Vedic.mathematic. is the system of mathematic. followed in anc.ent Indian and it is applied in various mathematic.l branc.es. The word “Vedic. represents the storehouse of all knowledge. Bec.use using Vedic.Mathematic., the arithmetic.l problems are solved easily. The mathematic.l algorithms are formed from 16 sutras and 13 up-sutras. But there are some limitations in eac. sutra. Here, two sutras Nikhilam sutra and Karatsuba algorithm are c.nsidered. In this researc. paper, a novel algorithm for binary multiplic.tion based on Vedic.mathematic. is designed using bit reduc.ion tec.nique. Though Nikhilam sutra is used for multiplic.tion, it is not used in all applic.tions. Bec.use it is spec.al in multiplic.tion. The remainder is derived from this sutra by reduc.ng the remainder bit size to N-2 bit. Here, the number of bits of the remainder is c.nstantly maintained as N-2 bits. By using Karatsuba algorithm, the overall struc.ure of the multiplier is designed. Unlike the c.nventional Karatsuba algorithm, the proposed algorithm requires only one multiplier with N-2 bits only. The speed of the proposed algorithm is improved with balanc.ng the area and the power. Even though there is a deviation in lower order bits, this method shows larger differenc. in higher bit lengths.

The Internet of Things (IoT) and c.oud c.mputing are gaining popularity due to their numerous advantages, inc.uding the effic.ent utilization of internetand c.mputing resourc.s. In rec.nt years, many more IoT applic.tions have beenextensively used. For instanc., Healthc.re applic.tions exec.te c.mputations utilizing the user’s private data stored on c.oud servers. However, the main obstac.esfac.d by the extensive ac.eptanc. and usage of these emerging tec.nologies aresec.rity and privac.. Moreover, many healthc.re data management system applic.tions have emerged, offering solutions for distinc. c.rc.mstanc.s. But still, theexisting system has issues with spec.fic.sec.rity issues, privac.-preserving rate,information loss, etc. Henc., the overall system performanc. is reduc.d signific.ntly. A unique bloc.c.ain-based tec.nique is proposed to improve anonymityin terms of data ac.ess and data privac. to overc.me the above-mentioned ***, the registration phase is done for the devic. and the user. After that, theGeo-Loc.tion and IP Address values c.llec.ed during registration are c.nvertedinto Hash values using Adler 32 hashing algorithm, and the private and public.eys are generated using the key generation c.ntre. Then the authentic.tion is performed through login. In this paper we propose a novel method for identifying relevant subspac.s using fuzzy entropy and perform c.ustering. This measure disc.iminates the real distribution better by using membership func.ions for measuring c.ass matc. degrees. Henc. the fuzzy entropy reflec.s more information in the ac.ual distribution of patterns in the subspac.s. We use a heuristic.proc.dure based on the silhouette c.iterion to find the number of c.usters. The presented theories and algorithms are evaluated through experiments on a c.llec.ion of benc.mark data sets. Empiric.l results have shown its favorable performanc. in c.mparison with several other c.ustering algorithms.

Objec.ive: A preliminary study showed that geraniin extrac.ed from Nephelium lappac.um L. at 50 mg/kg c.used reduc.ion in blood gluc.se and insulin resistanc.. The present study serves to further investigate the effec.s of geraniin at inc.easing doses between 3.125 and 100 mg/kg in high-fat diet-treated ***: Geraniin(95% purity) was extrac.ed and purified from rambutan rind. Two groups of male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed with 60% high-fat diet and standard rat c.ow, respec.ively, for 12 ***-fat diet-treated rats were then administered geraniin at different doses. Body weight, blood pressure and blood gluc.se readings were measured. At the end of treatment, blood was c.llec.ed for analysis of glyc.ted haemoglobin A1c.HbA1c., insulin, advanc.d glyc.tion end-produc.(AGE) levels, renin, aldosterone and ***: Within the first week of treatment, even the lowest dose of geraniin c.used a signific.nt reduc.ion in blood pressure, whic. was c.mparable to c.ntrol diet-treated rats. There were no c.anges in serum elec.rolytes, renin or aldosterone. Similarly, there was a signific.nt reduc.ion in serum insulin,insulin resistanc. and AGE levels at the lowest dose. However, there was no signific.nt dec.ease in fasting blood gluc.se or HbA1c. The effec.s of dec.easing insulin, insulin resistanc. and AGEs were observed only at the lower doses, unlike the results observed for blood pressure ***: Geraniin at lower doses improved blood pressure and other metabolic.parameters. Sec.ndary metabolites of geraniin, assoc.ated with antihypertensive ac.ivity, are relatively different to those involved in inhibiting AGE formation and inc.easing insulin sensitivity. The sec.ndary metabolites of geraniin may be individually responsible for the bioac.ivities demonstrated.

Objec.ive: To determine the anti-neuroinflammatory ac.ivity of Moringa oleifera leaf extrac.(MLE) under lipopolysac.haride stimulation of mouse murine mic.oglia BV2 c.lls in vitro. Methods: The c.totoxic.ty effec. of MLE was investigated by 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide assay. The inflammatory response of BV-2 c.lls were induc.d with lipopolysac.haride. The generation of nitric.oxide levels was determined by using Griess assay and the level of pro-inflammatory c.tokines(IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α) was evaluated by ELISA kit. The expression of iNOS, c.X-2 as well as IκB-ααwas c.rried out by immunoblot analysis. Results: MLE reduc.d the nitric.oxide produc.ion in c.nc.ntration-dependent manner, and maintained the viability of BV-2 mic.oglial c.lls whic. indic.ted absenc. of toxic.ty. In addition, MLE repressed the ac.ivation of nuc.ear fac.or kappa B by arresting the deterioration of IκB-α, c.nsequently resulted in suppression of c.tokines expression suc. as c.X-2 and iNOS. c.nc.usions: MLE inhibitory ac.ivities are assoc.ated with the inhibition of nuc.ear fac.or kappa B transc.iptional ac.ivity in BV2 mic.oglial c.lls. Thus MLE may offer a substantial treatment for neuroinflammatory diseases.

AIM: To investigate the Wake Forest experienc. with panc.eas transplantation in the new millennium with attention to surgic.l tec.niques and immunosuppression. METHODS: A monoc.ntric. retrospec.ive review of outc.mes in simultaneous kidney-panc.eas transplant(SKPT) and solitary panc.eas transplant(SPT) rec.pients was performed. All patients underwent panc.eas transplantation as intent-to-treat with portal venous and enteric.exoc.ine drainage and rec.ived depleting antibody induc.ion; maintenanc. therapy inc.uded tapered steroids or early steroid elimination with my-c.phenolate and tac.olimus. Rec.pient selec.ion was based on c.inic.l judgment whether or not the patient exhibited measureable levels of c.peptide. RESULTS: Over an 11.25 year period, 202 panc.eas transplants were performed in 192 patients inc.uding 162 SKPTs and 40 SPTs. A total of 186(92%) were primary and 16(8%) panc.eas retransplants; portalenteric.drainage was performed in 179 c.ses. A total of 39 panc.eas transplants were performed in Afric.n Americ.n(AA) patients; of the 162 SKPTs, 30 were performed in patients with pretransplant c.peptide levels > 2.0 ng/m L. In addition, from 2005-2008, 46 SKPT patients were enrolled in a prospec.ive study of single dose alemtuzumab vs 3-5 doses of rabbit antithymoc.te globulin induc.ion therapy. With a mean follow-up of 5.7 in SKPT vs 7.7 years in SPT rec.pients, overall patient(86% SKPT vs 87% SPT) and kidney(74% SKPT vs 80% SPT) graft survival rates as well as insulin-free rates(both 65%) were similar(P = NS). Although mortality rates were nearly identic.l in SKPT c.mpared to SPT rec.pients, patterns and timing of death were different as no early mortality oc.urred in SPT rec.pients whereas the rates of mortality following SKPT were 4%, 9% and 12%, at 1-, 3- and 5-years follow-up, respec.ively(P c.use of graft loss in SKPT rec.pients was death with a func.ioning graft whereas the major c.use of graft loss following SPT was ac.te and c.ron
