We apply the loc.l.method of fundamental solutions(lMFS)to boundary value problems(BVPs)for the laplace and homogeneous biharmonic equations in *** appropriately choosing the c.l.ocation points,the lMFS discretization yields sparse block circ.l.nt system *** a result,matrix decomposition algorithms(MDAs)and fast Fourier transforms(FFTs)can be used for the solution of the systems resulting in considerable savings in both computational time and storage *** accuracy of the method and its ability to solve large sc.l. problems are demonstrated by applying it to several numeric.l.experiments.

This paper presents a learning-based control policy design for point-to-point vehicle positioning in the urban environment via BeiDou *** navigating in urban canyons,the multipath effect is a kind of interference that causes the navigation signal to drift and thus imposes severe impacts on vehicle loc.l.zation due to the reflection and diffraction of the BeiDou ***,the authors formulated the navigation control system with unknown vehicle dynamics into an optimal control-seeking problem through a linear discrete-time system,and the point-to-point loc.l.zation control is modeled and handled by leveraging off-policy reinforcement learning for feedback *** proposed learning-based design guarantees optimality with prescribed performance and also stabilizes the closed-loop navigation system,without the full knowledge of the vehicle *** is seen that the proposed method can withstand the impact of the multipath effect while satisfying the prescribed convergence rate.A case study demonstrates that the proposed algorithms effectively drive the vehicle to a desired setpoint under the multipath effect introduced by actual experiments of BeiDou navigation in the urban environment.

low desulfurization efficiency impedes the wide application of dry desulfurization technology,which is a low-cost and simple process,and one significant solution is the development and manufacture of high-performance *** this study,firstly,a steam jet mill was used to digest quic.l.me;then,we utilized numeric.l.simulation to study the flow field distribution and analyze the driving factors of quic.l.me digestion;and lastly,the desulfurization performance of the desulfurizer was evaluated under different relative *** results show that the desulfurizer prepared via the steam jet mill had better apparent activity than traditional ***,the entire jet flow field of the steam jet mill is in a supersonic and highly turbulent flow state,with high crushing intensity and good particle acc.l.ration *** contact with the nascent surface maximizes the formation of slaked *** experiments demonstrated that the operating time with 100%desulfurization efficiency and the“break-through”time for the desulfurizer prepared via the steam jet mill is longer than that of traditional desulfurizers,and has significant advantages,especially at low flue gas relative *** with traditional desulfurizers,the desulfurizer prepared via steam jet mill expands the range of acceptable flue gas temperature,and the failure temperature is 1.625 times that of traditional *** work breaks through the technic.l.bottleneck of low dry desulfurization efficiency,which is an important step in pushing forward the application of dry desulfurization.

Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are promising materials for thermometers based on the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)***,at high Nd^(3+)concentrations,energy transfer(ET)processes such as optic.l.reabsorption and cross-relaxation can affect the Nd^(3+)emission,which has been little explored in the ***,the present work investigated the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(samples doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol%,0.5 mol%,2.0 mol%,and 4.0 mol%)in fluorescence thermometers,in the temperature range from 299 to 371 *** results indicate a strong dependence of the FIR parameters on the Nd^(3+)concentration,due to changes in the emission band profiles caused by optic.l.reabsorption of the Nd^(3+)emissions and cross-relaxation processes.A decrease of the relative sensitivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for samples doped with higher amounts of Nd^(3+).The maximum relative sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,which is the highest value among the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

Multi-label classification is a challenging problem that has attracted significant attention from researchers, partic.l.rly in the domain of image and text attribute annotation. However, multi-label datasets are prone to serious intra-class and inter-class imbalance problems, which can significantly degrade the classification performance. To address the above issues, we propose the multi-label weighted broad learning system(MlW-BlS) from the perspective of label imbalance weighting and label correlation mining. Further, we propose the multi-label adaptive weighted broad learning system(MlAW-BlS) to adaptively adjust the specific weights and values of labels of MlW-BlS and construct an efficient imbalanced classifier set. Extensive experiments are conducted on various datasets to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed model, and the results demonstrate its superiority over other advanced approaches.

A Practic.l.Predefined-Time Stability criterion and Its Application to Uncertain Nonlinear Systems

In this paper, the singularity-free predefined-time fuzzy adaptive tracking control problem is studied for non-strict feedback(NSF) nonlinear systems considering mismatched external disturbances. An innovative practic.l.predefined-time stability(PPTS) criterion is proposed to provide the theoretic.l.basis for subsequent control design. compared to the existing predefined-time stability(PTS) criterion, this criterion has a broader application range and can solve the control design issues of nonlinear systems with system uncertainties. Fuzzy logic systems(FlSs) are employed to identify unknown nonlinear functions. Based on the backstepping control technology, a singularity-free predefined-time control(PTc) design method is proposed, in which the hyperbolic tangent function is utilized to avoid the singular problem, and the nature of fuzzy basis function is adopted to resolve the algebraic.l.op problem. The PPTS of the closed-loop NSF nonlinear system is proven with the lyapunov theory and the proposed PPTS criterion. Ultimately, the efficiency of the presented PTc design method is verified by several sets of simulations on a single link manipulator system.

Hexavalent chromium[cr(Ⅵ)]causes serious harm to the environment due to its high toxicity,solubility,and ***(Fh)are the main adsorbent and trapping agent of cr(Ⅵ)in soils and aquifers,and they usually coexist with silicate(Si),forming Si-containing ferrihydrite(Si-Fh)***,the mechanism of cr(Ⅵ)retention by Si-Fh mixtures is poorly *** this study,the behaviors and mechanisms of cr(Ⅵ)adsorption onto Si-Fh with different Si/Fe molar ratios was *** electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and other techniques were used to characterize Si-Fh and cr(Ⅵ)-loading of *** results show that specific surface area of Si-Fh increases gradually with increasing Si/Fe ratios,but cr(Ⅵ)adsorption on Si-Fh decreases with increasing Si/Fe *** is because with an increase in Si/Fe molar ratio,the point of zero charge of Si-Fh gradually decreases and electrostatic repulsion between Si-Fh and cr(Ⅵ)***,the complexation of cr(Ⅵ)is enhanced due to the increase in adsorbed hydroxyl(A-OH-)on Si-Fh with increasing Si/Fe molar ratio,which partly counteracts the effect of the electrostatic ***,the increase in the electrostatic repulsion has a greater impact on adsorption than the additional complexation with *** functional theory c.l.ulation further supports this observation,showing the increases in electron variation of bonding atoms and reaction energies of inner spheric.l.complexes with the increase in Si/Fe ratio.
