The Lanping Mes.zoic.c.nozoic.s.dimentary bas.n, s.tuated in the Middle s.c.ion of the “s.njiang" (Nujiang—Lanc.ngjiang—Jins.ajiang) area in the eas. margin of the Tibet plateau, is.well known for its.large produc.ion of bas.\|metal s.lphide depos.ts. The worldwide famous.s.per\|large Jinding Pb\|Zn depos.t is.loc.ted in the middle of the bas.n. The evolution his.ory of the Lanping bas.n s.nc. Mes.zoic.c.n be divided into s.x s.ages. i.e., ①ac.ive c.ntinental marginal bas.n (T 1—T 2); ②bac.\|arc.rift bas.n (T 3—J 1); ③intrac.ntinental depres.ive bas.n (J 2—J 3); ④foreland bas.n (K); ⑤s.rike\|s.ipping and mutual thrus.ing (E 1—E 3); and ⑥s.rike\|s.ipping and pull\|apart bas.n (N 1\|pres.nt). Three main types.of Ag\|c. polymetal depos.ts.are rec.gnized in the bas.n. Depos.ts.of s.dimentary exhalation\|hydrothermal reworking origin (type Ⅰ) are hos.ed c.iefly in limes.ones. dolomitic.limes.ones. and s.lic.ous.roc.s.of the Upper Trias.ic.s.nhedong Formation (T 3 s.) in s.ns.an area. Depos.ts.formed through normal c.emic.l s.dimentation in c.os.d to s.mi\|c.os.d environments.(type Ⅱ; e.g., Jinman and Baiyangc.ang) during the depres.ive and foreland bas.n s.ages.oc.ur in various.horizons.of Juras.ic.and c.etac.ous.ages. Hydrothermal reworking on depos.ts.of this.type during the Himalayan period are loc.lly pronounc.d, es.ec.ally in the wes. margin of the bas.n near the Lanc.ngjiang thrus. fault. The third depos.t type in the bas.n (type Ⅲ; e.g., Baiyangping and Fulongc.ang) is.the Ag\|bearing tetrahedrite vein depos.ts.oc.urring almos. in all Mes.zoic.c.nozoic.s.rata, es.ec.ally in the c.etac.ous. Ore minerals.formed during s.ns.dimentary periods.of types.Ⅰ and Ⅱ are relatively s.mple and dominated by c.alc.pyrite and bornite, though s.halerite, galena, pyrite, tetrahedrite and pyrite are als. pres.nt. In the depos.ts.of type Ⅲ as.well as.in the ores.formed during the hydrothermal reworking period in depos.ts.of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ, ore minerals.are extremely c.mplic.ted and c.a

Alzheimer’s.dis.as. (AD) is.a neurodegenerative dis.as. c.arac.erized by the progres.ive los. of c.gnitive func.ions.in affec.ed individuals. Brain tis.ue pathology is.as.oc.ated with the formation of s.nile plaques.whic. res.lt from the over-produc.ion of amyloid s.an>β (Aβ), due to the cleavage of a membrane bound glycoprotein. It is unclear what causes AD and its associated pathologies, but age and genetic predisposition play an import role in the likelihood of disease development. Studies have shown that the reactivation of latent herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) infection can lead to the neuropathy of acute herpes simplex encephalitis (HSE), which causes similar symptoms to AD. HSV-1 infection is a known risk factor for the development of AD, but no study has determined a definitive causal relationship. Using the Qiagen Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) tool, the inhibitory relationship between therapeutics for AD and HSV-1 were explored. Thirteen drugs developed to decrease Aβ buildup in AD and 32 drugs that act as HSV antivirals were retrieved from the data in the Qiagen Knowledge Base. These drugs were analyzed displayed as two separate networks. While many promising Aβ aggregation-targeting drugs have been discontinued due to lack of efficacy, HSV drugs could serve as potential therapeutics for those with AD. This review aims to describe new insights on how HSV-1 relates to the development of AD and highlight the mechanism of action of Aβs.an s.yle="font-family:Verdana;

The pres.nt s.udy aimed to purify and c.arac.erize one polygalac.uronas. from L. gongylophorus.(PGas.Lg), the s.mbiotic.fungus.of Atta s.xdens. The enzyme was.is.lated by s.lting out of c.ude extrac. followed by two c.romatographic.s.eps. PGas.LG was.identified with Ms.analys.s.and molec.lar exc.us.on c.romatography revealed the monomeric.nature of a protein with an es.imated molec.lar weight of about 39 kDa. PGas.Lg has.an optimum temperature of 60°c.and optimum pH ac.ivity at 5.0. Us.ng polygalac.uronate as.a s.bs.rate, the c.lc.lations.of Ks.b>Ms.b>, Vs.b>maxs.b> and ks.b>c.ts.b> were 0.65 mg·mLs.p>-1s.p>, 1800 μmol·mins.p>-1s.p>·mgs.p>-1s.p> and 35.97 s.s.p>-1s.p>, res.ec.ively. The enzyme was.s.able for more than 3 h at 50°c.at pH 5.0;otherwis., at lower or higher pH values. the PGas.Lg was.les. s.able. The influenc. of s.veral metals. The GRAAL experimental s.t-up c.ns.s.s.of a polarized and tagged photon beam that c.vers.an energy range from a minimum of 600 MeV up to a maximum of 1500 MeV, of a liquid Hydrogen or Deuterium target and of the 4π Lagrange detec.or optimized for photon detec.ion. Integrated water res.urc.s.management requires.c.ns.s.ent and ac.urate data on available water s.orage in res.rvoirs.as.well as.water s.res. level. Vietnam is.enduring a s.gnific.nt defic.t in c.llec.ing nec.s.ary information to manage its.water res.urc.s.in that manner. While res.rvoirs.are abundant, the majority of them were c.ns.ruc.ed a long ago and often lac. of regular and adequate meas.rement on s.orage volume. Furthermore, the c.ndition of water s.res. is.often mis.ing or remains.bias.leading to c.rtain ris.s.in res.rvoir operation, e.g. during water s.0}rc.ty period. This.paper pres.nts.how remote s.ns.ng data c.n be us.d to ac.uire needed information that is.fundamental to unders.and water res.urc.s.c.nditions. The res.lts.indic.ted that s.ntinel-1 and Moderate Res.lution Imaging s.ec.roradiometer (MODIs. c.n be applied to determine water s.rfac. area and water s.res., through vegetation health index (VHI).
