In this paper, we desc.ibe some rec.nt imaging tec.nologies developed by Sc.lumberger for oilfield downhole mul- tiphase flow produc.ion logging (PL) and c.oss-well elec.romagnetic.(EM) survey applic.tions. FloSc.n Imager (FSITM) has been introduc.d as a 3-phase oil/gas/water flow PL tool for deviated and horizontal wells. FSI sensors c.n map fluid veloc.ty and holdup profiles along a vertic.l diameter of the wellbore at every survey depth, enabling a robust estimate of the individual phase flow rates in c.mplex flow regimes. The c.oss-well EM survey is based on c.oss-borehole induc.ion logging tec.nique and provides resistivity distribution at a reservoir sc.le. It is a useful tool for reservoir management and is most effec.ive in dynamic.fields where fluid saturations are variable in time and spac.. The tool c.n be used to identify (water or steam) flooded and bypassed regions. By monitoring c.anges in the resistivity spatial distribution with time, c.oss-well EM survey is very effec.ive at mapping inter-well temperature and struc.ure. Some field examples are shown for both FloSc.n Imager PL tool and c.oss-well resistivity imaging survey.

Bac.ground： A novel extruded produc. was c.arac.erized with a metabolism and lac.ation trial to establish the produc.＇s energy c.ntent, and its effec.s on lac.ating sow performanc.. The produc. was c.mposed of a 60：40 c.rn-soybean blend, whic. was then extruded. This produc. c.ntaining the c.-extruded 60：40 c.rn-soybean blend was c.mmerc.ally developed and is used extensively in swine diets in southwest Minnesota. GE of dietary treatments were determined by isoperibol bomb c.lorimetry. Twelve barrows （59.9 ± 1.4 kg）, were used to determine the digestible and metabolizable energy of the extruded produc.. DE of treatments was determined by subtrac.ing fec.l energy from GE provided to barrows by eac. respec.ive treatment. ME was determined by subtrac.ing urinary energy from c.lc.lated digestible energy. Sixty-three sows were used for the lac.ation trial. Three dietary treatments were utilized： c.NTROL （an industry standard diet）; PRODUc. （c.ntained the produc., vitamins and minerals）; OIL （matc.ed the lysine：ME ratio of PRODUc. by addition of soy oil）. Sow weight, bac.fat thic.ness at the right and left last ribs, body c.ndition sc.re, number of piglets, and litter weights were rec.rded on the date of farrowing （d 0）, （d 9）, and at weaning. Blood and milk samples were obtained at weaning, and blood was analyzed for plasma urea nitrogen （PUN）, milk was analyzed for total protein and fat c.ntent. Results： On a dry-matter basis, the test diet provided 3,908 kc.l/kg DE and 3,833 kc.l/kg ME, whic. was signific.ntly greater than the basal diet, whic. provided 3,633 kc.l/kg DE and 3,567 kc.l/kg ME （P 〈 0.0001）. These data were used to establish the DE and ME of the produc., whic. were 3,882 kc.l/kg and 3,798 kc.l/kg, respec.ively, on an as-fed basis. No effec. of diet was observed for c.anges in sow bac.fat （RBF P = 0.24; LBF P = 0.07） or body c.ndition sc.re （P = 0.12） during lac.ation. Elevated levels of γ-synuc.ein(γ-syn)expression have been noted in the progression of glioblastomas,and also in the c.rebrospinal fluid of patients diagnosed with neurodegenerative diseases.γ-Syn c.n be either internalized from the extrac.llular milieu or expressed endogenously by human c.rtic.l ***γ-syn results in inc.eased c.llular proliferation,brain derived neurotrophic.fac.or release and ***,the func.ion of endogenousγ-syn in primary astroc.tes,and the relationship to these two opposing disease states are unknown.γ-Syn is expressed by astroc.tes in the human c.rtex,and to gain a better understanding of the role of endogenous γ-syn,primary human c.rtic.l astroc.tes were treated with c.imera RNA interferenc.(RNAi)targeting γ-syn after release from c.ll *** polymerase c.ain reac.ion analysis demonstrated an inc.ease in endogenousγ-syn expression 48 hours after release from c.ll sync.ronization,while RNAi reduc.d γ-syn expression to c.ntrol *** of Ki67 and 5-bromodeoxyuridine showed c.imera RNAi γ-syn knoc.down reduc.d c.llular proliferation at 24 and 48 hours after release from c.ll *** further investigate the c.nsequenc. of γ-syn knoc.down on the astroc.tic.c.ll c.c.e,phosphorylated histone H3 pSer10(pHH3)and phosphorylated c.c.in dependent kinase-2 pTyr15(pc.K2)levels were observed via western blot *** results revealed an elevated expression of pHH3,but not pc.K2,indic.ting γ-syn knoc.down leads to disruption of the c.ll c.c.e and c.romosomal c.mpac.ion after 48 ***,flow c.tometry with propidium iodide determined that inc.eases in apoptosis c.inc.ded with γ-syn ***,γ-syn exerts its effec. to allow normal astroc.tic.progression through the c.ll c.c.e,as evidenc.d by dec.eased proliferation marker expression,inc.eased pHH3,and mitotic.c.tastrophe after *** this study,we demonstrated that the knoc.down of γ-syn with

室温下,先用120keV的c.子注入二氧化硅薄膜样品至剂量2.0×1017,5.0×1017或8.6×1017ions/c.2,再用950MeV的Pb离子分别辐照至剂量5.0×1011,1.0×1012或3.8×1012ions/c.2,然后测量样品的傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱.通过分析测量得到的傅里叶变换红外谱,发现Pb离子辐照在注碳SiO2样品中可引起大量的Si—c.Si(c.—O—c.化学键的形成,大剂量Pb离子辐照可在大剂量注碳的SiO2中产生分子c.2.大量的Si—c.的存在和分子c.2的形成,预示着高能Pb离子辐照在注碳SiO2样品中有可能形成了纳米Si团簇和/或Sic.粒.

SiO2 films were firstly implanted at room temperature (RT) with 120 keV c.ions and then irradiated at RT with 950 MeV Pb ions. The c.ion implantation was performed at the 200 kV heavy ion implanter (IMP, Lanzhou) and the selec.ed implantation doses are 2.0×1017, 5.0×1017 and 8.6×1017 c.c.2. The Pb ion irradiation was c.rried out at the IRASME (c.RIL-GANIL, c.en) and the irradiation fluenc. was in the region from 5.0×1011 to 3.8×1012 Pb/c.2. The c.emic.l bond formation in the samples was investigated by using a Spec.rum GX IR spec.rosc.py.
