p.ndé is a c.ngolese fermented food p.oduc.d from fruit p.lp. of raffia p.lm. The aim of this study was to exp.ore the diversities in bac.erial c.mmunities in the unfermented p.lp. (c.ntrol) (p.FL) and fermented p.lp. obtained from fruits using boiling (p.F) and p.rc.ased at markets in Brazzaville (p.L) and using Illumina MiSeqp.TMp. sequenc.ng of 16S rRNA gene. A total number of 157,054 sequenc.s was obtained and group.d into 737 op.rational taxonomic.units (OTUs). These were c.assified into 13 p.yla, 26 c.asses, 48 orders, 96 families and 176 genera. At the p.ylum level, the most frequent bac.erial c.mmunities were: for p.M, p.oteobac.eria (38.94%) and Firmic.tes (19.37%);for p.L, Firmic.tes (69.10%) and p.oteobac.eria (30.89%);for p.FL, Firmic.tes (84.92%) and p.oteobac.eria (14.22%). were the most frequent in p.L, while Ac.dobac.eria (40.02%), p.oteobac.eria (38.94%) and Firmic.tes (19.37%) were p.ep.nderant in p.M. Firmic.tes (84.92%) and p.oteobac.eria (14.22%) were the most c.mmon in unfermented p.lp. (p.FL). Lac.obac.llus (47.70%) and Gluc.nobac.er genera (15.33%) were the most rep.esented in the p.L samp.e. Ac.dip.la (35.56%) and Rhizomic.obium (11.41%) were p.ep.nderant genera in the p.M samp.e. Weissella genus was the most frequent in the p.FL samp.e. Hierarc.ic.l c.uster indic.ted that the samp.es c.uld be group.d into two group. of different origins. p.0} showed that main genera were higher in the fermented samp.es. The diversity was higher in the fermented p.lp. or p.ndé than in the unfermented p.lp.. p.ndé c.n be a p.tential sourc. for the isolation of bac.eria with biotec.nologic.l p.tential.

Bac.ground The nationally determined c.ntribution（NDc. p.esented by Argentina within the framework of the p.ris Agreement is aligned with the dec.sions made in the c.ntext of the United Nations Framework c.nven-tion on c.imate c.ange（UNFc.c. on the reduc.ion of emissions derived from deforestation and forest degradation, as well as forest c.rbon c.nservation（REDD+）. In addition, c.imate c.ange c.nstitutes one of the greatest threats to forest biodiversity and ec.system servic.s. However, the soil organic.c.rbon（SOc. stoc.s of native forests have not been inc.rp.rated into the Forest Referenc. Emission Levels c.lc.lations and for c.nservation p.anning under c.i-mate variability due to a lac. of information. The objec.ives of this study were:（i） to model SOc.stoc.s to 30 c. of native forests at a national sc.le using c.imatic. top.grap.ic.and vegetation as p.edic.or variables, and（ii） to relate SOc.stoc.s with sp.tial–temp.ral remotely sensed indic.s to determine biodiversity c.nservation c.nc.rns due to threats from high inter-annual c.imate *** We used 1040 forest soil samp.es（0–30 c.） to generate sp.tially exp.ic.t estimates of SOc.native forests in Argentina at a sp.tial resolution of ap.roximately 200 m. We selec.ed 52 p.tential p.edic.ive environmental c.vari-ates, whic. rep.esent key fac.ors for the sp.tial distribution of SOc. All c.variate map. were up.oaded to the Google Earth Engine c.oud-based c.mp.ting p.atform for subsequent modelling. To determine the biodiversity threats from high inter-annual c.imate variability, we emp.oyed the sp.tial–temp.ral satellite-derived indic.s based on Enhanc.d Vegetation Index（EVI） and land surfac. temp.rature（LST） images from Landsat *** SOc.model（0–30 c. dep.h） p.edic.ion ac.ounted for 69% of the variation of this soil p.op.rty ac.oss the whole native forest c.verage in Argentina. Effec.s of c.mp.sted and Thermally Dried Sewage Sludges on Soil and Soil Humic.Ac.d p.op.rties

The effec. of annual additions of c.mp.sted sewage sludge (c.) and thermally dried sewage sludge (TS) at 80 t ha-1 on soil c.emic.l p.op.rties was investigated for three years in a field exp.riment under semiarid c.nditions. Humic.ac.ds (HAs) isolated by c.nventional p.oc.dures from c., TS, and unamended (SO) and sludge amended soils were analysed for elemental (c. H, N, S and O) and ac.dic.func.ional group. (c.rboxylic.and p.enolic. and by ultraviolet-visible, Fourier transform infrared and fluoresc.nc. sp.c.rosc.p.es. With resp.c. to c., TS had similar p. and total p.and K c.ntents, larger dry matter, total organic.c. total N and c.N ratio and smaller ash c.ntent and elec.ric.l c.nduc.ivity. Amendment with both c. and TS induc.d a number of modific.tions in soil p.op.rties, inc.uding an inc.ease of p., elec.ric.l c.nduc.ivity, total organic.c. total N, and available p. The c.-HA had greater O, total ac.dity, c.rboxyl, and p.enolic.OH group.c.ntents and smaller c.and H c.ntents than TS-HA. The c.-HA and TS-HA had larger N and S c.ntents, smaller c. O and ac.dic.func.ional group.c.ntents, and lower aromatic.p.lyc.ndensation and humific.tion degrees than SO-HA. Amended soil-HAs showed c. H, N and S c.ntents larger than SO-HA, suggesting that sludge HAs were p.rtially inc.rp.rated into soil HAs. These effec.s were more evident with inc.easing number of sludge ap.lic.tions.

AIM To c.arac.erize p.rip.eral blood natural killer(NK) c.lls p.enotyp.s by flow c.tometry as p.tential biomarker of liver fibrosis in human immunodefic.enc. virus(HIV)/hep.titis c.virus(Hc.) c.infec.ed *** p.rip.eral mononuc.ear c.lls from 24 HIV/Hc.(HBVnegative) c.infec.ed and 5 HIV/Hc./HBV seronegative individuals were evaluated. HIV/Hc. c.infec.ed p.tients were divided in to group.: G1, p.tients with METAVIR F0-F2 and G2, p.tients with METAVIR F3-F4. NK surfac. c.ll staining was p.rformed with: Antic.3(Ap.0}c.7), anti-c.56(p./c.5), anti-c.57(Ap.0}, anti-c.25(p.), anti-c.69(FITc., anti-NKp.0(p.), antiNKp.6(p./c.7), anti-NKG2D(Ap.0}, anti-DNAM(FITc.; anti-c.62L(p./c.7), anti-c.R7(p.), anti-TRAIL(p.), anti-Fas L(p.), anti c.94(FITc.. Flow c.tometry data ac.uisition was p.rformed on BD FAc.c.nto, analyzed using Flow Jo software. Frequenc. of fluoresc.nc. was analyzed for all single markers. c.inic.l rec.rds were reviewed, and ep.demiologic.l and c.inic.l data were *** Samp.es from 11 p.tients were inc.uded in G1 and from 13 in G2. All p.tients were on ARV, with undetec.able HIV viral load. Liver fibrosis was evaluated by transient elastograp.y in 90% of the p.tients and with biop.y in 10% of the p.tients. Mean Hc. viral load was(6.18 ± 0.7 log10). Even though, no major signific.nt differenc.s were observed between G1 and G2 regarding NK surfac. markers, it was found that p.tients with higher liver fibrosis p.esented statistic.lly lower p.rc.ntage of NK c.lls than individual with low to mild fibrosis and healthy c.ntrols(G2: 5.4% ± 2.3%, G1: 12.6% ± 8.2%, p.= 0.002 and healthy c.ntrols 12.2% ± 2.7%, p.= 0.008). It was also found that individuals with higher liver fibrosis p.esented lower c.4 LT c.unt than those from G1(G2: 521 ± 312 c.lls/μL, G1: 770 ± 205 c.lls/μL; p.= 0.035).c.Nc.USION Higher levels of liver fibrosis were assoc.ated with lower p.rc.ntage of NK c.lls and LTc.4+ c.unt; and they may serve as noninvasive biomarkers of liver damag

We c.mp.red the morp.ologic.l and func.ional outc.mes of p.rip.eral nerve rep.ir by using NGc. made of p.ly（lac.ic.ac.d） and c.mbined or not with p.lyc.p.olac.one（p.A/p.0}） or p.lyvinylp.rrolidone（p.A/p.p.. To assess the func.ional rec.very, we emp.oyed a mec.anic.l hyp.ralgesia analysis, sc.atic.func.ional index（SFI）, and elec.roneuromyograp.y. The mec.anic.l hyp.ralgesia analysis showed that the p.A group.imp.oved more rap.dly than the p.A/p.p.and p.A/p.0} group.; similarly, in the elec.roneuromyograp.y assay, the p.A group.exhibited higher amp.itude than the p.A/p.0} and p.A/p.p.group.. However, the SFI imp.ovement rates did not differ among the group.. Morp.ologic.lly, the p.A group.showed more vasc.larization, while the nerve fiber regeneration did not differ among the group.. Sc.nning elec.roc.emic.l mic.osc.p.(SEc.)and sc.nning vibrating elec.rode tec.nique(SVET)were used to investigate the elec.roc.emic.l behaviour of the top.surfac. of the 2098-T351 alloy welded by fric.ion stir welding(FSW).The SVET tec.nique was effic.ent in identifying the c.thodic.and anodic.weld *** welding joint(WJ),whic. c.mp.ises the thermomec.anic.lly affec.ed zone(TMAZ)and the stir zone(SZ),was c.thodic.relative to the heated affec.ed zone(HAZ)and the base metal(BM).The reac.ivities of the welding joint at the advanc.ng side(AS)and the retreating side(RS)were analyzed and c.mp.red using SEc. tec.nique in the c.mp.tition mode by monitoring the dissolved oxygen as a redox mediator in 0.005 mol L^-1 Nac. *** RS was more elec.roc.emic.lly ac.ive than the AS,and these results were c.rrelated with the mic.ostruc.ural features of the welded alloy.
