Retailing is a dynamic business domain where commodities and goods are sold in small quantities directly to the *** deals with the end user customers of a supply-chain network and therefore has to accommodate the needs and desires of a large group of customers over varied *** volume and volatility of the business makes it one of the prospectiveﬁelds for analytical study and data *** is also why customer segmentation drives a key role in multiple retail business decisions such as marketing budgeting,customer targeting,customized offers,value proposition *** segmentation could be on various aspects such as demographics,historic behavior or preferences based on the use *** this paper,historic retail transactional data is used to segment the custo-mers using K-Means clustering and the results are utilized to arrive at a transition matrix which is used to predict the cluster movements over the time period using Markov Model *** helps in calculating the futuristic value a segment or a customer brings to the *** marketing designs and budgeting can be implemented using these *** study is speciﬁcally useful for large scale marketing in domains such as e-commerce,insurance or retailers to segment,proﬁle and measure the customer lifecycle value over a short period of time.

Stability analysis of drugdynamics model: A mat hematical approach

In this paper, a mathematical model of drug release from polymeric matrix and consequent intracellular drug transport is proposed and analyzed. Modeling of drug release is done through solubilization dynamics of drug particles, diffusion of the solubilized drug through the polymeric matrix in addition to reversible dissociation/recrystallization process. The interaction between drug-receptor, drug-plasma proteins along with other intracellular endosomal events is modeled. This leads to a mixed system of partial and ordinary differential equations with associated pertinent set of initial and boundary conditions. Furthermore, besides the stability of the proposed model, several sub-models are also studied for their stability criteria. Prominence is provided to the reduced model system having requisite relevance to the original system where quasi steady state approximation (QSSA) theory is utilized. For the model to be potent enough to generate appropriate predictive results for drug delivery, the stability properties of equilibrium in the mathematical model are analyzed both analytically and numerically. numerical simulation in the embodiment of graphical representations speaks about various vital characteristics of the underlying physical phenomena along with the importance and sensitized impact of the model parameters controlling significant biological functions. Probed new therapies and clinical procedures could be assessed considering the present mathematical model and its analysis as the basis framework in order to effectively enhance therapeutic efficacy and improved patient compliance. The present study confirms the necessity of stability analysis study so that advocated mathematical model can effectively complement the real physiological behavior of pharmacokinetics.

In online social networks(OSn),they generate several speciﬁc user activities daily,corresponding to the billions of data points ***,although users exhibit signiﬁcant interest in social media,they are uninterested in the content,discussions,or opinions available on certain ***,this study aims to identify inﬂuential communities and understand user behavior across networks in the information diffusion *** media platforms,such as Facebook and Twitter,extract data to analyze the information diffusion process,based on which they cascade information among the individuals in the ***,this study proposes an inﬂuential information diffusion model that identiﬁes inﬂuential communities across these two social media ***-over,it addresses site migration by visualizing a set of overlapping communities using hyper-edge ***,the overlapping community structure is used to identify similar communities with identical user ***,the com-munity structure helps in determining the node activation and user inﬂuence from the information cascade ***,the Fraction of Intra/Inter-Layer(FIL)dif-fusion score is used to evaluate the efﬁciency of the inﬂuential information diffu-sion model by analyzing the trending inﬂuential communities in a multilayer ***,from the experimental result,it observes that the FIL diffusion score for the proposed method achieves better results in terms of accuracy,preci-sion,recall and efﬁciency of community detection than the existing methods.

The Wireless Sensor networks(WSn)are vulnerable to assaults due to the fact that the devices connected to them have a reliable connection to the inter-net.A malicious node acts as the controller and uses a grey hole attack to get the data from all of the other nodes in the ***,the nodes are dis-carding and modifying the data packets according to the requirements of the *** assault modiﬁes the fundamental concept of the WSns,which is that different devices should communicate with one *** the proposed system,there is a fuzzy idea offered for the purpose of preventing the grey hole attack from making effective communication among the WSn *** currently available model is unable to recognise the myriad of different kinds of *** fuzzy engine identiﬁed suspicious actions by utilising the rules that were gen-erated to make a prediction about the malicious node that would halt the *** conducted using simulation are used to determine delay,accuracy,energy consumption,throughput,and the ratio of packets successfully *** stands in contrast to the model that was suggested,as well as the methodologies that are currently being used,and analogue behavioural *** comparison to the existing method,the proposed model achieves an accuracy rate of 45 per-cent,a packet delivery ratio of 79 percent,and a reduction in energy usage of around 35.6 *** results from the simulation demonstrate that the fuzzy grey detection technique that was presented has the potential to increase the net-work’s capability of detecting grey hole assaults.

Recent advances in biological therapies have revolutionalised and redefined treatment targets in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).There is now a stronger emphasis on achieving the more stringent therapeutic goals of mucosal and histological healing,rather than clinical remission ***,the treatment of refractory“functional”gastrointestinal symptoms,often attributed as the aftermath of previous inflammation,has recently become more prominent in quiescent *** further expected advances in anti-inflammatory treatments on the horizon,the burden of such symptoms in quiescent disease,which have been relatively neglected,is set to become an even bigger *** this article,we highlight the current state of research and understanding in this field,including recent developments and clinical practice guidelines on the diagnosis and management of functional gastrointestinal symptoms,such as irritable bowel syndrome and functional anorectal and pelvic floor disorders,in patients with quiescent *** disorders are not only highly prevalent in these patients,they are often misdiagnosed,and are difficult to treat,with very few evidence-based ***,they are associated with substantial impairment in quality-of-life,considerable morbidity,and psychological *** is therefore an urgent need for a change in emphasis towards earlier recognition,positive diagnosis,and targeted treatment for patients with ongoing functional gastrointestinal symptoms in the absence of active *** article also highlights the need for further research to develop much needed evidence-based therapies.

Domination is the fastest-growing field within graph theory with a profound diversity and impact in real-world applications,such as the recent breakthrough approach that identifies optimized subsets of proteins enriched with cancer-related *** its conceptual simplicity,domination is a classical nP-complete decision problem which makes analytical solutions elusive and poses difficulties to design optimization algorithms for finding a dominating set of minimum cardinality in a large ***,we derive for the first time an approximate analytical solution for the density of the minimum dominating set(MDS)by using a combination of cavity method and ultra-discretization(UD)*** derived equation allows us to compute the size of MDS by only using as an input the information of the degree distribution of a given network.

Graduate students who are beginning academic research want to learn how to create and verify new knowledge in their research. Their supervisors, on the other hand, are seeking appropriate research environments including effective research guidance methods. In order to meet these demands, this paper proposes a knowledge creation model that supports the objectives of both graduate students and their supervisors. This is an academic knowledge creation model for individuals supported by a group and its origin can be traced back to a famous organizational knowledge creation model. Since this type of model is constructed from empirical knowledge, it is not easy to prove its objective significance. But, this paper tries to show the effectiveness of the proposed model as an initial stage of model validation based on a questionnaire survey of students in a graduate school in china.
