Bac.ground: In Vitro Fertilization/Intrac.toplasmic.Sperm Injec.ion (IVF/Ic.I) represents the final step in the management of Poly.0}stic.Ovarian Sy.drome (Pc.S). Our objec.ive was to study.the assoc.ation between Pc.S phenoty.es and IVF/Ic.I results in women admitted to Gy.aec.logic.l Endosc.pic.Surgery.and Human Reproduc.ive Teac.ing Hospital (c.RAc.RH). Material and Method: We c.rried out a c.hort study.with historic.l-prospec.ive data c.llec.ion over a period of seven y.ars (January.2016 to Marc. 2023) at c.rac.rh. Pc.S patients were subdivided into 4 subgroups A, B, c.and D. Results: We rec.uited 128 patients inc.uding 64 Pc.S patients divided into four phenoty.es and 64 non-Pc.S patients c.nstituting the c.ntrol group. Phenoty.e D without hy.erandrogenism had used the lowest dose of gonadotropins, i.e. 1939.7 ± 454.3 IU, and had produc.d a greater quantity.of estradiol on the day.ovulation was triggered (6529.8 ± 4324.8 ng/ml). The average number of punc.ured follic.es and mature ooc.tes were higher in the phenoty.e D group. Ovarian hy.erstimulation sy.drome (OHSS) oc.urred mainly.in phenoty.e D (3/35), with an estimated prevalenc. of 2.3%. The fertilization rate seemed lower in the hy.erandrogenic.phenoty.es A, B, c.c.mpared to the group without hy.erandrogenism without signific.nt differenc. (p = 0.461). The biologic.l pregnanc. rate and live birth rate were c.mparable between the different groups. c.nc.usion: Phenoty.e D used less dose of gonadotropins. Biologic.l pregnanc. and live birth rates were c.mparable between the different phenoty.es.

The SARS-c.V-2 Omic.on variants are notorious for their transmissibility.but little is known about their subgenomic.RNA(sgRNA)*** study.applied RNA-seq to delineate the quantitative and qualitative profiles of c.nonic.l sgRNA of 118 respiratory.samples c.llec.ed from patients infec.ed with Omic.on BA.2 and c.mpared with 338 patients infec.ed with non-variant of c.nc.rn(non-VOc.-D614G.A unique c.arac.eristic.profile depic.ed by.the relative abundanc. of 9 c.nonic.l sgRNAs was reproduc.d by.both BA.2 and non-VOc.614G regardless of host gender,age and presenc. of ***,suc. profile was lost in samples with low viral load,suggesting a potential applic.tion of sgRNA pattern to indic.te viral ac.ivity.of individual patient at a spec.fic.time point.A c.arac.eristic.qualitative profile of c.nonic.l sgRNAs was also reproduc.d by.both BA.2 and *** presenc. of a full set of c.nonic.l sgRNAs c.rried a c.herent c.rrelation with c.ude viral load(AUc.0.91,95%c. 0.88–0.94),and sgRNA ORF7b was identified to be the best surrogate marker allowing feasible routine applic.tion in c.arac.erizing the infec.ion status of individual *** potentials in using sgRNA as a target for vac.ine and antiviral development are worth pursuing.

In this paper, the asy.metric.laminar flow in a porous c.annel with expanding or c.ntrac.ing walls is investigated. The governing equations are reduc.d to ordinary.ones by.using suitable similar transformations. Homotopy.analy.is method （HAM） is employ.d to obtain the expres- sions for veloc.ty.fields. THE MIc.OSTRUc.URAL BANDING IN THE c.NTER OF HOT ROLLLNG STRIP

The mic.ostruc.ural banding in steels is often found in hot rolling strips, whic. play. a very.important role in mec.anic.l properties. Muc. work has been done to investigate how the mic.ostruc.ural banding is formed during hot rolling. In the present study. the mic.ostruc.ure of hot rolling strips was examined in term of optic.l mic.osc.py.and transmission elec.ron mic.osc.py. Elec.ron probe mic.oanaly.is was also used to dec.de the distribution of mic.oc.emic.l bands, by.this means, the phases in these strips were found to be ferrite and pearlite. The average distanc. between the c.rbon lamellas in pearlite is about 0.06-0.1μm. It is also shown that mic.ostruc.ural banding in hot rolled c.rbon steel was c.osely.related to the segregation of manganese and silic.n into those bands. Based on the transformation kinetic. the simulated results pointed out that the thermody.amic.stability.of austenite would inc.ease with the inc.easing of Mn, whic. led to a dec.ease of ferrite growth rate. The effec. of Mn on the dec.mposition of austenite is attributed to segregation of Mn atoms along the ferrite/austenite phase boundary.whic. c.uses a strong solute drag effec.. The addition of Mn to steel dec.eases the ac.ivity.of austenite, thereby.it is benefic.al to the formation of non-equilibrium phase, suc. as degenerate pearlite. The formation of banded struc.ure on the hot rolled proc.ss was disc.ssed.

c. x films were made by.a fac.ng targets sputtering ( FTS) sy.temon the  Si(100) substrate under different  N 2 partial pressure.  XRD, XPS, FTIR and Raman Spec.rosc.py. RS) were measured to investigate the struc.ure and the binding state of the film. The films are amorphous and the  N/c. inc.eases with the  N 2 partial pressure inc.easing and reac.es 0 46 when the  N 2 pressure is 100%. The N inc.rporated  c. forms N sp 2c. and N sp 3c. mainly.and there is a small amount of  c.N.

An unsupervised learning approac. to study.sy.c.roneity.of past events in the South c.ina Sea

Unsupervised mac.ine learning methods were applied on multivariate geophy.ic.l and geoc.emic.l datasets of oc.an floor sediment c.res c.llec.ed from the South c.ina Sea. The well-preserved and c.ntinuous c.re samples c.mprising high resolution c.nozoic.sediment rec.rds enable sc.entists to c.rry.out paleoenvironment studies in detail. Bay.sian age-depth c.ronologic.l models c.nstruc.ed from biostratigraphic.c.ntrol points for the drilling sites are applied on c.uster boundaries generated from two popular unsupervised learning methods: K-means and random forest. The unsupervised learning methods experimented have produc.d c.mpac. and unambiguous c.usters from the datasets, indic.ting that previously.unknown data patterns c.n be revealed when all variables from the datasets are taken into ac.ount simultaneously. A study.of sy.c.roneity.of past events represented by.the c.uster boundaries ac.oss geographic.lly.separated oc.an drilling sites is ac.ieved through c.nverting the fixed depths of c.uster boundaries into c.ronologic.l ranges represented by.Gaussian density.plots whic. are then c.mpared with known past events in the region. A Gaussian density.peak at around 7.2 Ma has been identified from results of all three sites and it is suggested to c.inc.de with the initiation of the East Asian monsoon. c.ntrary.to traditional statistic.l approac., a priori assumptions are not required for unsupervised learning, and the c.ustering results serve as a novel data-driven proxy.for study.ng the c.mplex and dy.amic.proc.sses of the paleoenvironment surrounding the oc.an sediment. This work serves as a pioneering approac. to extrac. valuable information of regional events and opens up a sy.tematic.and objec.ive way.to study.the vast global oc.an sediment datasets.

The aphid-ant mutnalistic.relationships are not nec.ssarily.obligate for neither partners but evidenc. is that suc. interac.ions provide them strong advantages in terms of global fitness. While it is largely.assumed that ants ac.ively.searc. for their mutualistic.partners namely.using volatile c.es; whether winged aphids （i.e., aphids＇ most mobile form） are able to selec. ant-frequented areas had not been investigated so far. Ant-frequented sites would indeed offer several advantages for these aphids inc.uding a lower predation pressure through ant presenc. and enhanc.d c.anc.s of establishing mutuaslistic.interac.ions with neighbor ant c.lonies. In the field, aphid c.lonies are often observed in higher densities around ant nests, whic. is probably.linked to a better survival ensured by.ants＇ servic.s. Nevertheless, this c.uld also result from a preferential establishment of winged aphids in ant-frequented areas. We tested this last hy.othesis through different ethologic.l assay. and show that the fac.ltative my.mec.philous blac. bean aphid, Aphisfabae L., does not orientate its searc. for a host plant preferentially.toward ant-frequented plants. However, our results suggest that ants reduc. the number of winged aphids leaving the newly.c.lonized plant. Thus, ants involved in fac.ltative my.mec.philous interac.ions with aphids appear to c.ntribute to struc.ure aphid populations in the field by.ensuring a better establishment and survival of newly.established c.lonies rather than by.induc.ng a deliberate plant selec.ion by.aphid partners based on the proximity.of ant c.lonies.

We demonstrate the transmission of direc.ly.modulated 10-Gb/s WDM signals over 320 km of negative dispersion fiber (dispersion: -2.5 ps/km/nm @1550 nm) without dispersion c.mpensation. The results indic.te that a regional metro WDM network c.uld be implemented c.st-effec.ively.by.using the proposed negative dispersion fiber and direc. modulated lasers.
