We present radial veloc.ty(RV)c.rve templates of RR Lyrae first-overtone(RRc.stars c.nstruc.ed with.th. Mg I b triplet and h.lines using time-domain Medium-Resolution Survey spec.ra of seven RRc.stars from Large Sky Area Multi-Objec. Fiber Spec.rosc.pic.Telesc.pe(LAMOST)Data Release ***,we derive th. relation between th. stellar RV c.rve amplitudes and g-band ligh. c.rve amplitudes from Zwic.y Transient Fac.lity(ZTF)public.*** th.se RRc.stars with.ut ZTF g-band ligh. c.rves,we provide th. c.nversions from th. ligh. c.rve amplitudes in ZTF r-and i-bands,Gaia G-band,and V-band from th. All-Sky Automated Survey for Supernovae to th.se in ZTF *** validate our RV c.rve templates using th. RRc.star SV Sc. and find th. unc.rtainties of systemic.RV are less th.n 2.11 km s~(-1)and 6.08 km s~(-1)based on th. Mg I b triplet and h.lines,*** c.lc.late th. systemic.RVs of 30 RRc.stars using th. RV c.rve templates c.nstruc.ed with.th. Mg I b triplet and h.lines and find th. systemic.RVs are c.mparable with.eac. *** RV c.rve template will be partic.larly useful for obtaining th. systemic.RV of RRc.using th. LAMOST spec.rosc.py.

Transformation optic.(TO) provides an unprec.dented tec.nique to c.ntrol elec.romagnetic.EM) waves by engineering th. c.nstitutive parameters of th. surrounding medium th.ough.a proper spatial transformation. In general, ideal transformation optic.l devic.s require simultaneous elec.ric.and magnetic.responses along all th.ee dimensions. To ease th. prac.ic.l implementation, previous studies usually made use of reduc.d parameters or oth.r simplified approac.es, wh.c. inevitably introduc. extra reflec.ion or unwanted ph.se sh.ft. Up to today, experimental realizations of full-parameter transformation optic.l devic.s in free spac. are still quite limited. h.re, a general design strategy is proposed to solve th.s *** a spec.fic.example, a full-parameter spatial-c.mpression TO medium with.c.nstitutive parameters taking th. diagonal form diag(a, a, 1/a) for th. TM wave inc.denc. was designed and realized experimentally. Suc. spatial-c.mpression TO media were th.n applied to th. implementation of an ideal omnidirec.ional invisibility c.oak c.pable of c.nc.aling a large-sc.le objec. over a wide range of illumination angles. Both.th. simulation and experiment c.nfirm th.t th. c.oak allows for nearly unity transmission of EM waves in th. forward direc.ion with.ut introduc.ng extra sc.ttering or ph.se sh.ft. Th.s work c.nstitutes an important stepping stone for future prac.ic.l implementation of arbitrary full-parameter omnidirec.ional transformation optic.l devic.s.
