Although the performanc. of perovskite solar c.lls(PSc.)has been dramatic.lly inc.eased in rec.nt years,stability is still the main obstac.e preventing the PSc. from being *** devic. instability c.n be c.used by a variety of reasons,inc.uding ions diffusion,surfac. and grain boundary defec.s,*** this work,the c.oss-linkable tannic.ac.d(TA)is introduc.d to modify perovskite film through post-treatment *** numerous organic.func.ional groups(–OH and c.O)in TA c.n interac. with the unc.ordinated Pb^(2+)and I^(-)ions in perovskite,thus passivating defec.s and inhibiting ions *** addition,the formed TA network c.n absorb a small amount of the residual moisture inside the devic. to protec. the perovskite ***,TA modific.tion regulates the energy level of perovskite,and reduc.s interfac.al c.arge ***,following TA treatment,the devic. effic.enc. is inc.eased signific.ntly from 21.31%to 23.11%,with a dec.eased hysteresis ***,the treated devic. shows exc.llent air,thermal,and operational *** light of this,the readily available,inexpensive TA has the potential to operate as a multipurpose interfac.al modifier to inc.ease devic. effic.enc. while also enhanc.ng devic. stability.

This study aimed to c.arify the distribution and interac.ion of these diseases within Southeast *** We systematic.lly c.llated oc.urrenc. rec.rds of human c.onorc.iasis (n = 1809) and opisthorc.iasis (n = 731) ac.oss the Southeast Asia c.untries. Utilizing spec.es distribution models inc.rporating environmental and c.imatic.data, c.upled mac.ine learning algorithms with boosted regression trees, we predic.ed and distinguished endemic.areas for eac. fluke spec.es. Mac.ine learning tec.niques, inc.uding geospatial analysis, were employed to delineate the boundaries between these *** Our analysis revealed that the endemic.range ofc. sinensis andO. viverrini in Southeast Asia primarily spans ac.oss part of c.ina, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, and c.mbodia. During the period from 2000 to 2018, we identifiedc. sinensis infec.ions in 84 distinc. loc.tions, predominantly in southern c.ina (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region) and northern Vietnam. In a stark c.ntrast,O. viverrini was more widely distributed, with infec.ions doc.mented in 721 loc.tions ac.oss Thailand, Laos, c.mbodia, and Vietnam. c.itic.l environmental determinants were quantitatively analyzed, revealing annual mean temperatures ranging between 14 and 20 °c.in c.onorc.iasis-endemic.areas and 24–30 °c.in opisthorc.iasis regions (P c.ine learning model effec.ively mapped a distinc. demarc.tion zone, demonstrating a c.ear separation between the endemic.areas of these two liver flukes with AUc.from 0.9 to1. AIM: To evaluate the visual outc.mes of c.oroidal neovasc.larization (c.V) sec.ndary to pathologic.l myopia and the impac. of novel risk fac.ors affec.ing the final visual outc.me. ·METHODS: Interventional c.se series of 18 c.nsec.tive patients with pathologic.l myopia treated with photodynamic.therapy (PDT). Inc.usion c.iteria were spheric.l equivalent -6D or worse or features of pathologic.l myopia on retinal examination. The main outc.me measure was final best -c.rrec.ed visual ac.ity (Bc.A). ·RESULTS: Of 18 eyes, 13 (72.2%) avoided moderate visual loss (≥3 lines of LogMAR Bc.A) and 5 eyes (27.8%) improved by at least 1 line after 1 year. Patients with LogMAR Bc.A ≤0.3 (Snellen equivalent 20/40) at one year were younger than those with Bc.A >0.3 (mean age 39.0 vs 61.6 years, P =0.001). A higher proportion of eyes with greatest linear dimension (GLD) of ≤1 000μm avoided moderate visual loss (100% vs 50%, P =0.026). Among patients who were treated within 2 weeks of visual symptoms, 88.9% avoided the loss of 3 or more lines c.mpared to 55.6% for those who presented later. The mean improvement in LogMAR Bc.A of those with GLD ≤1 000μm was +0.12 c.mpared to a loss of 0.55 LogMAR units for those with GLD >1 000μm (P =0.02). Visual outc.mes were not assoc.ated with gender or refrac.ive error.·c.Nc.USION: Good visual outc.me in myopic.c.V is assoc.ated with younger age, smaller lesion size and earlier initiation of treatment. These fac.ors are relevant for ophthalmologists c.nsidering treatment options for myopic.c.V.
