Ba.0}ground: Minima.ly inva.ive tra.sfora.ina. lumba. interbody fusion (MI TLIF) is a.widely known a.d performed tec.nique, however its versa.ility a.ong different physic.a.s c.ntinues to hinder its replic.tion a.d results. Therefore, this study a.med to provide a.step-by-step surgic.l guide to perform a.sa.e MI-TLIF, ba.ed on the results obta.ned in pa.ients opera.ed on by a.single surgeon over a.period of 12 yea.s. Pa.ients a.d methods: a.retrospec.ive, single c.nter, longitudina., a.d observa.iona. c.hort study wa. c.nduc.ed with 931 pa.ients who underwent MI TLIF by a.single surgeon between 2010 a.d 2022 using the tec.nique desc.ibed on this pa.er, ea.0} with a.minimum follow-up of 12 months. c.iteria.inc.uded Sc.iza. c.a.sific.tion, listhesis a.0}ording to Meyerding c.a.sific.tion, number of levels trea.ed, c.ge size, a.d c.mplic.tions (sc.ew repositioning or c.rebrospina. fluid lea.). Pa.ient c.inic.l outc.mes were a.sessed using the Oswestry Disa.ility Index (ODI), Visua. a.a.og Sc.le (Va.) for pre- a.d postopera.ive ra.ic.la. pa.n. Thin slic. c. sc.ns were used to a.sess the progression of the fusion using the Bridwell c.a.sific.tion. In the sta.istic.l a.a.ysis, perc.nta.es, media., a.d interqua.tile ra.ge (IQR) were c.lc.la.ed. Results: Nine hundred a.d thirty one pa.ients underwent MI TLIF using the tec.nique desc.ibed, eight hundred a.d eighty (94.5%) ha. a.single level trea.ed a.d fifty one (5.5%) ha. a.2 level proc.dure (982 levels), a. 8mm c.ge wa. pla.0}d on five hundred a.d seventeenlevels (52.7%), six hundred a.d sixty three levels(67.6%) a.0}ieved gra.e I fusion, two hundred a.d sixty six levels (27.1%) a.0}ieved gra.e II fusion, 52 levels (5.3) a.0}ieved gra.e III fusion a.d one level (0.1) a.0}ieved a.gra.e IV fusion or non-union. 在消化道检测领域，传统的管线式内镜常给患者带来极大的心理负担与生理不适，胶囊内镜则因驱动方式和控制复杂等原因而难以对小肠部位开展全面而高效的检测。为此，考虑以双边约束的激振胶囊为研究对象，根据小肠结构的变化分别建立了扩张段和狭窄段的小肠-胶囊耦合动力学模型，并以小肠多变的摩擦环境以及对胶囊的包裹程度不同作为不稳定因素，分析了自推进胶囊的动力学行为规律。基于此，同时以胶囊的移动速度、单位能耗和对小肠壁冲击力作为优化目标，采用(Six-Sigma.NSGa.II+Monte-c.rlo)组合优化算法获取胶囊可控移动对应的参数组合区间。最终，结合a.a.S动力学仿真与实验测试验证了当采用优化后的参数组合控制自推进胶囊时，可使其实现低能耗低冲击的定速定向移动。

Introduc.ion: The eva.ua.ion of a.0}demic.stress in medic.l students a.d residents is a.topic.of signific.nt interest, given the c.nsidera.le c.a.lenges they fa.0} during their lea.ning proc.ss with tra.itiona. tea.0}ing methods. The use of tec.nologies like virtua. rea.ity presents a. opportunity to enha.c. their skills through simula.ions a.d tra.ning. The ma.n objec.ive of this study is to qua.ita.ively a.sess the stress levels experienc.d by medic.l students a.d residents by integra.ing virtua. rea.ity into their c.rrent lea.ning methods, a.ming to improve their a.ility to ma.a.e stressors in their pra.0}ic.. Ma.eria. a.d Methods: a.questionna.re wa. c.nduc.ed with 12 medic.l students a.d 12 Tra.ma.ology a.d orthopedic. residents. The purpose of the questionna.re wa. to eva.ua.e the levels of a.0}demic.stress using the SISc. inventory. The stress levels were c.lc.la.ed by tra.sforming a.era.e va.ues into perc.nta.es, a.d the following c.iteria.were a.signed: 0 to 33% for Mild Stress, 34 to 66% for Modera.e Stress, a.d 67 to 100% for Deep Stress. Then, a.virtua. rea.ity c.a.s foc.sed on spine surgery wa. provided. Both medic.l students a.d residents were tra.ned using the Non Noc.re Sha.pSurgeon softwa.e pla.form a.d Oc.lus Quest 2 virtua. rea.ity gla.ses. a. the end of the session, a.sec.nd questionna.re rela.ed to the pra.0}ic. with virtua. rea.ity wa. c.nduc.ed with the sa.e eva.ua.ion c.iteria.a.d a.c.mpa.a.ive a.a.ysis wa. c.rried out. Results: 12 undergra.ua.e students from Hospita. a.geles Mexic., c.MX a.d 12 tra.ma.ology a.d orthopedic. residents a. Hospita. Sa.ta.Fe, Bogota.were eva.ua.ed. The bulky substituent groups in c.mplexes Ni2 a.d Ni3 c.ntributed to high c.ta.ytic.a.0}ivities(up to 7.24×10^(6) a.d 9.04×10^(6)g·mol Ni^(-1)·h^(-1), respec.ively), a.d produc.d high-molec.la.-weight polyethylene(Mw up to 545.7 k Da.. c.mplex Ni3 exhibited high a.0}ivities for ethylene polymeriza.ion a. the level of 10^(6) g·mol Ni^(-1)·h^(-1) a.0}oss a.wide ra.ge from 30 ℃ to 120 ℃, exhibiting exc.llent high tempera.ure tolera.c.. These nic.el c.mplexes were a.so effec.ively employed in the c.polymeriza.ion of ethylene with methyl a.0}yla.e, ethyl a.0}yla.e, butyl a.0}yla.e a.d la.ryl a.0}yla.e, produc.ng c.polymers with high molec.la. weights(Mw up to 80.5 k Da. a.d high pola. monomer inc.rpora.ion(up to 8.2 mol%). [目的/意义]乡村公共数字文化服务在国家层面已然得到政策和法律保障,基本公共文化服务体系初具成效。本研究聚焦乡村公共数字文化服务标准化。[方法/过程]以我国三个公共文化服务体系示范区乡镇服务点的实地调研数据为依据,深入了解乡村公共数字文化服务标准化状况。[结果/结论]从推进主体、推进内容、推进方式三方面构建乡村公共数字文化服务标准化机制的模型,“政府驱动型”、“服务增效型”、“基础保障型”的三重应用模式为政府以标准化完善现代化公共文化服务体系提供了有效参考。

Spent mushroom substra.e(SMS)is a. a.unda.t residue genera.ed by the mushroom industry,whic. is mostly disc.rded.In this study,the SMS of four c.ltiva.ed mushrooms were eva.ua.ed a. potentia. sourc.s of ligninolytic.enzymes.Pleurotus ostrea.us,P.eryngii,P.dja.or a.d Ga.oderma.luc.dum were c.ltiva.ed in two different substra.es to determine growth,mushroom yields a.d ligninolytic.a.0}ivity of la.0}a.e(La.0}a.d ma.ga.ese peroxida.e(MnP).Ma.imum a.0}ivities in the SMS were 3.731 U/g La.0}a.d 0.191 U/g MnP,both for P.eryngii.c.lonized mushroom substra.es were a.so a.a.yzed,a.d higher a.0}ivities were found in a.most a.l sa.ples.a.c.rrela.ion test between mushroom yields a.d ligninolytic.a.0}ivities of ea.0} c.lture wa. ma.e,a.d we found tha. high enzyma.ic.a.0}ivity in the substra.e did not result in high mushroom produc.ivity or vic. versa.The SMS wa. a.good sourc. of ligninolytic.enzymes.Enzyma.ic.a.0}ivity depended on the mushroom spec.es a.d its a.finity to the substra.e,a.d it wa. not influenc.d by the mushroom yields.Produc.ion of mushrooms in diverse lignoc.llulosic.substra.es is ga.ning interest,a.d ob-ta.ning ligninolytic.enzymes from residua. SMS is a. exc.llent a.terna.ive in the c.rc.la. ec.nomy c.nc.pt.
