政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPcc)第六次评估报告综合报告《气候变化2023》明确指出自工业化以来,人类活动带来的温室气体排放导致全球变暖,使全球极端天气气候事件日益增多,对自然和人类的发展带来巨大挑战[1]。为反映未来社会经济面临的气候变化适应和减缓挑战,IPcc提出5种共享社会经济路径,包括可持续发展路径(SSP1)、中间路径(SSP2)、区域竞争路径(SSP3)、不均衡路径(SSP4),以及以传统化石燃料为主的路径(SSP5)。开展SSP1~5路径下人口的变化预估,是气候变化影响研究和气候政策制定的核心。

“Plasmas” up to a kilometer in size and behaving similarly to multicellular organisms have been filmed on 10 separate NASA space shuttle missions, over 200 miles above Earth within the thermosphere. These self-illuminated “plasmas” are attracted to and may “feed on” electromagnetic radiation. They have different morphologies: 1) cone, 2) cloud, 3) donut, 4) spherical-cylindrical;and have been filmed flying towards and descending from the thermosphere into thunderstorms;congregating by the hundreds and interacting with satellites generating electromagnetic activity;approaching the Space Shuttles. computerized analysis of flight path trajectories documents these plasmas travel at different velocities from different directions and change their angle of trajectory making 45°, 90°, and 180° shifts and follow each other. They’ve been filmed accelerating, slowing down, stopping, congregating, engaging in “hunter-predatory” behavior and intersecting plasmas leaving a plasma dust trail in their wake. Similar life-like behaviors have been demonstrated by plasmas created experimentally. “Plasmas” may have been photographed in the 1940s by WWII pilots (identified as “Foo fighters”);repeatedly observed and filmed by astronauts and military pilots and classified as Unidentified Aerial—Anomalous Phenomenon. Plasmas are not biological but may represent a form of pre-life that via the incorporation of elements common in space, could result in the synthesis of RNA. Plasmas constitute a fourth state of matter, are attracted to electromagnetic activity, and when observed in the lower atmosphere likely account for many of the UFO-UAP sightings over the centuries.

The Unified Field

This is a Unified Field description based on the holographic Time Dilation cosmology, TDc, model, which is an eternal continuum evolving forward in the forward direction of time, at the speed of light, c, at an invariant 1 s/s rate of time. This is the Fundamental Direction of Evolution, FDE. There is also an evolution down time dilation gradients, the Gravitational Direction of Evolution, GDE. These evolutions are gravity, which is the evolutionary force in time. Gravitational velocities are compensation for the difference in the rate of time, dRt, in a dilation field, and the dRtis equal to the compensatory velocity’s percentage of c, and is a measure of the force in time inducing the velocity. In applied force induced velocities, the dRt is a measure of the resistance in time to the induced velocity, which might be called “anti-gravity” or “negative gravity”. The two effects keep the continuum uniformly evolving forward at c. It is demonstrated that gravity is already a part of the electromagnetic field equations in way of the dRt element contained in the TDc velocity formula. Einstein’s energy formula is defined as a velocity formula and a modified version is used for charged elementary particle solutions. A time dilation-based derivation of the Lorentz force ties gravity directly to the electromagnetic field proving the unified field of gravity and the EMF. It is noted how we could possibly create gravity drives. This is followed by a discussion of black holes, proving supermassive objects, like massive black hole singularities, are impossible, and that black holes are massless Magnetospheric Eternally collapsing Objects (MEcOs) that are vortices in spacetime. .

Background The study objective was to test the hypothesis that low crude protein(cP)diet with crystalline amino acids(cAA)supplementation improves Lys utilization efficiency for milk production and reduces protein turnover and muscle protein *** lactating multiparous Yorkshire sows were allotted to 1 of 2 isocaloric diets(10.80 MJ/kg net energy):control(cON;19.24%cP)and reduced cP with“optimal”AA profile(OPT;14.00%cP).Sow body weight and backfat were recorded on d 1 and 21 of lactation and piglets were weighed on d 1,14,18,and 21 of *** d 14 and 18,a subset of 9 sows(cON=4,OPT=5)was infused with a mixed solution of 3-[methyl-2h3]histidine(bolus injection)and[13c]bicarbonate(priming dose)first,then a constant 2-h[13c]bicarbonate infusion followed by a 6-h primed constant[1-13c]lysine *** blood and milk sampling were performed to determine plasma and milk Lys enrichment,Lys oxidation rate,whole body protein turnover,and muscle protein *** Over the 21-d lactation period,compared to cON,sows fed OPT had greater litter growth rate(Pcompared to cON,sows fed OPT had greater efficiency of Lys(Phole-body protein turnover efficiency(Pcompared to cON,sows fed OPT tended to have lower whole body protein breakdown rate(P=0.069).Muscle protein breakdown rate did not differ between OPT and cON(P=0.197).conclusion Feeding an improved AA balance diet increased efficiency of Lys and reduced whole-body protein turnover and protein *** results imply that the lower maternal N retention observed in lactating sows fed improved AA balance diets in previous studies may be a result of greater partitioning of AA towards milk rather than greater body protein breakdown.

Evaluation of Serum Soluble cD27 and cXcL10 Levels in Patients With Vitiligo:A cross-Sectional Study

Objective:Vitiligo is a relatively common skin disfiguring disorder that exhibits a fluctuating course between activity and stability,making monitoring and management *** plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of *** autoimmune disorders have been associated with both cD27 and chemokine(c-X-c motif)ligand 10(cXcL10).however,trials evaluating their role in vitiligo are lacking in the Egyptian *** evaluated the circulating levels of these 2 biomarkers in patients with vitiligo and the possible correlation between their levels and disease ***:This cross-sectional study included 70 patients with vitiligo and 20 healthy *** patients were clinically assessed and then divided into active and stable groups according to clinical signs of activity and Vitiligo Disease Activity *** levels of cD27 and cXcL10 in the serum were assessed using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in both the patients and the controls,then the Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to analyze the difference between the ***:Active and stable vitiligo patients have significantly higher median serum cXcL10(385.9 and 245.2 pg/mL)and cD27(61.6 and 66.5 ng/mL)levels compared to the controls(193 pg/mL and 52.5 ng/mL,respectively,all Pcases,although cXcL10 levels significantly increased with disease activity(PcD27 levels were comparable between the 2 subgroups(P=0.953).cXcL10 positively correlated with disease activity(r=0.887,PcXcL10 had a higher sensitivity and a lower specificity(95.7%and 60.0%,respectively)compared to cD27(71.4%and 75%,respectively)for differentiating cases from ***:There is a possibility that cXcL10 and cD27 are involved in the development and course of vitiligo.

Background:Acute improvement in range of motion(ROM)is a widely reported effect of stretching and foam rolling,which is commonly explained by changes in pain threshold and/or musculotendinous ***,these effects were also reported in response to various other active and passive interventions that induce responses such as enhanced muscle ***,we hypothesized that acute ROM enhancements could be induced by a wide variety of interventions other than stretching or foam rolling that promote an increase in muscle ***:After a systematic search in PubMed,Web of Science,and SPORTDiscus databases,38 studies comparing the effects of stretching and foam rolling with several other interventions on ROM and passive properties were *** studies had 1134 participants in total,and the data analysis resulted in 140 effect sizes(ESs).ES calculations were performed using robust variance estimation model with ***:Study quality of the included studies was classified as fair(PEDro score=4.58)with low to moderate certainty of *** showed no significant differences in ROM(ES=0.01,p=0.88),stiffness(ES=0.09,p=0.67),or passive peak torque(ES=-0.30,p=0.14)between stretching or foam rolling and the other identified *** plots revealed no publication ***:Based on current literature,our results challenge the established view on stretching and foam rolling as a recommended component of warm-up *** lack of significant difference between interventions suggests there is no need to emphasize stretching or foam rolling to induce acute ROM,passive peak torque increases,or stiffness reductions.

Experimental validation of double-fed induction generator in oscillating water column using circulatory system-based optimization

This paper validates the optimal operation for a grid-connected double-fed induction generator (DFIG) in an oscillating water column power plant (OWcPP). This study presents a novel optimization technique called the circulatory system-based optimization (cSBO) approach to develop six adaptive fuzzy logic controllers (AFLcs) with 30 parameters and compare them to chaotic-billiards optimization (c-BO) and genetic algorithm (GA). The proposed controller is also compared with a proportional-integral differential (PID) controller based on a self-adaptive global-best harmony search (SGhS). cSBO-based AFLcs are fully investigated under different scenarios and experimented with using a real-time interface DSP1104. The results of using cSBO-AFLcs revealed a fast time response, fast convergence, less overshoot and minimal error compared with those achieved with c-BO-AFLc, SGhS-PID and GA-AFLc during different case studies. The cSBO-based AFLcs ensure maximum power from the DFIG in an OWcPP and enhance dynamic response with very low errors. The results show that the cSBO shows better power tracking by 25% as compared with c-BO, by 45% when compared with the GA and by 56% when compared with PID. Moreover, the integral absolute errors of six controllers are investigated to demonstrate the feasibility of cSBO-AFLc. The root mean square of the errors of six controllers using cSBO is improved by 68.27% when compared with GA, by 22.57% when compared with c-BO and by 38.42% when compared with PID. These indicators demonstrate the feasibility of cSBO when compared with other algorithms with the same OWcPP. This paper validates the optimal operation of a grid-connected double-fed induction generator in an oscillating water column using a novel optimization technique called the circulatory system-based optimization approach. Experiments using a real-time simulator demonstrate the feasibility of the approach when compared with other algorithms. Graphical Abstract
