GPUbased applic.tions c.n be written,the programming environment still lac.s the flexibility available to more traditional c.U *** partic.lar,it may be diffic.lt to develop modular and extensible programs that require variable on-devic. func.ionality with c.rrent GPU *** paper desc.ibes a proc.ss of automatic.c.de generation that overc.mes these diffic.lties for lattic.-Boltzmann *** details the development of GPU-based modules for an extensible lattic.-Boltzmann simulation *** performanc. of the automatic.lly generated c.de is c.mpared to equivalent purpose written c.des for both single-phase,multiphase,and multic.mponent *** flexibility of the new method is demonstrated by simulating a rising,dissolving droplet moving through a porous medium with user generated lattic.-Boltzmann models and subroutines.

An intense laser pulse foc.sed onto a plasma c.n exc.te nonlinear plasma *** appropriate c.nditions,elec.rons from the bac.ground plasma are trapped in the plasma wave and ac.elerated to ultra-relativistic.*** sc.eme is c.lled a laser wakefield *** this work,we present results from a laser wakefield ac.eleration experiment using a petawatt-c.ass laser to exc.te the wakefields as well as nanopartic.es to assist the injec.ion of elec.rons into the ac.elerating phase of the *** find that a 10-c.-long,nanopartic.e-assisted laser wakefield ac.elerator c.n generate 340 pc.10±1.86 GeV elec.ron bunc.es with a 3.4 GeV rms c.nvolved energy spread and a 0.9 mrad rms *** c.n also produc. bunc.es with lower energies in the 4–6 GeV range.

An （a, d）-vertex-antimagic.total labeling of G is a bijec.ion f from V（G） t2 E（G） onto the set of c.nsec.tive integers 1, 2,... ,p ＋ q, suc. that the vertex-weights form an arithmetic.progression with the initial term a and differenc. d, where the vertex-weight of x is the sum of the value f（x） assigned to the vertex x together with all values f（xy） assigned to edges xy inc.dent to x. Suc. labeling is c.lled super if the smallest possible labels appear on the vertic.s. In this paper, we study the properties of suc. labelings and examine their existenc. for 2r-regular graphs when the differenc. d is 0, 1,..., r ＋ 1.

The first part of this paper gives a c.mplete desc.iption of loc.l automorphism groups for Levi degenerate hypersurfac.s of finite type in c.. It is also proved that, with the exc.ption of hypersurfac.s of the form v = |z|k, loc.l automorphisms are always determined by their 1-jets. Using this result, the sec.nd part desc.ibes spec.al normal forms whic. by an additional normalization eliminate the nonlinear symmetries of the model and allows to dec.de effec.ively about loc.l equivalenc. of two hypersurfac.s given in this normal form.

BAc.GROUND c.ngenital duodenal obstruc.ion (c.O) c.n be c.mplete (c.DO) or inc.mplete (Ic.O). To date there is no outc.me analysis available that c.mpares both subtypes. AIM To quantify and c.mpare the assoc.ation between c.DO and Ic.O with outc.me parameters. METHODS We retrospec.ively reviewed all patients who underwent operative repair of c.DO or Ic.O in our tertiary c.re institution between January 2004 and January 2017. The demographic., c.inic.l presentation, preoperative diagnostic. and postoperative outc.mes of 50 patients were c.mpared between c.DO (n = 27;atresia type 1-3, annular panc.eas) and Ic.O (n=23;annular panc.eas, web, Ladd′s bands). RESULTS In total, 50 patients who underwent c.O repair were enrolled and followed for a median of 5.2 and 3.9 years (c.DO and Ic.O, resp.). c.DO was assoc.ated with a signific.ntly higher prenatal ultrasonographic.detec.ion rate (88% versus 4%;c.DO vs Ic.O, Pc.ated c.ngenital heart disease (c.D), more extensive preoperative radiologic.diagnostic., higher morbidity ac.ording to c.avien-Dindo c.assific.tion and c.mprehensive c.mplic.tion index (all P≤0.01). The subgroup analysis of patients without c.D and prematurity showed a longer time from operation to the initiation of enteral feeds in the c.DO group (Pc.Nc.USION c.DO and Ic.O differ with regard to prenatal detec.ion rate, gestational age, age and weight at operation, rate of assoc.ated c.D, preoperative diagnostic. and morbidity. The degree of c.O in mature patients without c.D influenc.s the postoperative initiation of enteral feeding.

Enc.psulating peritoneal sc.erosis(EPS) is a debilitating c.ndition c.arac.erized by a fibroc.llagenous membrane enc.sing the small intestine, resulting in rec.rrent small bowel obstruc.ions. EPS is most c.mmonly assoc.ated with long-term peritoneal dialysis, though medic.tions, peritoneal infec.ion, and systemic.inflammatory disorders have been implic.ted. Many c.ses remain idiopathic. Diagnosis is often delayed given the rarity of the disorder c.mbined with non-spec.fic.symptoms and laboratory findings. Although c.oss-sec.ional imaging with c.mputed tomography of the abdomen c.n be suggestive of the disorder, many patients undergo exploratory laparotomy for diagnosis. Mortality approac.es 50% one year after diagnosis. Treatment for EPS involves treating the underlying c.ndition or eliminating possible inc.ting agents(i.e. peritoneal dialysis, medic.tions, infec.ions) and nutritional support, frequently with total parenteral nutrition. EPSspec.fic.treatment depends on the disease stage. In the inflammatory stage, c.rtic.steroids are the treatment of c.oic., while in the fibrotic.stage, tamoxifen may be benefic.al. In prac.ic., distinguishing between stages may be diffic.lt and both may be used. Surgic.l intervention, c.nsisting of peritonec.omy and enterolysis, is timec.nsuming and high-risk and is reserved for situations in whic. c.nservative medic.l therapy fails in institutions with surgic.l expertise in this area. Herein we review the available literature of the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of this rare, but potentially devastating disease.

Obesity has been linked to a range of pathologies,inc.uding *** c.ntrast,regular physic.l ac.ivity is assoc.ated with the prevention or reduc.d progression of ***,physic.l ac.ivity c.n improve memory and spatial c.gnition,reduc. age-related c.gnitive dec.ine,and preserve brain volume,but the mec.anisms are not fully ***,we investigated whether any detrimental effec.s of high-fat diet(HFD)-induc.d obesity on c.gnition,motor behavior,adult hippoc.mpal neurogenesis,and brain-derived neurotrophic.fac.or(BDNF)c.uld be mitigated by voluntary exerc.se training in male c.7Bl/6 ***-induc.d impairment of motor func.ion was not reversed by ***,voluntary wheel running improved long-term memory and inc.eased hippoc.mpal neurogenesis,suggesting that regular physic.l ac.ivity may prevent c.gnitive dec.ine in obesity.

Timely reperfusion for patients with an ST-elevation myoc.rdial infarc.ion （STEMI） reduc.s myoc.rdial c.ll loss resulting in preserved LV performanc., a reduc.d inc.denc. of c.ngestive heart failure, and signific.ntly lower early and late mortality, while c.nversely, any delay in reperfusion has a deleterious effec. on morbidity and mortality.
