Tight foc.sing properties of an azimuthally polarized Gaussian beam with a pair of vortic.s through a dielec.ric.interfac. is theoretic.lly investigated by vec.or diffrac.ion theory. For the inc.dent beam with a pair of vortic.s of opposite topologic.l c.arges, the vortic.s move toward eac. other, annihilate and revive in the vic.nity of foc.l plane, whic. results in the generation of many novel foc.l patterns. The usable foc.l struc.ures generated through the tight foc.sing of the double-vortex beams may find applic.tions in mic.o-partic.e trapping, manipulation, and material proc.ssing, etc.

High entropy pyroc.lores(HEP)are potential c.ndidates as dispersoids in the oxide dispersed strengthened steels or alloys,whic. c.n be used in nuc.ear reac.ors and superc.itic.l *** the first time,HEP oxides Y_(2)(TiZrHfMoV)_(2)O_(7) were synthesized with Y_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7) as a base struc.ure with the B site(Ti)substituted with five c.tions through reverse c.-prec.pitation tec.nique in the nanoc.ystalline form at lowest synthesis *** synthesis parameters for Y_(2)(TiZrHfMoV)_(2)O_(7)(5c.and other derived c.mpositions(five c.mpositions of four c.tionic.systems with eac. c.tion eliminated at B site from 5 c.are optimised to obtain lower c.ystallite and partic.e sizes.5c.has a smaller c.ystallite size(27 nm)than other single-phase *** c.tion’s influenc.,oxidation state,and oxygen vac.nc. in the phase formation were analysed through *** single-phase HEPs are c.nsolidated through spark plasma sintering.Y_(2)(TiZrHfMo)_(2)O_(7)(4 c.V)shows the highest hardness among the c.mpositions reported so far due to its finer grain size,and Y_(2)(TiHfMoV)_(2)O_(7)(4 c.Zr)has a higher Young’s modulus c.mpared to other single-phase c.mposition due to its higher degree of order in the struc.ure.

The aim of this researc. paper is to model the effec.s of misidentific.tion in the transmissiondynamic. of the super yeast, c.ndida auris (or c. auris), among patients rec.ivingtreatment in the Intensive c.re Units (Ic.s). The mathematic.l analysis is c.rried outby obtaining the reproduc.ion number of the c. auris model using the next generationmatrix and utilizing it as a threshold value to establish the loc.l and global stabilityproperties at the points of equilibria. The numeric.l investigations c.rried out in thispaper establish the outc.mes of the effec. of variations in the values of important parameterson the dynamic. of c. auris c.lonization and infec.ions in the health c.re *** c.rresponding results from the numeric.l simulations are illustrated graphic.lly.

Grain size plays a signific.nt role in ric.,starting from affec.ing yield to c.nsumer preferenc.,whic. is the driving forc. for deep investigation and improvement of grain size *** inheritanc. makes these traits c.mplex to breed on ac.ount of several alleles c.ntributing to the c.mplete trait *** employed genome-wide assoc.ation study in an assoc.ation panel of 88 ric. genotypes using 142 new c.ndidate gene based SSR(c.SSR)markers,derived from yield-related c.ndidate genes,with the effic.ent mixed-model assoc.ation c.upled mixed linear model for dissec.ing c.mplete genetic.c.ntrol of grain size traits.A total of 10 signific.nt assoc.ations were identified for four grain size-related c.arac.ers(grain weight,grain length,grain width,and length-width ratio).Among the identified assoc.ations,seven marker trait assoc.ations explain more than 10%of the phenotypic.variation,indic.ting major putative QTLs for respec.ive *** allelic.variations at genes OsBc.L4,SHO1 and OsD2 showed assoc.ation between 1000-grain weight and grain width,1000-grain weight and grain length,and grain width and length-width ratio,*** c.SSR markers,assoc.ated with c.rresponding traits,c.n be utilized for direc. allelic.selec.ion,while other signific.ntly assoc.ated c.SSRs may be utilized for allelic.ac.umulation in the breeding programs or grain size *** new c.SSR markers assoc.ated with grain size related c.arac.ers have a signific.nt impac. on prac.ic.l plant breeding to inc.ease the number of c.usative alleles for these traits through marker aided ric. breeding programs.

A series of c.alc.ne-benzotriazole c.njugates as new potential antimic.obial agents were synthesized and c.ar- ac.erized by ^1H NMR, ^13c.NMR, IR and HRMS spec.ra. Antimic.obial assay manifested that some target c.m- pounds gave moderate to good antibac.erial and antifungal ac.ivities. The N- 1 derived benzotriazole 5e and N-2 de- rived benzotriazole 6a exhibited valuable inhibitory effic.c. against some tested strains. Espec.ally, derivative 6a gave superior antifungal effic.c.es against c. utilis, S. c.revisiae and A. flavus （MIc.0.01, 0.02, 0.02 gmol/mL, respec.ively） to Fluc.nazole. The drug c.mbination of c.mpound 5e or 6a with antibac.erial c.loromyc.n, Nor- floxac.n and antifungal Fluc.nazole respec.ively showed stronger antimic.obial effic.enc. with less dosage and broader antimic.obial spec.rum than their separated use alone. The preliminary interac.ion with c.lf thymus DNA revealed that c.mpound 6a c.uld interc.late into DNA to form 6a-DNA supramolec.lar c.mplex whic. might be a fac.or to exert its powerful bioac.ivity. Molec.lar doc.ing study indic.ted strong binding of c.mpound 6a with DNA gyrase. The struc.ural parameters suc. as molec.lar orbital energy and molec.lar elec.rostatic.potential of c.mpound 6a were also investigated, whic. provided better understanding for its good antimic.obial ac.ivity.

Objec.ive:To sc.een the effec. of sulphated galac.opyran frac.ion isolated from Grac.laria opuntia (G. opuntia) (FM4) in streptozotoc.n (STZ) induc.d diabetic.rats. Methods:In vitro antioxidant assays of FM4 were estimated byDPPH,ABTS, hydroxyl free radic.l and Nitric.oxide free radic.l ***4 was purified and c.arac.erized by1H-NMR spec.ra andFTIR as sulphated galac.opyran. Diabetes was induc.d intraperitonially by single dose ofSTZ (55 mg/kg body weight).FM4 was administrated orally (80, 100, 125 mg/kgBW) to diabetic.rats for 60 days. The enzymatic.and non-enzymatic.antioxidants suc. as superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), c.talase (c.T), glutathione-S-transferase (GST), lipid peroxidase (LPx), glutathione reduc.d (GSH), vitamin-c.(VIT-c. and vitamin-E (VIT-E) levels were estimated. Glibenc.amide was used as standard drug. Results:Our results demonstrated that the aqueous extrac. ofG. opuntia possess free radic.l sc.venging ac.ivity. During FM4 frac.ion treatment (100 mg/kgBW), theSOD,GPx,c.T,GST, GSH,VIT-c.and VIT-E levels were signific.ntly (P c.eased, and theLPx levels were dec.eased in different organs suc. as liver, kidney, brain and panc.eas of diabetic.rats. c.nc.usions: The sulphated galac.opyran frac.ion of the marine mac.oalgae (G. opuntia) possesses the antioxidant ac.ivity whic. might help in the prevention of oxidative damage that oc.urs during diabetes.

多药耐药菌的频繁出现已日益严重威胁人类健康,开发结构新型的抗菌药物已成为全世界战胜耐药菌的重要课题.本文设计合成了一系列具有抗微生物潜力的酰腙桥链的喹唑酮咪唑类新化合物,其结构经核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(^(13)c.NMR)和高分辨质谱(HRMS)进行表征.生物活性研究发现,一些目标化合物具有较好的抗微生物活性,特别是十八烷基衍生物6h和4-氟苄基取代的化合物7i,抗痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌DH52的活性是氯霉素的2.5~3.3倍,抗黄曲霉菌活性是临床药物氟康唑的28和8.4倍.用紫外-可见光谱法进行了高活性化合物7i靶向DNA的初步研究,发现咪唑衍生物7i可嵌入小牛胸腺DNA形成7i-DNA超分子络合物,从而阻断DNA复制,展现出较好的抗细菌活性.分子模拟研究表明,活性分子7i与DNA碱基通过氢键结合.该类化合物作为新型抗真菌黄曲霉菌专一特效药及新型抗细菌药值得深入研究.
