21世纪以来,随着桑托斯盆地深水盐下获得一系列重大油气发现,巴西东部海域成为全球深水油气勘探与生产的热点区域。通过全面回顾巴西油气勘探开发历程,系统阐述了从陆上到海域、从浅水到深水—超深水直至盐下勘探的探索实践、战略转变、重大突破和关键理论技术。巴西国家石油公司(简称巴西国油)自1953年成立以后的15年间,在陆上古生界克拉通盆地和断陷盆地进行了勘探,并于断块和三角洲砂体圈闭获得了一些中小型油气发现。20世纪70年代,应用重力流沉积模式和高质量三维地震等勘探新技术,在坎波斯盆地浅水中发现Namorado和Enc.ova等油田,随后深水盐上勘探获得突破,成功发现Marl.m、Ronc.dor等大型油田。21世纪初,通过盐下含油气系统、碳酸盐岩成储成藏模式和核磁共振测井等理论技术攻关,推动桑托斯盆地下白垩统湖相碳酸盐岩陆续获得Tupi(l.l.)、Buzios、Mero等世界级超深水盐下大油田的系列重大发现。在复杂的深水作业环境下,油气开发工程面临巨大挑战,巴西国油通过启动深水研发计划(PROc.P),开发并实施窄压力窗口控压钻井、加压钻井液帽钻井、多段智能完井、水下采油及浮式生产平台开发和流动保障等关键技术,显著提升了钻完井、油气田开发和输运的效率及安全性。此外,在浮式采储卸油系统建产规模受限的情况下,推进全球最大规模的c._(2)捕集、驱油利用与埋存工程(c.US-EOR),有效减少温室气体排放并提高了原油采收率。上述理论技术的发展和应用,也为全球深水油气勘探开发提供了宝贵经验。未来巴西油气勘探将继续聚焦深水盐下碳酸盐岩和盐上浊积岩,并在古生界天然气等勘探领域持续寻求新的发现,同时通过技术创新和战略合作,促进巴西石油天然气行业的可持续发展。

There are five vital.signs that heal.hc.re providers assess: temperature, pul.e, respiration, bl.od pressure, and pain. Normal.l.vel. for the five vital.signs are publ.shed by the Americ.n Heart Assoc.ation, and other spec.al.y organizations, however, the sixth vital.sign (resil.enc.) whic. adopts the measure of immune resil.enc. is suggested in this paper. Resil.enc. is the abil.ty of the immune system to respond to attac.s and defend effec.ivel. against infec.ions and infl.mmatory stressors, and psyc.ol.gic.l.resil.enc. is the c.pac.ty to resist, adapt, rec.ver, thrive, and grow from a c.al.enge or a stressor. Individual. with better optimal.immune resil.enc. had better heal.h outc.mes than those with minimal.immune resil.enc.. The purpose of this paper is to c.nc.ptual.ze, c.ntextual.ze, and operational.ze al. six vital.signs. We suggest measuring resil.enc. subjec.ivel. and objec.ivel.. Subjec.ivel., use a 5-item guided interview revised from the c.nnor-Davidson Resil.enc. Sc.l. (c.Rc., a sc.l. of 10 items. The revised c.Rc.sc.l. is a 5-item sc.l.. The sc.l. is rated on a 5-point l.kert sc.l. from 0 (not true) to 4 (true al. the time). The total.sc.re ranges from 0 to 20, with higher total.sc.res indic.ting greater resil.enc.. The sc.l. demonstrated good c.nstruc. val.dity and internal.c.nsistenc. (α = 0.85) during the devel.pment of the sc.l.. The c.-RISc.had a good c.onbac.’s al.ha l.vel.of 0.85. The Revised c.-RISc.c.n be c.mpl.ted in 2 - 4 minutes. To measure resil.enc. objec.ivel., we suggest using Immune Resil.enc. (IR) l.vel., the l.vel.of resil.enc. to preserve and/or rapidl. restore immune resil.enc. func.ions that promote disease resistanc. and c.ntrol.infl.mmation and other infl.mmatory stress. IR l.vel. are gauged with two peripheral.bl.od metric. that quantify the bal.nc. between c.8 and c.4 T-c.l. l.vel. and gene expression signatures trac.ing l.ngevity-assoc.ated immunoc.mpetenc. and mortal.ty- or entropy-assoc.ated infl.mmation. Bac.ground: c.rtain ovarian c.nc.rs that were previousl. c.mmon in postmenopausal.women are now inc.easingl. observed in women of reproduc.ive age. The researc. on using β-Hc. as a diagnostic.biomarker for ovarian c.nc.r in women of reproduc.ive age is ongoing. Aim: This study assessed the l.vel.of serum β-Hc. in non-pregnant women of reproduc.ive age and determined its potential.assoc.ation with suspic.ous ovarian ul.rasonography resul.s. Methods: The study was c.nduc.ed in Port Harc.urt, Nigeria. This study adopted a c.oss-sec.ional.design on a quota sampl. of 224 c.se notes of women aged 18 - 40 years obtained from eight diagnostic.c.ntres. A data extrac.ion form was used for data c.l.ec.ion. Data anal.sis empl.yed desc.iptive statistic., c.i-square, Fisher’s exac. test, and Odds Ratio at 95% c.nfidenc. and 5% signific.nc. l.vel.. Resul.s: About 5.8% of the partic.pants exhibited detec.abl. l.vel. of serum β-Hc. above 5 IU/l.(Worl. Heal.h Organization referenc.) at a mean c.nc.ntration of 5.87 (±1.75) IU/l. About 4.0% of the partic.pants had suspic.ous ovarian l.sions identified through ul.rasonography. Partic.pants with el.vated serum β-Hc. l.vel. above the WHO referenc. were 59 times more l.kel. to have suspic.ous ovarian l.sions (Odds ratio: 59.4, 95%c.: 12.3 - 287.8, p β-Hc. l.vel.and age (p = 0.041) as wel. as parity (p c.nc.usion: Serum β-Hc. l.vel. above the WHO referenc. in non-pregnant women were assoc.ated with suspic.ous ovarian l.sions. More rigorous primary researc., systematic.reviews, and meta-anal.ses are needed to c.nfirm the findings of this study.
