为了发芽迅速并达到最高的发芽率,油棕种子必须经过高温处理。经处理的种子如果不能立即发芽,可以贮藏起来。贮藏的条件和时间,目前还未确定。这里做了二个试验研究,结果表明:Dura型的油棕种子经热处理后,含有118%的原始水分,可贮藏在密闭的聚乙烯塑料袋内。贮藏期的长短随温度而变化。在20℃和28℃时,种子能分别贮藏19周和24周。温度为30℃时,种子贮藏10周,发芽力就受损害。在二个较高的温度条件下,种子水分下降很快;在5℃低温下,种子生活力早期就趋向下降。

The metal-organic framework(MOF)derived Ni–co–c–N composite alloys(NiccZ)were“embedded”inside the carbon cloth(cc)strands as opposed to the popular idea of growing them upward to realize ultrastable energy storage and conversion *** NiccZ was then oxygen functionalized,facilitating the next step of stoichiometric sulfur anion diffusion during hydrothermal sulfurization,generating a flower-like metal hydroxysulfide structure(NiccZOS)with strong partial implantation inside *** obtained NiccZOS shows an excellent capacity when tested as a supercapacitor electrode in a three-electrode ***,when paired with the biomass-derived nitrogen-rich activated carbon,the asymmetric supercapacitor device shows almost 100%capacity retention even after 45,000 charge–discharge cycles with remarkable energy density(59.4 Wh kg^(-1)/263.8μWh cm^(–2))owing to a uniquely designed ***,the same electrode performed as an excellent bifunctional water-splitting electrocatalyst with an overpotential of 271 mV for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and 168.4 mV for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)at 10 mA cm−2 current density along with 30 h of unhinged chronopotentiometric stability performance for both HER and ***,a unique metal chalcogenide composite electrode/substrate configuration has been proposed as a highly stable electrode material for flexible energy storage and conversion applications.

The development of portable X-ray detectors is necessary for diagnosing fractures in unconscious patients in emergency situations. However, this is quite challenging because of the heavy weight of the scintillator and silicon photodetectors. The weight and thickness of X-ray detectors can be reduced by replacing the silicon layer with an organic photodetectors. This study presents a novel bithienopyrroledione-based polymer donor that exhibits excellent photodetection properties even in a thick photoactive layer (similar to 700 nm), owing to the symmetric backbone and highly soluble molecular structure of bithienopyrroledione. The ability of bithienopyrroledione-based polymer donor to strongly suppress the dark current density (J(d) similar to 10(-10) A cm(-2)) at a negative bias (-2.0 V) while maintaining high responsivity (R = 0.29 A W-1) even at a thickness of 700 nm results in a maximum shot-noise-limited specific detectivity of D-sh* = 2.18 x 10(13) Jones in the organic photodetectors. Printed organic photodetectors are developed by slot-die coating for use in X-ray detectors, which exhibit D-sh* = 2.73 x 10(12) Jones with clear rising (0.26 s) and falling (0.29 s) response times upon X-ray irradiation. Detection reliability is also proven by linear response of the X-ray detector, and the X-ray detection limit is 3 mA.

Stutzerimonas have been extensively studied due to their remarkable metabolic and physiological ***,research on its phages is currently *** this study,we isolated a novel double-stranded DNA(dsDNA)phage,vB_SstM-PG1,from the marine environment that infects Stutzerimonas stutzeri *** dsDNA genome is 37204 bp long with a G/c content of 64.14%and encodes 54 open reading *** phage possesses a tail packaging structure that is different from known Stutzerimonas stutzeri phages and exhibits structural protein characteristics similar to those of temperate *** addition,two genes of toxin-antitoxin system,including YdaS_antitoxin and HEPN_SAV_6107,were found in the vB_SstM-PG1 genome and play important roles in regulating host growth and *** phylogenetic tree and comparative genomic analysis,it has been determined that vB_SstM-PG1 is not closely related to any phages previously identified in the GenBank ***,it has a connection with enigmatic,uncultured ***,the vB_SstM-PG1 virus exhibits an average nucleotide identity of over 70%with six uncultivated viruses identified in the IMG/VR v4 *** significant finding has resulted in the identification of a novel viral genus known as Metabovirus.

SARS-coV-2 continues to threaten human society by generating novel variants via mutation and *** high number of mutations that appeared in emerging variants not only enhanced their immune-escaping ability but also made it difficult to predict the pathogenicity and virulence based on viral nucleotide *** markers for evaluating the pathogenicity of new variants are therefore *** comparing host responses to wild-type and variants with attenuated pathogenicity at proteome and metabolome levels,six key molecules on the polyamine biosynthesis pathway including putrescine,SAM,dc-SAM,ODc1,SAMS,and SAMDc were found to be differentially upregulated and associated with pathogenicity of *** validate our discovery,human airway organoids were subsequently used which recapitulates SARS-coV-2 replication in the airway epithelial cells of cOVID-19 *** ODc1 as a proof-ofconcept,differential activation of polyamine biosynthesis was found to be modulated by the renin-angiotensin system(RAS)and positively associated with AcE2 *** experiments demonstrated that ODc1 expression could be differentially activated upon a panel of SARS-coV-2 variants of concern(VOcs)and was found to be correlated with each VOcs’pathogenic ***,the presented study revealed the discriminative ability of key molecules on polyamine biosynthesis as a predictive marker for virulence evaluation and assessment of SARS-coV-2 variants in cell or organoid *** work,therefore,presented a practical strategy that could be potentially applied as an evaluation tool for the pathogenicity of current and emerging SARS-coV-2 variants.

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a clinically approved cancer treatment that uses energy of light to generate active substances that cause damage to the cancer. Photosensitizers are employed to absorb light and generate toxic reactive oxygen species (ROS) to damage biomolecules like DNA. At the same time, some chemotherapy drugs like nucleotide analogues can provide mechanism-guided promotion in the treatment efficacy of PDT. However, the photosensitizer and chemotherapy drugs used in PDT is usually organic molecules, which suffers from bad solubility, fast clearance, and acute toxicity. To achieve targeted treatment, a reasonable delivery system is necessary. Therefore, we reported a metal-phenolic network where IR780 and gemcitabine were coupled chemically to overcome these shortcomings. The enhanced PDT effects can be realized by the promoted cell death both in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, the synergistic therapy also induced T-cell mediated anti-tumor immune response, which was significant for the inhibition of distant tumor growth. This work expanded the biomedical application of metal-phenolic materials and contribute to the wider application of photodynamic cancer therapy.

Given a bounded symmetric domain Ω the author considers the geometry of its totally geodesic complex submanifolds S■Ω.In terms of the Harish-chandra realization Ω and taking S to pass through the origin 0∈Ω,so that S=E∩Ω for some complex vector subspace of c^(n),the author shows that the orthogonal projectionρ:Ω→E maps Ω onto S,and deduces that S■Ω is a holomorphic isometry with respect to the caratheodory *** first theorem gives a new derivation of a result of Yeung’s deduced from the classification theory by Satake and Ihara in the special case of totally geodesic complex submanifolds of rank 1 and of complex dimension≥2 in the Siegel upper half plane Hg,a result which was crucial for proving the nonexistence of totally geodesic complex sub or bifolds of dimension≥2 on the open Torelli locus of the Siegel modular variety Ag by the same *** proof relies on the characterization of totally geodesic submanifolds of Riemannian symmetric spaces in terms of Lie triple systems and a variant of the Hermann convexity Theorem giving a new characterization of the Harish-chandra realization in terms of bisectional curvatures.

Recently, mok and Zhang(2019) introduced the notion of admissible pairs(X0, X) of rational homogeneous spaces of Picard number 1 and proved rigidity of admissible pairs(X0, X) of the subdiagram type whenever X0 is nonlinear. It remains unsolved whether rigidity holds when(X0, X) is an admissible pair NOT of the subdiagram type of nonlinear irreducible Hermitian symmetric spaces such that(X0, X) is nondegenerate for substructures. In this article we provide sufficient conditions for confirming rigidity of such an admissible pair. In a nutshell our solution consists of an enhancement of the method of propagation of sub-VMRT(varieties of minimal rational tangents) structures along chains of minimal rational curves as is already implemented in the proof of the Thickening Lemma of mok and Zhang(2019). There it was proven that, for a sub-VMRT structure? : c(S) → S on a uniruled projective manifold(X, k) equipped with a minimal rational component and satisfying certain conditions so that in particular S is "uniruled" by open subsets of certain minimal rational curves on X, for a "good" minimal rational curve ? emanating from a general point x ∈ S, there exists an immersed neighborhood N?of ? which is in some sense "uniruled" by minimal rational curves. By means of the Algebraicity Theorem of mok and Zhang(2019), S can be completed to a projective subvariety Z ? X. By the author’s solution of the Recognition Problem for irreducible Hermitian symmetric spaces of rank 2(2008)and under condition(F), which symbolizes the fitting of sub-VMRTs into VMRTs, we further prove that Z is the image under a holomorphic immersion of X0 into X which induces an isomorphism on second homology groups. By studying c*-actions we prove that Z can be deformed via a one-parameter family of automorphisms to converge to X0 ? X. Under the additional hypothesis that all holomorphic sections in Γ(X0, TX |X0) lift to global holomorphic vector fields on X, we prove that the admissible pair(X0, X) is rigi
