First evidence of a structure in the J/ψΛinvariant mass distribution is obtained from an amplitude analysis of■b^(-)J/ψΛK^(-)*** observed structure is consistent with being due to a charmonium pentaquark with strangeness with a significance of 3.1r including systematic uncertainties and lookelsewhere *** mass and width are determined to be 4458:8±2:9t4:7-1:1 MeV and 17:3±6:5t8:0-5:7 MeV,respectively,where the quoted uncertainties are statistical and *** structure is also consistent with being due to two *** addition,the narrow excited■^(-)states,N■(1690)and■(1820),are seen for the first time in a■b^(-)decay,and their masses and widths are measured with improved *** analysis is performed using pp collision data corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb^(-1),collected with the LHcb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7,8 and 13 TeV.

Fungal diversity notes is one of the important journal series of fungal taxonomy that provide detailed descriptions and illustrations of new fungal taxa,as well as providing new information of fungal taxa *** article is the 11th contribution to the fungal diversity notes series,in which 126 taxa distributed in two phyla,six classes,24 orders and 55 families are described and *** in this study were mainly collected from Italy by Erio camporesi and also collected from china,India and Thailand,as well as in some other European,North American and South American *** described in the present study include two new families,12 new genera,82 new species,five new combinations and 25 new records on new hosts and new geographical distributions as well as sexual-asexual *** two new families are Eriomycetaceae(Dothideomycetes,family incertae sedis)and Fasciatisporaceae(Xylariales,Sordariomycetes).The twelve new genera comprise Bhagirathimyces(Phaeosphaeriaceae),camporesiomyces(Tubeufiaceae),Eriocamporesia(cryphonectriaceae),Eriomyces(Eriomycetaceae),Neomonodictys(Pleurotheciaceae),Paraloratospora(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Paramonodictys(Parabambusicolaceae),Pseudoconlarium(Diaporthomycetidae,genus incertae sedis),Pseudomurilentithecium(Lentitheciaceae),Setoapiospora(Muyocopronaceae),Srinivasanomyces(Vibrisseaceae)and Xenoanthostomella(Xylariales,genera incertae sedis).The 82 new species comprise Acremonium chiangraiense,Adustochaete nivea,Angustimassarina camporesii,Bhagirathimyces himalayensis,Brunneoclavispora camporesii,camarosporidiella camporesii,camporesiomyces mali,camposporium appendiculatum,camposporium multiseptatum,camposporium septatum,canalisporium aquaticium,clonostachys eriocamporesiana,clonostachys eriocamporesii,colletotrichum hederiicola,coniochaeta vineae,conioscypha verrucosa,cortinarius ainsworthii,cortinarius aurae,cortinarius britannicus,cortinarius heatherae,cortinarius scoticus,cortinarius subsaniosus,cytospora fusispor

A search for the doubly charmed baryon ■^+cc is performed through its decay to theΛ^+c K^-π^+ final state,using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHcb detector at centre-of-mass energies of 7,8 and 13 *** data correspond to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb^-*** significant signal is observed in the mass range from 3.4 to 3.8 GeV/c^*** limits are set at 95%credibility level on the ratio of the ■^+cc production cross-section times the branching fraction to that ofΛ^+c and ■^++cc *** limits are determined as functions of the ■^+cc mass for different lifetime hypotheses,in the rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and the transverse momentum range from 4 to 15 GeV/c.

Regarding prognosis, patients with a non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome(AcS) are a very heterogeneous population, with varying risks of early and long-term adverse events. Early risk stratification at admission seems to be essential for a tailored therapeutic strategy. We sought to compare the prognostic value of three AcS risk scores(RSs) and their ability to predict benefit from myocardial revascularization performed during initial hospitalization. Methods and results: We studied 460 consecutive patients admitted to our coronary care unit with an AcS[age: 63± 11 years, 21.5% female, 55% with myocardial infarction(MI)]. For each patient, the Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction(TIMI), Platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa in Unstable agina: Receptor Suppression Using Integrilin(PURSUIT), and Global Registry of Acute coronary Events(GRAcE) RSs were calculated using specific variables collected at admission. Their prognostic value was evaluated by the combined endpoint of death or Ml at 1 year. The best cut-off value for each RS, calculated with receiver operating characteristic curves, was used to assess the impact of myocardial revascularization on the combined incidence of death or MI. Death or MI at 1 year was 15.4% (32 deaths/49 MIs). The best predictive accuracy for death or MI at 1 year was obtained by the GRAcE RS(AUc)[area under the curve: 0.715; confidence interval(cI: 0.672- 0.756)] but the performance of the PURSUIT RS(AUc: 0.630; cI: 0.584- 0.674), and TIMI RS(AUc: 0.585; cI: 0.539- 0.631) was also good. We found a statistically significant interaction between the risk stratified by the best cut-off value for the GRAcE and PURSUIT RSs and myocardial revascularization, with a better prognosis for the high-risk patients. 背景:西班牙四个城市9 家公共卫生治疗中心。目的:比较2 个月利福平+吡嗪酰胺(2RZ)与6 个月异烟肼(6H)治疗潜伏结核感染(LTBI),评估其效益及安全性。设计:对传染性肺结核病人的HIV(-)接触者进行多中心的前瞻性随机比较研究。结果:352 例中接受6H 者199 例,2RZ 者153 例;6H 组及2RZ 组治疗完成率各为73%及71%(P=0.73)。因肝毒性反应(AST 或ALT>5 倍正常上限值(ULN))而中断治疗者,2RZ 组为10%,6H 组为2.5%(P=0.007)。2RZ 组肝毒性反应高于期望发生率,因而未到期即终止了研究。停止治疗后肝功能均恢复正常。结论是RZ 方案只应用于不适用其它治疗方案者,且需有强化观察肝功能的条件。

The first search for the doubly heavyΩ^(0)_(bc)baryon and a search for the E^(0)_(bc)baryon are performed using pp collision data collected via the LHcb experiment from 2016 to 2018 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV,corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.2 fb^(-1).The baryons are reconstructed via their decays to Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)and E^(+)_(c)π^(-).No significant excess is fbund for invariant masses between 6700 and 7300 MeV/c^(2),in a rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and a transverse momentum range from 2 to 20 MeV/*** limits are set on the ratio of the Ω^(0)_(bc)and E^(0)_(bc)production cross-section times the branching fraction to Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(+)_(c)π^(-))relative to that of the Λ^(0)_(b)(E^(0)_(b))baryon,for different lifetime hypotheses,at 95%confidence *** upper limits range from 0.5 x 10^(-4)to 2.5 x 10^(-4)for theΩ^(0)_(bc)→Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc)→Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-))decay,and from 1.4x 10^(-3)to 6.9 x 10^(-3)for theΩ^(0)_(bc)→E^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc)→E^(+)_(c)π^(-))decay,depending on the considered mass and lifetime of theΩ^(0)_(bc)(E^(0)_(bc))baryon.

A first search for the Ξ_(bc)^(+)J/ψΞ_(c)^(+) decay is performed by the LHcb experiment with a data sample of proton-proton collisions, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1 recorded at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. Two peaking structures are seen with a local (global) significance of 4.3(2.8) and 4.1(2.4) standard deviations at masses of 6571 and 6694 MeV/c2, respectively. Upper limits are set on the Ξ+bc baryon production cross-section times the branching fraction relative to that of the B+c→J/ψD+s decay at centre-of-mass energies of 8 and 13 TeV, in the Ξ+bc and in the B+c rapidity and transverse-momentum ranges from 2.0 to 4.5 and 0 to 20GeV/c, respectively. Upper limits are presented as a function of the Ξ+bc mass and lifetime.
