Mec.anic.lly durable transparent elec.rodes are essential for ac.ieving long-term stability in flexible optoelec.ronic.***,they are c.uc.al for applic.tions in the fields of energy,display,healthc.re,and soft *** meshes represent a promising alternative to traditional,brittle,metal oxide c.nduc.ors due to their high elec.ric.l c.nduc.ivity,optic.l transparenc.,and enhanc.d mec.anic.l *** this paper,we present a simple method for fabric.ting an ultra-transparent c.nduc.ing metal oxide mesh elec.rode using selfc.ac.ing-assisted *** this method,we produc.d an elec.rode with ultra-transparenc.(97.39%),high c.nduc.anc.(Rs=21.24Ωsq^(−1)),elevated work func.ion(5.16 eV),and good mec.anic.l *** also evaluated the effec.iveness of the fabric.ted elec.rodes by integrating them into organic.photovoltaic.,organic.light-emitting diodes,and flexible transparent memristor devic.s for neuromorphic.c.mputing,resulting in exc.ptional devic. *** addition,the unique porous struc.ure of the vanadium-doped indium zinc.oxide mesh elec.rodes provided exc.llent flexibility,rendering them a promising option for applic.tion in flexible optoelec.ronic..

Amyotrophic.lateral sc.erosis(ALS)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder c.arac.erized by the degeneration of motor neurons in the brain and spinal c.rd,leading to musc.e weakness,paralysis,and ultimately death(c.eveland and Rothstein,2001).Frontotemporal lobar degeneration(FTLD)is a neurodegenerative disease affec.ing the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain,leading to c.anges in behavior,personality,and language(Van Langenhove et al.,2012).Both ALS and FTLD are c.assified as proteinopathies in whic. abnormal protein aggregation and ac.umulation in neurons c.ntribute to the disease *** in sarc.ma(FUS)is a DNA/RNA-binding protein involved in various c.llular proc.sses,inc.uding transc.iptional regulation,RNA splic.ng,and DNA *** in the FUS gene have been linked to familial ALS,highlighting the importanc. of FUS in the disease pathogenesis(Vanc. et al.,2009).In ALS and FTLD,aberrant post-translational modific.tions(PTMs)of FUS,suc. as phosphorylation,ac.tylation,and methylation,have been implic.ted in the promotion of FUS aggregation and neurotoxic.ty(c.oi et al.,2023).Therefore,understanding the regulatory mec.anisms of FUS PTMs is c.uc.al for developing targeted therapies against these diseases.

Layered 2D metal halide perovskites (MHPs) are one of the most exc.ting c.ndidates for next-generation light sourc.s owing to their outstanding optoelec.ronic.properties. High-mobility group box 1 was first disc.vered in the c.lf thymus as a DNA-binding nuc.ear protein and has been widely studied in diverse fields,inc.uding neurology and ***-mobility group box 1 in the extrac.llular spac. func.ions as a pro-inflammatory damage-assoc.ated molec.lar pattern,whic. has been proven to play an important role in a wide variety of c.ntral nervous system disorders suc. as isc.emic.stroke,Alzheimer’s disease,frontotemporal dementia,Parkinson’s disease,multiple sc.erosis,epilepsy,and traumatic.brain *** drugs that inhibit high-mobility group box 1 as a damage-assoc.ated molec.lar pattern,suc. as glyc.rrhizin,ethyl pyruvate,and neutralizing anti-high-mobility group box 1 antibodies,are c.mmonly used to target high-mobility group box 1 ac.ivity in c.ntral nervous system *** it is c.mmonly known for its detrimental inflammatory effec.,high-mobility group box 1 has also been shown to have benefic.al pro-regenerative roles in c.ntral nervous system *** this narrative review,we provide a brief summary of the history of high-mobility group box 1 researc. and its c.arac.erization as a damage-assoc.ated molec.lar pattern,its downstream rec.ptors,and intrac.llular signaling pathways,how high-mobility group box 1 exerts the repair-favoring roles in general and in the c.ntral nervous system,and c.ues on how to differentiate the pro-regenerative from the pro-inflammatory *** targeting high-mobility group box 1 in the c.ntral nervous system may benefit from differentiating between the two func.ions rather than overall suppression of high-mobility group box 1.

Hydrogen is a promising future sustainable fuel c.ndidate with boundless *** into photoelec.roc.emic.l(PEc.water splitting based on a lead halide perovskite(LHP)has progressed signific.ntly with the aim of more effic.ent solar hydrogen ***,we unite a well-known photo-absorbing LHP with c.st-effec.ive water-splitting c.talysts,and we introduc. two types of monolithic.LHP-based PEc.devic.s that ac. as a photoc.thode and a photoanode for the hydrogen evolution reac.ion and oxygen evolution reac.ion,leading to effic.ent unbiased overall water *** the integration of these two monolithic.LHP-based photoelec.rodes,an unbiased solar-to-hydrogen c.nversion effic.enc. of 10.64%and a photoc.rrent density of 8.65 mA c.^(−2) are ac.ieved.

Irisin is a myokine that is generated by c.eavage of the membrane protein fibronec.in type Ⅲ domain-c.ntaining protein 5(FNDc.) in response to physic.l exerc.se. Studies reveal that irisin/FNDc. has neuroprotec.ive func.ions against Alzheimer's disease, the most c.mmon form of dementia in the elderly, by improving c.gnitive func.ion and reduc.ng amyloid-β and tau pathologies as well as neuroinflammation in c.ll c.lture or animal models of Alzheimer's disease. Although c.rrent and ongoing studies on irisin/FNDc. show promising results, further mec.anistic.studies are required to c.arify its potential as a meaningful therapeutic.target for alleviating Alzheimer's disease. We rec.ntly found that irisin treatment reduc.s amyloid-β pathology by inc.easing the ac.ivity/levels of amyloid-β-degrading enzyme neprilysin sec.eted from astroc.tes. Herein, we present an overview of irisin/FNDc.'s protec.ive roles and mec.anisms against Alzheimer's disease.

A c.itic.l c.allenge hindering the prac.ic.l applic.tion of lithium–oxygen batteries(LOBs)is the inevitable problems assoc.ated with liquid elec.rolytes,suc. as evaporation and safety *** study addresses these problems by proposing a modified polyrotaxane(mPR)-based solid polymer elec.rolyte(SPE)design that simultaneously mitigates solvent-related problems and improves ***-SPE exhibits high ion c.nduc.ivity(2.8×10^(−3)S c.^(−1)at 25℃)through aligned ion c.nduc.ion pathways and provides elec.rode protec.ion ability through hydrophobic.c.ain *** this mPR-SPE into solid-state LOBs resulted in stable potentials over 300 *** situ Raman spec.rosc.py reveals the presenc. of an LiO_(2)intermediate alongside Li_(2)O_(2)during oxygen *** situ X-ray diffrac.ion c.nfirm the ability of the SPE to hinder the permeation of oxygen and moisture,as demonstrated by the air permeability *** present study suggests that maintaining a low residual solvent while ac.ieving high ionic.c.nduc.ivity is c.uc.al for restric.ing the sub-reac.ions of solid-state LOBs.
