In past decades,cellular networks have raised the usage of spectrum resources due to the victory of mobile broadband *** devices create massive data than ever before,facing the way cellular networks are installed pre-sently for satisfying the increased trafﬁc *** development of a new exclusive spectrum offered to meet up the trafﬁc requirements is challenging as spectrum resources are limited,hence *** radio technology is pre-sented to increase the pool of existing spectrum resources for mobile users via Femtocells,placed on the top of the available macrocell network for sharing the same ***,the concurrent reuse of spectrum resources from Femto networks poses destructive interference on macro *** resolve this issue,this paper introduces an optimal channel allocation model using the Oppo-sitional Beetle Swarm Optimization Algorithm(OBSOA)to allocate the channel with interference avoidance.A new OBSOA is derived in this paper by the inclu-sion of opposition-based learning(OBL)in *** algorithm allocates the channels used by PUs(PUs)to the secondary users(SUs)in such a way that inter-ference is *** proposed approach is implemented in the mATrix LABoratory(mATLAB)*** performance of this proposed approach is evaluated in terms of several measures and the experimental outcome veriﬁed the superior nature of the OBSOA-based channel allocation *** mod-el has resulted in a maximum signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio value of 86.42 dB.

This study computationally investigates the hydrodynamics of different serpentine flow field designs for redox flow batteries,which considers the Poiseuille flow in the flow channel and the Darcy flow porous *** Fluid Dynamics(cFD)results of the in-house developed code based on Finite Volume method(FVm)for conventional serpentine flow field(cSFF)agreed well with those obtained via *** deviation for pressure drop(ΔP)was less than 5.1%for all the flow rates,thus proving the present cFD analysis’s validity on the modified variation of serpentine flow *** serpentine flow field-2(mSFF2)design provided least pressure drop across the channel and maximum velocity penetration across the porous substrate when compared to the other *** increases its wetting ability,which is very important in terms of mass transfer over potential for electrochemical reaction happening in the porous substrate to achieve effective electrochemical cell performance.

Objective:To identify the in vitro antiplasmodial activity of seaweed plants against Plasmodium falciparum ***:A total of eight seaweeds were collecled from Kanvakumari district,Tainilnadu,*** in vitro antiplasmodial activity was performed in 96 well plates against Plasmodium falciparum,and preliminary phytochemcial analysis were performed for the ***:Of the selected plants Enteromorpha intestinalis(2.61%) showed maximum percentage of *** minimum concentration of inhibitory(Ic_(50)) value was observed with chaetomorpha antennina[(26.37±4.14)μg/ml.]further,the positive controls such as chloroquine and artemether showed antiplasmodial activities(Ic_(50)) with(19.10±5.93) and(6.03±0.21)μg/mL concentrations,*** preliminary phytochemical analysis of the seaweed extracts showed a variety of phytochemical constituents such as carboxylic acids,phenols,protein, resins,steroids and ***:The antiplasmodial activity of the seaweed extract might due to the presence of sugars and phenolic *** the present findings,it is concluded that,the seaweed extract of chaetomorpha antennina can be further used as a putative antiplasmodial drugs in near future.

The electron energy distribution function （EEDF） for a magnetically filtered dusty plasma is studied in a dusty double plasma device where the electron energy can be varied from 0.15 eV to ～ 2.8 eV and plasma density from 10 6 cm-3 to 10 9cm-3 . The characteristics of EEDF for these ranges of plasma parameters are investigated in a pristine plasma as well as in a dusty plasma. The results show that in the presence of dust, there is a drastic modification in EEDF patterns in a plasma with higher electron temperature and density than those in a low temperature and low density plasma produced by the magnetic filter.

Electropulsing-induced phase decompositions and microstructural changes in AZO-5 thin films were studied by X-raydiffraction, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, hall effect measurement and photoluminescence （PL）measurement techniques. It was found that the electropulsing induced phase decomposition started with spinodaldecomposition, which was accompanied by discontinuous precipitation in the AZO-5 thin films. Both circular phasedecompositions and the crystal orientation occurred. Inappropriate electropulsing might damage zones, which resulted intremendous decrease in electrical conductivity. circular changes in both the peak position and the width of the PLwavelength were observed in the EPT AZO-5 thin films. Formation of zones favored reducing the roughness of the thinfilm.

An X-band pulsed Doppler microwave radar has been used to determine the characteristics of breaking waves. Field experiments were conducted at the Shuang-Si estuary in the north of Taiwan in the winter of 2005. Analyses on maxima radar cross section and Doppler frequency shift are done to characterize wave breaking zones. Based on observations of breaking waves, the wave breaking zones are shown to be located at water depths of 1.8 to 2.2 m in the experimental site. In general, the results indicate that a radar system has the potential to delineate the spatial variation of breaking waves clearly and that this is sufficient to achieve a measurement operation for near-shore air-sea interaction events.

In this research study,the mechanical properties of several Polymer matrix composites are *** composites are multi-phase materials in which reinforcing materials are properly mixed with a polymer *** precisely,Nylon 6 reinforced with 5,15 and 25 wt.%of silicon carbide(Sic)and Nylon 6 reinforced with 5,15 and 25 wt.%of boron carbide(B_(4)c),prepared by means of an injection moulding process at three different injection pressures are *** attention is paid to the tensile and impact strength of these *** Taguchi technique is used to optimize the process parameters such as reinforcement material,its percentage and the injection *** is observed that the specimens 5%Sic with 80 mPa injection pressure display a better tensile strength and similarly the specimen 5%B_(4)c with 90 mPa injection pressure have a superior impact strength.
