利用德国鲁尔大学DTL实验室的中子源,通过197Au(n,γ)198Au反应得到198Au@Au样品,在室温(T=293 K)和低温(T=12 K)条件下交替测量金属Au环境中198Au的412 keV特征γ射线,通过分析得到不同温度下198Au的半衰期。实验结果表明,与文献值T1/2=(2.694 3±0.000 8)d相比,T=293 K时198Au的半衰期变长(0.4±0.7)%;T=12 K时变长(4.0±0.7)%。这一变化趋向与德拜等离子体模型的预言相符,但其幅度显著小于模型的估计值。

Bac.ground: Genomic.growth c.rves are general y defined only in terms of population mean; an alternative approac. that has not yet been exploited in genomic.analyses of growth c.rves is the Quantile Regression(QR). This methodology allows for the estimation of marker effec.s at different levels of the variable of interest. We aimed to propose and evaluate a regularized quantile regression for SNP marker effec. estimation of pig growth c.rves, as well as to identify the c.romosome regions of the most relevant markers and to estimate the genetic.individual weight trajec.ory over time(genomic.growth c.rve) under different quantiles(levels).Results: The regularized quantile regression(RQR) enabled the disc.very, at different levels of interest(quantiles), of the most relevant markers al owing for the identific.tion of QTL regions. We found the same relevant markers simultaneously affec.ing different growth c.rve parameters(mature weight and maturity rate): two(ALGA0096701 and ALGA0029483)for RQR(0.2), one(ALGA0096701) for RQR(0.5), and one(ALGA0003761) for RQR(0.8). Three average genomic.growth c.rves were obtained and the behavior was explained by the c.rve in quantile 0.2, whic. differed from the ***: RQR allowed for the c.nstruc.ion of genomic.growth c.rves, whic. is the key to identifying and selec.ing the most desirable animals for breeding purposes. Furthermore, the proposed model enabled us to find, at different levels of interest(quantiles), the most relevant markers for eac. trait(growth c.rve parameter estimates) and their respec.ive c.romosomal positions(identific.tion of new QTL regions for growth c.rves in pigs). These markers c.n be exploited under the c.ntext of marker assisted selec.ion while aiming to c.ange the shape of pig growth c.rves.

The oleanolic.ac.d possesses diverse pharmac.logic.l properties, it is c.nsidered as a good starting material for c.eating new c.mpounds. The oleanolic.ac.d isolated of Plumeria obtusa leaves was used as raw material to obtained c.lc.um, magnesium, zinc. nic.el and c.pper c.mplexes. The struc.ures of c.mplexes were c.nfirmed by HRMS, 1H NMR, and 13c.NMR. Five new c.mpounds were synthesized to promote inc.eased biologic.l ac.ivity of oleanolic.ac.d and Pc. assays for the different type of c.nc.r.

Tailoring the partitioning of proteins using ionic.liquids as adjuvants in polymer-polymer aqueous biphasic.systems

Aqueous biphasic.systems(ABS)are promising for proteins purific.tion;however,when dealing with samples c.mprising several proteins,the selec.ivity towards a target protein is diffic.lt to *** this work,the addition of ionic.liquids(ILs)as adjuvants(5 wt%and 10 wt%)in ABS c.mposed of polyethylene glyc.l(PEG)and dextran was investigated to tailor proteins partitioning between the c.existing *** liquid-liquid phase diagrams were determined at 298 K,followed by partition studies of three proteins(bovine serum albumin(BSA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and c.toc.rome c.c.t c.).Partition c.effic.ents of IgG and BSA indic.te the preferenc. of both proteins to the dextran-ric. phase,whereas c.t c.has no preferential partitioning between the *** addition of c.loride-based ILs as adjuvants allows to inc.ease or dec.ease the partition c.effic.ents,thus tailoring the proteins partitioning between the *** partitioning essentially depends on the IL c.ntent in eac. phase,whereas c.t c.and IgG partitioning is ruled by the ILs c.emic.l struc.ure and established *** doc.ing was c.rried out to address the ILs effec. on the proteins partitioning,supporting experimental observations,while identifying the spec.fic.interac.ions *** partition of eac. protein in polymer-salt ABS with ILs as adjuvants was determined,demonstrating the higher tailoring ability of polymer-polymer ABS when adding ***,the partition of eac. protein in presenc. of the remaining ones was determined,as well as the selec.ivity of the studied systems to separate eac. pair of proteins,paving the way for their use in liquidliquid c.romatography.
