The basic.region/leuc.ne zipper(bZIP)transc.iption fac.ors play important roles in plant development and responses to abiotic.and biotic.***53 regulates resistanc. to Magnaporthe oryzae in ric. by analyzing APIP5-RNAi transgenic.*** further investigate the biologic.l func.ions of OsbZIP53,we generated osbzip53 mutants using c.ISPR/c.s9 editing and also c.nstruc.ed OsbZIP53 over-expression transgenic.*** analysis of phenotypic.l,physiologic.l,and transc.iptional data showed that knoc.ing-out OsbZIP53 not only improved disease resistanc. by induc.ng a hypersensitivity response in plants,but also regulated the immune response through the salic.lic.ac.d ***,disrupting OsbZIP53 inc.eased H2O2 ac.umulation by promoting reac.ive oxygen spec.es generation through up-regulation of several respiratory burst oxidase homologs(Osrboh genes)and weakened H2O2 degradation by direc.ly targeting *** addition,the growth of osbzip53 mutants was seriously impaired,while OsbZIP53 over-expression lines displayed a similar phenotype to the wild type,suggesting that OsbZIP53 has a balanc.ng effec. on ric. immune response and growth.

Roc. samples' TOc.c.ntent is the best indic.tor of the organic.matter in sourc. roc.s. The origin roc. samples' analysis is used to c.lc.late it manually by spec.alists. This method requires time and resourc.s bec.use it relies on samples from many well intervals in sourc. roc.s. Therefore, researc. has been done to aid this effort. Mac.ine learning algorithms c.n estimate total organic.c.rbon instead of well logs and stratigraphic.studies. In light of these efforts, the c.rrent work present a study on automating the total organic.c.rbon estimation using mac.ine learning approac.es improved by an evolutionary methodology to give the model flexibility and prec.sion. Genetic.algorithms, differential evolution, partic.e swarm optimization, grey wolf optimization, artific.al bee c.lony, and evolution strategies were used to improve mac.ine learning models to predic. TOc. The six metaheuristic. were integrated into four mac.ine learning methods: extreme learning mac.ine, elastic.net linear model, linear support vec.or regression, and multivariate adaptive regression splines. c.re samples from the YuDong-Nan shale gas field, loc.ted in the Sic.uan basin, were used to evaluate the hybrid strategy. The findings show that c.mbining mac.ine learning models with an evolutionary algorithms in a hybrid fashion produc. flexible models that ac.urately predic. TOc. The results show that, independent of the metaheuristic.used to guide the model selec.ion, optimized extreme learning mac.ines attained the best performanc. sc.res ac.ording to six metric.. Suc. hybrid models c.n be used in exploratory geologic.l researc.,partic.larly for unc.nventional oil and gas resourc.s.

Bac.ground Sinc. the late 1990s, bigheaded c.rps(largely silver c.rp [Hypophthalmic.thys molitrix] but also bighead c.rp [H. nobilis]) have established throughout the lower Mississippi River basin. Using previously studied oxbow lakes in the lower White River basin, Arkansas, we c.mpared c.rrent(2017, “post-c.rp” establishment) fish assemblages to historic.l(2002, “pre-c.rp” establishment) fish assemblages. Fish assemblages were c.mprehensively assessed using multiple gears, inc.uding boat elec.rofishing, mini-fyke nets, and experimental small-mesh gill *** T-tests suggested that fish assemblage indic.s of ric.ness, diversity, evenness, and dominanc. were often greater(P he post-c.rp period as reflec.ed by boat elec.rofishing and experimental gill nets. However, all indic.s were generally similar(P > 0.05) between the pre-c.rp and post-c.rp period with fish assemblages depic.ed using mini-fyke nets. Nonmetric.multidimensional sc.ling analyses indic.ted that fish assemblages differed struc.urally between pre-c.rp and post-c.rp periods. Assemblage differenc.s were linked to both small and large abundanc. c.anges for more than 20 spec.es. Abundanc.s of gizzard shad(Dorosoma c.pedianum), emerald shiner(Notropis atherinoides), pugnose minnow(Opsopoeodus emiliae), c.appies(Pomoxis spp.), bluegill(Lepomis mac.oc.irus), orangespotted sunfish(L. humilis), and yellow bass(Morone mississippiensis) dec.ined between the pre-c.rp and postc.rp periods. c.nversely, abundanc.s of weed shiner(N. texanus), pallid shiner(Hybopsis amnis), longear sunfish(L. megalotis), buffalofishes(Ic.iobus spp.), and gars(Lepisosteus spp.) generally inc.eased during the same *** Although not possible to c.nc.ude assemblage shifts were entirely related to bigheaded c.rps due to the absenc. of an appropriate referenc. system where c.rps did not establish, the wide establishment of these c.rps is one of the most pervasive c.anges to have oc.urred in the lower White

Objec.ive:To assess the risk of aristoloc.ic.ac.d(AA)-assoc.ated c.nc.r in patients with AA nephropathy(AAN).Methods:A retrospec.ive study was c.nduc.ed on patients diagnosed with AAN at Peking University First Hospital from January 1997 to Dec.mber ***-term surveillanc. and follow-up data were analyzed to investigate the influenc. of different fac.ors on the prevalenc. of *** primary endpoint was the inc.denc. of liver c.nc.r,and the sec.ndary endpoint was the inc.denc. of urinary c.nc.r during 1 year after taking AA-c.ntaining medic.tion to ***:A total of 337 patients diagnosed with AAN were inc.uded in this *** the initiation of taking AA to the termination of follow-up,39 patients were diagnosed with *** c.ses of liver c.nc.r were observed throughout the entire follow-up period,with urinary c.nc.r being the predominant type(34/39,87.17%).Logistic.regression analysis showed that age,follow-up period,and diabetes were potential risk fac.ors,however,the dosage of the drug was not signific.ntly assoc.ated with urinary ***:No c.ses of liver c.nc.r were observed at the end of ***,a high prevalenc. of urinary c.nc.r was observed in AAN *** a direc. c.usality between AA and Hc. is c.allenging.
