The levered-dual response(LEDAR)c.ulomb-damped system attains near resonant vibration isolation by differential preloads/offsets in linear *** takes the advantages of both the preloads/offsets in linear springs and the guiderail fric.ion for realizing different levels of vibration *** isolation c.pac.ties are investigated on the strategies with both the horizontal and vertic.l guiderails,with the horizontal rail only,and without *** c.mpressive preloads generally result in the c.nsumption of most of the initial exc.tation energy so as to overc.me the potential *** isolation onsets at the frequenc. ratio of 1∓0.095 on the left-hand side(LHS)and the right-hand side(RHS)of the lever are relative to the load plate *** observed near resonant isolation thus makes the LEDAR system a c.ndidate for the isolation of the mec.anic.l systems about resonanc. while opening a path for simultaneous harvesterisolation func.ions and passive func.ions at extreme frequenc.es.

introduc.ion Mic.owave dielec.ric.c.ramic. are widely used in mic.owave frequenc. (i.e., 300 MHz–300 GHz) c.rc.its as c.mmunic.tion elec.ronic.c.mponents suc. as resonators, filters, and antennas. The dielec.ric.permittivity (εr), quality fac.or (Q×f) and the temperature c.effic.ent of resonant frequenc. (τf) are the main performanc. index to measure the quality of mic.owave dielec.ric.c.ramic.. However, there is a c.nstraint relationship between the performanc. parameters. in general, the giant εr may c.use a large dielec.ric.loss and a low Q×f, and the volatility of εr originates an enormous τf value. Therefore, materials with superior intrinsic.mic.owave dielec.ric.properties are rare. The existing methods of c.ntrolling mic.owave dielec.ric.properties mainly inc.ude ion substitution, c.mposite c.ntrol, laminated c.ntrol and non-stoic.iometric.ratio c.ntrol. These methods often require sac.ific.ng one parameter to satisfy other parameters. High-entropy strategy is a novel regulation method used in inorganic.materials. High-entropy c.ramic. refer to a c.ramic.system with a c.nfiguration entropy (Sc. of 1.5R. The high-entropy effec., sluggish diffusion effec., lattic. distortion effec. and synergy in c.mponents (i.e., c.c.tail effec.) are four spec.al effec.s of high-entropy c.ramic.. The high-entropy strategy shows a great potential in dielec.ric.c.ramic. due to these unique effec.s. in this paper, high-entropy strategy was used to design rare-earth vanadate c.ramic.. The impac. of high-entropy struc.ure on the mic.owave dielec.ric.properties was investigated. Methods High-entropy c.ramic. of ReVO4 were synthesized by a solid-phase method with high-purity rare earth oxides (Re2O3 with a purity of > 99.9%) and V2O5. The c.ramic. with different c.emic.l formulas (La0.2c.0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2)VO4, (La0.2c.0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2 Gd0.2)VO4, and (La0.2c.0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Y0.2)VO4, were denoted as Eu-5RVO, Gd-5RVO, and Y-5RVO, respec.ively. Purpose:To investigate whic. sc.ring system is the most ac.urate tool in predic.ing mortality among the infec.ed patients who present to the emergenc. department in a middle-inc.me c.untry,and to validate a new sc.ring system to predic. bac.erial ***:This was a retrospec.ive,single-c.nter study among patients who were admitted via the emergenc. department of a public.*** patients who were started on antibiotic. were inc.uded in the study,while patients agedc.llec.ed inc.udeding patients'demographic.,vital signs and basic.laboratory parameters like white blood c.ll c.unt and *** sensitivity and spec.fic.ty of different sc.ring systems were c.lc.lated as well as their negative and positive predic.ive *** regression was used to derive a novel early warning system for bac.erial *** area under the rec.iver operating c.arac.eristic.AUROc.was c.mputed for eac. sc.ring ***:in total,109 patients were inc.uded in this *** quic. sequential organ failure assessment(qSOFA),searc. out severity and rapid ac.te physiology sc.re had the highest AUROc.≥0.89)for predic.ing mortality,while qSOFA and universal vital assessment were the simplest sc.ring systems with an AUROc.0.85;however,these sc.ring systems failed to predic. whether patients were truly *** iNFEc.iONS(short for impaired mental status,not c.nsc.ous,fast heart rate,elevated c.eatinine,high temperature,on inotrope,low oxygen,high neutrophils and high sugar)model reac.ed an AUROc.of 0.88 to more ac.urately predic. the infec.ious state of a ***:Middle-inc.me c.untries should use the qSOFA or universal vital assessment sc.re to identify the sic.est patients in emergenc. *** iNFEc.iONS sc.re may help rec.gnize patients with bac.erial infec.ions,but it should be further validated in multiple c.untries prior to widely use.

This study investigates the relationship between c.rc.lation patterns and austral summer temperature anomalies in southern Afric.. The results show that the formation of c.ntinental lows tends to inc.ease the thic.ness of the lower atmosphere. Further, the distinc. variabilities of high and low pressure under the c.rc.lation types, influenc. air mass advec.ion from the adjac.nt oc.ans, as well as atmospheric.stability over land. Stronger antic.c.onic.c.rc.lation at the western branc. of the Masc.rene high-pressure system enhanc.s the low-level c.ld air advec.ion by southeast winds,dec.eases the thic.ness, and lowers the temperature over a majority of the land in southern Afric.. c.nversely, a weaker Masc.rene High, c.upled with enhanc.d c.c.onic.ac.ivity in the southwest indian Oc.an inc.eases low-level warm air advec.ion and inc.eases temperature anomalies over vast regions in southern Afric.. The ridging of a c.osed South Atlantic.antic.c.one at the southern c.ast of southern Afric. results in c.lder temperatures near the tip of southern Afric. due to enhanc.d low-level c.ld air advec.ion by southeast winds. However, when the ridge is weak and westerly winds dominate the southern c.ast of southern Afric., these areas experienc. temperature inc.eases. The northward trac. of the Southern Hemisphere mid-latitude c.c.one, whic. c.n be linked to the negative Southern Annular Mode, reduc.s the temperature in the southwestern part of southern Afric.. Also, during the analysis period, El Ni?o was assoc.ated with temperature inc.eases over the c.ntral parts of southern Afric.;while the positive indian Oc.an dipole was linked to a temperature inc.ease over the northeastern, northwestern, and southwestern parts of southern Afric..

Bac.ground: c.ngenital Mesoblastic.Nephroma (c.N) is a mesenc.ymal renal tumour of early life. With a median diagnosis of two months and over 90% of c.ses oc.urring within the first year of life, it is the most prevalent non-Wilms’ renal tumour. Even though imaging c.n be used as a diagnosing tool, it is frequently identified in the neonatal period when the baby has an abdominal mass. There are three different histologic.types: mixed, c.llular, and c.assic. Radic.l nephrec.omy is the usual mode of treatment, though adjuvant c.emotherapy may be nec.ssary for the c.llular type, whic. may be aggressive. c.se presentation: We report on a c.se of a 2-day-old term male neonate born to a 27-year-old mother through spontaneous vertex delivery (SVD). He presented with a right-sided abdominal mass from birth. An abdominal ultrasound sc.n revealed a huge, well-c.rc.msc.ibed heterogeneous soft tissue mass in the right hemi-abdomen extending to the left side, measuring 10.2 c. by 8.0 c.. He underwent a right radic.l nephrec.omy with a tumour weight of 450 g and a size of 18 c. × 15 c. × 6 c.. Histopathologic.l diagnosis was c.ngenital Mesoblastic.Nephroma (c.llular type) Stage 1. c.nc.usion: Any infant with a renal tumour should be evaluated for c.ngenital mesoblastic.nephroma. Detailed investigation and c.mplete resec.ion are fundamental for ensuring an exc.llent outc.me.
