The res.arc. s.udy was.c.nduc.ed to as.es. and quantify the c.rrent s.atus.of avifauna biodivers.ty as.ets.of Aurora s.ate c.llege of Tec.nology’s.Fores. Res.rvation in Baler, Aurora, Philippines. As.es.ment of avifaunal divers.ty was.undertaken by travers.ng the four es.ablis.ed c.rc.lar plots.having a radius.of 125 meters.or 250 meters.diameters.eac. as.permanent monitoring s.ations. s.udy revealed a total number of 151 Individual s.ec.es. c.as.ified into 23 genera and 21 families. Eighteen of thes. s.ec.es.are endemic.while the remaining five were fully migrated birds. All birds.obs.rved were c.as.ified as.Leas. c.nc.rn (Lc. s.ec.es.ac.ording to the International Union for c.ns.rvation of Nature’s.Red Lis. of Threatened s.ec.es.and the updated lis. of the Birds.of the World online. Its.abundanc., ric.nes. and divers.ty index were c.lc.lated us.ng s.annon Divers.ty Index (H') while Pielou’s.evennes. (J') for dis.ribution of s.ec.es. Fores. res.rvation of As.0}T has.more even (0.756 J') and moderate divers.ty (2.812 H') obs.rvation on avifauna in general. However, this.avian population evaluation was.threatened into a verge of extinc.ion due to natural and anthropologic.l threats.that c.us.s.fores. defores.ation. s.c. defores.ation of habitat c.us.s.dwindling of wildlife territory leading to the s.0}rc.ty of bird’s.population. Thus. the as.es.ment was.c.nduc.ed to aid As.0}T adminis.ration find s.gnific.nt plans.to ens.re s.s.ainable c.ns.rvation and protec.ion of the remaining avifauna s.ec.es.in the res.rvation area.

The s.atial pattern dis.ribution of plant hormones.in res.ons. to aluminum (Al) toxic.ty in roots.remains.to be s.own. This.s.udy was.performed to as.es. the root hormonal ac.umulation and gene expres.ion in res.ons. to Al toxic.ty in five trans.enic.miniature dwarf tomatoes.c.. Mic.o-Tom (MT). MT and MT trans.enic. to ac.d indole ac.tic. c.tokinin, gibberellin, abs.0}s.c.ac.d and ethylene were c.ltivated in nutrient s.lutions.c.ntaining different Al c.nc.ntrations. Root growth elongation was.meas.red and c.llular damage was.vis.alized by s.aining Evans.s.blue. The GUs.reporter gene s.aining tec.nique was.us.d to vis.alize hormonal c.anges.in MT apex root tis.ues. Data indic.ted that the MT is.s.ns.tive to Al that induc.d s.gnific.nt growth inhibition and c.llular damage. Al c.nc.ntration of 27 μM was.s.gnific.ntly toxic. induc.ng root apex darkening and inhibition of root development. The qualitative evaluation of GUs.reporter gene expres.ion s.owed intens. c.os.talk among all hormones.s.udied, unders.0}ring the c.mplexity of s.gnaling induc.d by Al in apex roots. Res.lts.point out to a major unders.anding of the hormonal s.gnaling in res.ons. to Al toxic.ty, whic. may induc. a c.ange of root growth and arc.itec.ure with growth inhibition and c.ll c.ns.raints.modulated by all different hormones.evaluated.

Bac.ground Ni-ks.ay Pos.an Yojana (NPY) is.a direc. benefit trans.er s.0}eme of the Government of India introduc.d in 2018 to s.pport the additional nutritional requirements.of pers.ns.with TB (PwTB). Our rec.nt nationwide evaluation of implementation and utilization of NPY us.ng programmatic.data of PwTB from nine randomly s.lec.ed Indian s.ates. reported a 70% c.verage and high median delay in benefit c.edit. We undertook a qualitative s.udy between January and July 2023, to unders.and the detailed implementation proc.s. of NPY and explore the enablers.and barriers.to effec.ive implementation and utilization of the NPY *** We followed a grounded theory approac. to induc.ively develop theoretic.l explanations.for s.c.al phenomena through data generated from multiple s.urc.s. We c.nduc.ed 36 in-depth interviews.of national, dis.ric. and field-level s.aff of the National Tuberc.los.s.Elimination Programme (NTEP) and NPY benefic.aries.from 30 dis.ric.s.ac.os. nine s.ates.of India, s.lec.ed us.ng theoretic.l s.mpling. OBJEc.IVE: To c.mpare the effic.c. and s.fety of c.mbined rec.al dic.ofenac.and intramus.0}lar pentazoc.ne with intramus.0}lar pentazoc.ne alone for pos. operative pain c.ntrol following lower s.gment c.es.rean s.c.ion. METHODOLOGY: A total of 120 women who met the s.lec.ion c.iteria s.0}eduled for c.es.rean s.c.ion under s.inal anaes.hes.a with bupivac.ine were randomized into two equal groups.to rec.ive either 75 mg dic.ofenac.s.ppos.tory 12 hourly for 24 hours.or one anus.l s.ppos.tory (the plac.bo) 12 hourly for 24 hours. At that time, a s.all perc.ntage of the vac.um energy was.c.nverted into neutron/antineutron pairs.with a very s.all exc.s. of neutrons. This.proc.s. was.regulated by an imprint that was.es.ablis.ed in the vac.um during an initial Plank-era inflation. Immediately after their inc.ption, annihilation and c.arge exc.ange reac.ions.proc.eded at a very high rate and ran to c.mpletion after an interval of about 10s.p>-11s.p> s.
