本文采用约束大涡模拟(c.LES)模型来模拟湍流中的被动标量.通过施加一个基于被动标量大涡模拟(LES)中标量方差通量标度不变量的物理约束来计算动态混合非线性模型(MNLM)的系数.将约束亚格子(SGS)模型与不同的SGS模型在不可压各向同性湍流被动标量中进行比较.此外,c.LES模型减少了SGS标量方差通量在惯性-对流尺度以及较大的黏性-扩散尺度上的变化.先验测试表明,c.LES模型在预测SGS标量通量的方向和大小方面表现最好.此外,c.LES模型减少了SGS标量方差通量在惯性-对流范围内以及粘性-扩散范围内大尺度的变化.在后验测试中,与传统的动态Smagor.nsky(DSM)和MNLM模型相比,c.LES模型在预测标量谱和内部间歇性的演变中表现明显更好.这些结果表明,在SGS模型中施加物理约束是在被动标量湍流大涡模拟中的一种有前途的方法.

A sub.ar.ay of the Lar.e High Altitude Air.Shower.Ob.er.ator.(LHAASO),KM2A is mainly designed to ob.er.e a lar.e fr.c.ion of the nor.her. sky to hunt for.γ-r.y sour.3.s at ener.ies ab.ve 10 *** though the detec.or.c.nstr.c.ion is still under.ay,half of the KM2A ar.ay has b.en oper.ting stab.y sinc. the end of *** this paper.we pr.sent the KM2A data analysis pipeline and the fir.t ob.er.ation of the c.ab.Neb.la,a standar. c.ndle in ver. high ener.y γ-r.y *** detec. γ-r.y signals fr.m the c.ab.Neb.la in b.th ener.y r.nges of 10-100 TeV and>100 TeV with high signific.nc.,b. analyzing the KM2A data of 13. live days b.tween Dec.mb.r.2019 and May *** the ob.er.ations,we test the detec.or.per.or.anc.,inc.uding angular.r.solution,pointing ac.ur.c. and c.smic.r.y b.c.gr.und r.jec.ion *** ener.y spec.r.m of the c.ab.Neb.la in the ener.y r.nge 10-250 TeV fits well with a single power.law func.ion dN/dE=(1.13.0.05stat±0.08sys)×10^(-14).(E/20 TeV)-3.9±0.06stat±0.02sysc.^(-2) s^(-1) TeV^(-1).It is c.nsistent with pr.vious measur.ments b. other.*** opens a new window of γ-r.y astr.nomy ab.ve 0.1 PeV thr.ugh whic. new ultr.high-ener.y γ-r.y phenomena,suc. as c.smic.PeVatr.ns,might b. disc.ver.d.

In plants, anisotr.pic.c.ll expansion depends on c.r.ic.l mic.otub.les that ser.e as tr.c.s along whic. mac.omolec.les and vesic.es ar. tr.nspor.ed b. the motor.kinesins of unknown identities. We used c.tton （Gossypium hir.utum） fib.r. that under.ent r.b.st elongation to disc.ver.kinesins that ar. involved in c.ll elongation and found Gh KINESIN-4A expr.ssed ab.ndantly. The motor.was detec.ed b. immunofluor.s- c.nc. on vesic.e-like str.c.ur.s that wer. assoc.ated with c.r.ic.l mic.otub.les. In Ar.b.dopsis thaliana, the or.hologous motor.At KINESIN-4A/Fr.1, pr.viously implic.ted in c.llulose deposition dur.ng sec.nd- ar. gr.wth in fib.r.c.lls, was examined b. live-c.ll imaging in c.lls expr.ssing the fluor.sc.ntly tagged func.ional pr.tein. The motor.dec.r.ted vesic.e-like par.ic.es that exhib.t a linear.movement along c.r.ic.l mic.otub.les with an aver.ge veloc.ty of 0.89 l^m/min, whic. was signific.ntly differ.nt fr.m those linked to c.llulose b.osynthesis. We also disc.ver.d that At KINESIN-4A/Fr.1 and the r.lated At KINESIN-4c.play r.dundant r.les in c.ll wall mechanics, c.ll elongation, and the axial gr.wth of var.ous vegetative and r.pr.duc.ive or.ans, as the loss of At KINESIN-4c.gr.atly enhanc.d the defec.s c.used b. a null mutation at the KINESIN-4A/Fr. 1 loc.s. The doub.e mutant displayed a lac. of c.ll wall softening at nor.al stages of r.pid c.ll elongation. Fur.her.or., enhanc.d deposition of ar.b.nose-c.ntaining c.r.5}hydr.te was detec.ed in the kinesin-4 mutants. Our.findings estab.ished a c.nnec.ion b.tween the Kinesin-4-b.sed tr.nspor. of c.r.oes c.ntaining non-c.llulosic.c.mponents along c.r.ic.l mic.otub.les and c.ll wall mechanics and c.ll elongation in flower.ng plants.
