cH2OH（L=hexaconazole）, was synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structural analysis shows that the centrosymmetric co2＋ is coordinated by four hexaconazole ligands and two c1 to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex forms 1D chains through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds interaction of O-H-… O and O--H…… c1. Furthermore, the antifungal activities of the complex against Grape anthracnose（I）, Botryosphaeria berengriana（II）, Botryosphaeria ribis（III） and Wheat gibberellic（IV） have been investigated and compared with those of the corresponding ligand. The results show that the complex has better antifungal activity than the ligand, which indicates that the coordination of the ligand and the metal enhances the antimicrobialactivity. Keywords

Exploration of cost-effective Pt/c catalysts has been a significant issue for electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) toward sustainable energy conversion and ***,we report a fabrication strategy by employing platelet carbon nanofibers(p-cNF) as the support to immobilize Pt-coO HER electrocatalyst using atomic layer deposition *** edge-rich p-cNF support is found to act as the anchoring sites of Pt nanoparticles and favorably capture electrons from Pt to yield electron-deficient Pt surfaces for the boosted ***,the sequential growth of coO onto the Pt/p-cNF catalyst elaborately constructs the Pt-coO interface and facilitates the electron transfer from Pt to coO,which further enhances the HER *** advantages endow the fabricated Pt-coO/p-cNF catalyst with the superior HER activity,e.g.,a very low overpotential of 26 mV at the current density of 10 mA·cm-2 and a mass activity of 4.42 A·mgPt-1at the overpotential of 30 mV,18.8 times higher than that of the commercial20 wt% Pt/c *** insights reported here could shed light on for the fabrication of cost-effective Pt-based composite HER catalysts.

Refractory alloys such as tungsten and molybdenum based alloys with high strength,thermal/electrical conductivity,low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent creep resistances are highly desirable for applications in nuclear facilities,critical components in aerospace and defense ***,the serious embrittlement limits the engineering usability of some refractory alloys.A lot of research results indicate that the performances of refractory alloys are closely related to the physical/chemical status,such as the interface dimension,interface type,interface composition of their grain boundaries(GBs),phase boundaries(PBs)and other interface *** paper reviewed the recent progress of simulations and experiments on interface design strategies that achieve high performance refractory *** strategies include GB interface purifying/strengthening,PB interface strengthening and PB/GB synergistic *** details are provided on the design/fabrication strategy such as GB interface controlling,PB interface controlling and synergistic control of multi-scaled *** corresponding performances such as the mechanical property,thermal conductivity,thermal load resistance,thermal stability,irradiation resistance,and oxidation resistance are reviewed in the aspect to the effect of *** addition,the relationships between these interfaces and material properties are ***,future developments and potential new research directions for refractory alloys are proposed.

Particle-based electrocatalysts need to be glued on an electrode,where fast and slow steps of the reaction are spatially and temporally convoluted near the *** the particles are under continuous electrochemical stress,decay in their catalytic performance(a.k.a.,fatigue)often occurs due to degradation of the active materials,detachment of particles and deteriorating *** we report that these problems are well addressed by fluidizing the *** catalysts,instead of being fixed on an electrode,are now fluidized in the *** occurs when individual particles collide with the electrode,which collectively delivers a continuous,scalable and stable electrochemical *** the catalysts now work in rotation,they experience much faster kinetics and avoid the buildup of excessive electrochemical stress,leading to orders of magnitude higher particle-average efficiency and greatly enhanced fatigue ***-ofconcepts are demonstrated using Pt/c catalysts for three well-known reactions,including oxygen evolution,hydrogen evolution and methanol oxidation reactions,all of which suffer severe performance decay using Pt/c under different *** electrocatalysis breaks the spatial and temporal continuum of electrocatalytic reactions,and makes them drastically more fatigue *** is material-and reaction-agnostic,and should be a general approach to enhance electrocatalytic reactions.

For additive manufactured aluminum alloys,the inferior mechanical properties along the building direction have been a serious *** this study,an optimized heat treatment was developed as a simple and effective *** effects of direct aging on microstructure and mechanical properties along the building direction of AlSi10Mg samples produced via selective laser melting(SLM)were *** results showed that,compared with the conventional heat treatment at elevated temperatures,direct aging at temperatures of 130-190℃ could retain the fine grain microstructure of SLM samples and promote further precipitation of Si phase,however,the growth of pores occurred during direct *** increasing aging temperature,while finer cell structures were obtained,more and larger pores were developed,resulting in decreased density of the *** types of pore formation mechanisms were *** the balance between the refinement of cell structure and the growth of pores,aging at 130℃ was determined as the optimized heat treatment for SLM AlSi10Mg *** tensile strength along the building direction of the 130℃ aged sample was increased from 403 MPa to 451 MPa,with relatively high elongation of 6.5%.
