The achievement of ignition at the National Ignition Facility(NIF)has prompted a global wave of further research on inertial fusion energy(IFE).However,IFE requires a target gain G of 30-100,and it is hard to achieve fusion at such high gain with the energy,configuration,and technical approach of the ***,we present a conceptual design for a next-generation laser driver that is applicable to multiple laser fusion schemes and provides 10 MJ,2-3 PW at 3ω(or 2ω,in which case the energy and power can be higher),and one shot per 30 min,with the aim of achieving G>*** is also efficient,compact,and low in cost,and it has low susceptibility to laser-plasma instabilities.

As a major branch of children’s studies and a clear manifestation of adherence to a child-oriented position,research on children’s peer cultures is of significant value for understanding the true world of *** an ethnographic approach,this study conducts in-depth field observations in three kindergartens to explore how preschool children create their peer *** results indicate that the children in three kindergartens created a series of meaningful symbols within their respective kindergarten settings during peer interaction and formed their peer *** study finds that:Firstly,children’s peer cultures encompass five core themes,namely,self-presentation,friendly interaction,conflict and segregation,collective play routines,and secondary adjustments to classroom ***,the development of children’s selves,shared play among children,interpretive reconstruction of adult cultures,and inclusiveness of school cultures are inherent sources of strength,core driving force,mechanisms for the path,and external environmental factors of the formation of children’s peer ***,children gain membership in the cultures to which they belong through collective participation in social ***,children produce peer cultures and contribute to the renewal of adult cultures by creatively appropriating information and knowledge from the adult *** this connection,it is essential for kindergartens to support the development of children’s peer cultures.

During the production period of shale gas, proppant particles and rock debris are produced together,which will seriously erode the elbows of gathering pipelines. In response to this problem, this paper takes the elbow of the gathering pipeline in the changning Shale Gas Field as an example to test the erosion rate and material removal mechanism of the test piece at different angles of the elbow through experiments and compares the four erosion models with the experimental results. Through analysis, it is found that the best prediction model for quartz sand-carbon steel erosion is the Oka model. Based on the Oka model, FLUenT software was used to simulate and analyze the law of erosion of the elbow of the gas gathering pipeline under different gas flow velocities, gas gathering pressure, particle size, length of L1,and bending directions of the elbow. And a spiral pipeline structure is proposed to reduce the erosion rate of the elbow under the same working conditions. The results show that this structure can reduce erosion by 34%.

BAcKGROUND In recent years,the incidence of colorectal cancer(cRc)has been *** the popularization of endoscopic technology,a number of early cRc has been ***,despite current treatment methods,some patients with early cRc still experience postoperative recurrence and *** To search for indicators associated with early cRc recurrence and metastasis to identify high-risk *** A total of 513 patients with pT2N0M0 or pT3N0M0 cRc were retrospectively enrolled in this *** of blood routine test,liver and kidney function tests and tumor markers were collected before *** were followed up through disease-specific database and telephone *** recurrence,metastasis or death were used as the end point of study to find the risk factors and predictive value related to early cRc recurrence and *** We comprehensively compared the predictive value of preoperative blood routine,blood biochemistry and tumor markers for disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)of *** multivariate analysis demonstrated that low platelet count was significantly associated with poor DFS[hazard ratio(HR)=0.995,95% confidence interval(cI):0.991-0.999,P=0.015],while serum carcinoembryonic antigen(cEA)level(HR=1.008,95%cI:1.001-1.016,P=0.027)and serum total cholesterol level(HR=1.538,95%cI:1.026-2.305,P=0.037)were independent risk factors for *** cutoff value of serum cEA level for predicting OS was 2.74 ng/*** the OS of cRc patients with serum cEA higher than the cutoff value was worse than those with lower cEA level,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P=0.075).cONcLUSION For patients with T2N0M0 or T3N0M0 cRc,preoperative platelet count was a protective factor for DFS,while serum cEA level was an independent risk factor for *** that these measures are easier to detect and more acceptable to patients,they may have broader applications.

Background:Glioblastoma,a notably malignant tumor within the central nervous system,is distinguished by its aggressive ***,a robust inhibitor of the RNA helicase eukaryotic initiation factor 4A(eIF4A),has shown significant potential as an anticancer ***,the impact of silvestrol on glioblastoma,especially its molecular mechanisms,has not been fully ***:This investigation employed a variety of in vitro assays,such as cell counting kit-8(ccK-8),clonogenic,5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine(EDU),wound healing,and flow cytometry,to evaluate cell cycle progression,apoptosis,cell viability,and *** blot analysis was also performed to study the apoptosis and extracellular regulated kinase(ERK)*** the ERK pathway was inhibited,differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in U87 cells were identified,followed by an analysis of target genes using the gene expression profiling interactive analysis(GEPIA)***:Silvestrol significantly suppressed the proliferation,migration,and colony formation of glioma *** caused cell cycle arrest and enhanced apoptosis in these ***,silvestrol stimulated the ERK pathway,with these effects being reversible by an ERK phosphorylation *** combined with GEPIA,GScA,UALcAN,TIMER database screened 4 potential drug targets of silvestrol:chromosome 1 open reading frame 226(c1ORF226),mannosidase beta A(MANBA),IQ motif and Sec7 domain 2(IQSEc2),neuregulin 1(NRG-1).Among them,c1ORF226 was lower risk gene while MANBA,IQSEc2,and NRG-1 were high-risk ***,silvestrol notably reduced MANBA mRNA levels,which could be reversed by inhibiting ERK ***,silvestrol markedly decreased NRG-1 protein levels,with an additional reduction observed when the ERK pathway was ***:Silvestrol’s anti-glioma effects are primarily due to the suppression of MANBA expression via the ERK pathway and possibly by hindering the translation of N

A significant reaction in the synthesis of biomass-based chemicals is the catalyst-based and targeted oxidation of monosaccharides into valuable sugar *** this study,an activated carbon supported gold catalyst was used to oxidize glucose and xylose to gluconic acid and xylonic acid under neutral *** of reaction conditions for the catalysts was performed using both a batch reactor and a flow-through *** a batch reactor,the yields of gluconic and xylonic acid reached 93%and 92%,respectively,at 90°c within 180 *** a flow reactor,both reactions reached a similar yield at 80°c with the weight hourly space velocity of 47.1 h^(-1).The reaction kinetics were explored in the flow *** oxidation of glucose and xylose to gluconic and xylonic acid followed a first-order kinetics and the turnover frequency was 0.195 and 0.161 s^(-1),*** activation energy was evaluated to be 60.58 and 59.30 kJ·mol^(-1),*** study presents an environmentally friendly and feasible method for the selective oxidation of monosaccharides using an activated carbon supported gold catalyst,benefiting the high-value application of carbohydrates.
