The complete and incomplete fusion cross sections for ^(6)li+^(209)Bi were measured using the in-beamγ-ray method around the coulomb *** cross sections of(deuteron captured)incomplete fusion(IcF)products were re-quantified experimentally for this reaction *** results reveal that the IcF cross section is equivalent to that of complete fusion(cF)above the coulomb barrier and dominant near or below the coulomb barrier.A theoretical calculation based on the continuum discretized coupled channel(cDcc)method was performed for the aforementioned cF and IcF cross sections;the result is consistent with the *** universal fusion function(UFF)was also compared with the measured cF cross section for different barrier parameters,demonstrating that the cF suppression factor is significantly influenced by the choice of potential,which can reflect both dynamic and static effects of breakup on the fusion process.

Designing hetero-structured ultra-strong and ductile Zr-2.5Nb alloys:Utilizing the grain size-dependent martensite transformation during quenching

To further improve the service performance of Zr-2.5Nb alloy worked as pressure tubes in pressurized heavy water reactors,more investigation about the microstructure and thermomechanical processing route of Zr-2.5Nb alloy need to be *** this work,a hetero-structured Zr-2.5Nb alloy was prepared by applying a novel *** analysis reveals that the alloy exhibits a grain sizedependent martensite substructure transition during post-rolling *** hetero-structure consists of equiaxed primaryαgrains and the lamellae groups containing both parallelα’dislocation martensite andα’twin *** with the previously reported Zr-Nb alloys,the present Zr-2.5Nb alloys manifest the highest yield strength(∼710 MPa),together with a high ultimate tensile strength(∼844 MPa)and good ductility(∼17.1%).The enhanced mechanical properties are found to arise from the properly controlled fraction/size of the two types of martensite,which not only significantly strengthens the alloy but also contributes to a stronger strain hardening.A model based on the grain-size-dependent critical resolved shear stress for dislocation slip and twinning has been proposed to explain theα’martensite substructures transition at a critical grain size dc=3.3μ*** this size,the critical resolved shear stress(cRSS)for twinning is higher than that for thec+a>***,theα’dislocation martensite is more favorable to ***,theα’twin martensite would exhibit a high *** present work indicates that making use of the grain size-dependent martensite transformation to tailor the heterostructure in Zr alloys is an effective strategy to overcome the strength–ductility trade-off in the material.

A Novel Melt Processing for Mg Matrix composites Reinforced by Multiwalled carbon Nanotubes

carbon nanotubes（cNTs） reinforced Mg matrix composites were fabricated by a novel melt *** novel processing consisted of two courses：cNTs pre-dispersion and ultrasonic melt *** ball-milling was employed to pre-disperse cNTs on Zinc（Zn） *** cNT entanglements were well dispersed to single cNT or tiny clusters on Zn *** ultrasonic melt processing further dispersed cNTs in the Mg melt,especially tiny cNT ***,a uniform dispersion of cNTs was achieved in the as-cast *** extrusion further improved the distribution of *** increased both the strength and elongation of the matrix ***,the elongation of the matrix alloy was enhanced by 40%.Grain refinement and the pulling-out of cNTs resulted in the evident improvement of ductility for the composites.

Hypomyces perniciosus has been reported as a destructive pathogen of Agaricus *** of their relationships is important to develop effective control *** their mycelial interactions were reported in agar media,but,their interactions in composts are not ***,its effects on mycelial growth and activities of *** are still *** interactions in compost were investigated with open-ended test *** results showed that both *** and *** grew well in the compost,but,their growths were restricted after their *** line was not observed and their mycelium mixed *** results also suggested that *** had weak pathogenicity to *** in the *** activities of *** caused by *** were examined in dual cultures on media with light and laser scanning *** results showed that mycelia of *** and *** mixed together and continued to grow after their contact without antagonistic *** changes and degradiation of vegetative mycelia of *** caused by *** was not *** with cell viability regents also showed that the mycelia of *** were alive and had no karyolysis after *** results confirmed that *** did not affect the mycelial growth of *** and had no pathogenetic activity in its vegetative mycelial stage.

Based on the pilot studies and survey of 280 coal waste piles belonging to Yangquan coal Industry(Group) limited in Yangquan, Shanxi province, the temperature characteristics and vegetation distribution of spontaneous coal combustion waste piles were studied. The results showed an irregular distribution of high and low temperatures. With the fire area overlapping, the vertical temperature increased from outside to inside, the highest temperature occurring at about 7m from the burning surface, from where the temperature began to decline. The temperature variation showed an obvious diurnal and seasonal pattern although deep variation but this was not significant. Where the soil conductivity of coal waste pile was low, the temperature reduced sharply from the highest point. As high temperature is the leading factor determining the distribution of coal waste pile plants, it determines scope of plant distribution and the species. The vegetation in the study site consisted mostly of hollow-rooted plants with high temperature and drought-resistance. Fifteen families and 21 species were found growing on the coal waste piles. After covering them, 22 families and 48 species of naturally invasive plants emerged. These results can provide important information for the choice of high temperature tolerant plants and plant regionalization.

Air-side economizers are increasingly used to take advantage of“free-cooling”in data centers with the intent of reducing the carbon footprint of ***,they can introduce outdoor pollutants to indoor environment of data centers and cause corrosion damage to the information technology *** evaluate the reliability of information technology equipment under various thermal and air-pollution conditions,a mechanistic model based on multi-ion transport and chemical reactions was *** model was used to predict cu corrosion caused by cl_(2)-containing pollutant *** also accounted for the effects of temperature(25℃and 28℃),relative humidity(50%,75%,and 95%),and *** also identified higher air temperature as a corrosion barrier and higher relative humidity as a corrosion accelerator,which agreed well with the experimental *** average root mean square error of the prediction was 13.7Å.The model can be used to evaluate the thermal guideline for data centers design and operation when cl_(2)is present based on pre-established acceptable risk of corrosion in data centers’environment.

＜正＞ The basic structure for 1200A/5,000V Rc-GcTs （Reserve-conducting Gate-commutated Thyristors） was designed by ISE simulation. The bulk of GcT has a punch-through （PT） concept with the narrow N-base so as to obtain the fast turn-off and low on-state voltage. The trench groove between GcT and freewheel diode （FWD） for the optimum separation was proposed in order to prevent the later flowing of carriers stored in FWD which may interfere the normal operation of GcT. The forward blocking voltage has reached up to 6,400V. With respect to dynamic turn-off, the peak current of 1,500A has been obtained in the simulation.

A mostly single bcc phase with grain sizes of 15-20 nm was prepared by crystallization of amorphous Fe-P-c-Mo-cu-Si *** Bs value (H=10000 Oe) reaches 1.595 T for Fe(79.5) P(12)c6cu(0.5)Mo(0.5)Si(1.5) alloys. The low core loss of 0.14 w/kg at 1.3 T and 50 Hz was confirmed for the bcc Fe(79.5)P(12)c6cu(0.5)Mo(0.5)Si(1.5) *** structures of the alloy annealed at different temperatures have been investigated by means of Xray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The relationship between the structure and magnetic properties of the alloy is discussed.
