Artificial Neural Networks(ANNs)have emerged as a powerful tool in combustion simulations to replace memory-intensive tabulation of integrated chemical *** reaction mechanisms,however,present a challenge for standard ANN approaches as modeling multiple species typically suffers from inaccurate predictions on minor *** paper presents a novel ANN approach which can be applied on complex reaction mechanisms in tabular data form,and only involves training a single ANN for a complete reaction *** approach incorporates a network architecture that automatically conserves mass and employs a particular loss weighting based on species *** modifications are used to improve the overall ANN performance and individual prediction accuracies,especially for minor species mass *** validate its effectiveness,the approach is compared to standard ANNs in terms of performance and ANN *** distinct reaction mechanisms(H_(2),c_(7)H_(16),c_(12)H_(26),OME_(34))are used as a test cases,and results demonstrate that considerable improvements can be achieved by applying both modifications.

浇注含Ti超低碳钢时,浸入式水口内产生结瘤,严重影响生产效率,同时对产品质量造成危害。根据企业生产的经验,随着超低碳钢中Ti和P含量的增加,水口结瘤的问题越来越严重。通过深入分析实际生产过程的试样和实验室研究,阐明浇注超低碳钢时Ti和P对水口结瘤的影响。分析了含Ti含P的超低碳钢水口结瘤物的成分,结果表明结瘤物的主要成分是氧化铝(>90%),Ti含量较少(0.58%～3.58%)。采用脉冲分布解析原子发射光谱法(OES-PDA)测得氧化夹杂物的大小随Ti含量的增加而变小。采用液滴法测定了溶质Ti和P对钢液/Al2O3体系的润湿性影响,结果表明Ti和P使体系接触角和钢液表面张力降低,其中Ti能够降低体系的接触角只是在其具有反应湿润性的情况下。研究表明Ti和P对产生结瘤的作用有显著区别:只要形成的表层界面具有润湿性,Ti就可以降低Al2O3夹杂物的大小,而氧化铝夹杂物颗粒越小,越容易结瘤。为了不产生结瘤就必须控制好Al脱氧的时间和Ti的加入时间。P可以增加Fe-Ti-P三元体系的润湿性是因为P可以增加Ti的活度,降低钢液的粘度。与Ti相比,P对产生结瘤的影响较小。

Stress Knowledge Map(SKM;https://***)is a publicly available resource containing two complementary knowledge graphs that describe the current knowledge of biochemical,signaling,and regulatory molecular interactions in plants:a highly curated model of plant stress signaling(PSS;543 reactions)and a large comprehensive knowledge network(488390 interactions).Both were constructed by domain experts through systematic curation of diverse literature and database *** provides a single entry point for investigations of plant stress response and related growth trade-offs,as well as interactive explorations of current *** is also formulated as a qualitative and quantitative model for systems biology and thus represents a starting point for a plant digital ***,we describe the features of SKM and show,through two case studies,how it can be used for complex analyses,including systematic hypothesis generation and design of validation experiments,or to gain new insights into experimental observations in plant biology.

The flexibility of molecular catalysts is highly coveted for the electrochemical reduction of carbon dioxide(cO_(2)) to carbon monoxide(cO) in both homogeneous and heterogeneous *** the electrocatalytic activity of molecular catalysts has been widely studied in H-cells;their less studied capabilities in more efficient flow cell reactors have the potential to rival that of heterogeneous *** this work,a comparative study of amino functionalized iron-tetraphenylporphyrins(amino-Fe-TPPs) immobilized onto carbonaceous materials in both H-cells and flow cells was conducted to selectively reduce cO_(2) to *** a flow cell set up operating in alkaline media,the resulting hybrid catalyst exhibits 87% faradaic efficiency(FE) with extraordinary current density(j) of 119 mA/cm^(2) and turnover frequency(TOF) of 14 s^(-1) at-1.0 V *** remarkable catalytic activity was achieved through thoughtful combination of molecular and flow cell design that provides an effective strategy for future immobilized heterogeneous approaches toward cO_(2) reduction reactions(cO_(2) RRs).

The macroscopically-zoned grandite from the garnetite skarn of Meka Presedla （Kopaonik Mountain, Serbia） was studied with optical microscopy, electron microprobe analysis （EMPA）, Fourier transform infra-red （FT-IR）, and Raman methods. The EMPA results indicate that the main core-rim compositional variations （ca2.93-2.97Mn0.05-0.06Mg0.00-0.01AI1.14-L26 Fe0.72-0.83 Ti0.00-0.02Si2.97-3.02012） slightly differ along the zones, showing evidence for a quasi-cyclic alternation of the oscillatory zoning nature. Among this, considerable variation is observed only by the AI-Fe3＋ substitutions in the octahedral site. The EMPA also indicate that the grandite zones compositionally vary, mostly within ＋1 and ±2 mol% of the homogeneity level range, that is, Grs64±1Adra36±1SpS2 （A）, Grs62±1Adra38±1Sps2 （B）, Grs59±2Adr40±2Sps2 （c）, Grs58±2Adr41±2Sps2 （D）, and Grss±1Adr41±1Sps2 （E）. Therefore, the investigated garnet can be considered as relatively highly homogeneous. The majority of compositions lie within the narrow miscibility region of 0.58±2〈XGrs〈0.64±1, without gaps, and with only three outliers near the zone boundaries of approximately 0.38〈XGrs〈0.52. FT-IR and Raman bands are almost constant within the zones and adequate to the chemical compositions. All of the zones should be considered as anhydrous. From the results, formation temperatures between -600 and 720℃ and pressures 0f-2-3 kbars, are derived. Among five possible causes for the slightly optical anisotropy of grandite, three were reconsidered, and consequently rejected.

The plant sucrose transporter SUT1 （from Solanum tuberosum, S. lycopersicum, or Zea mays） exhibits redoxdependent dimerization and targeting if heterologously expressed in S. cerevisiae （Krtigel et al., 2008）. It was also shown that SUT1 is present in motile vesicles when expressed in tobacco cells and that its targeting to the plasma membrane is reversible. StSUT1 is internalized in the presence of brefeldin A （BFA） in yeast, plant cells, and in mature sieve elements as confirmed by immunolocalization. These results were confirmed here and the dynamics of intracellular SUT1 localization were further elucidated. Inhibitor studies revealed that vesicle movement of SUT1 is actin-dependent. BFA-mediated effects might indicate that anterograde vesicle movement is possible even in mature sieve elements, and could involve components of the cytoskeleton that were previously thought to be absent in SEs. Our results are in contradiction to this old dogma of plant physiology and the potential of mature sieve elements should therefore be re-evaluated. In addition, SUT1 internalization was found to be dependent on the plasma membrane lipid composition. SUT1 belongs to the detergent-resistant membrane （DRM） fraction in planta and is targeted to membrane raft-like microdomains when expressed in yeast （Kr（igel et al,, 2008）, Here, SUT1-GFP expression in different yeast mutants, which were unable to perform en- docytosis and/or raft formation, revealed a strong link between SUT1 raft localization, the sterol composition and mem- brane potential of the yeast plasma membrane, and the capacity of the SUT1 protein to be internalized by endocytosis. The results provide new insight into the regulation of sucrose transport and the mechanism of endocytosis in plant cells.

The eukaryotic transcription factor NF-Y consists of three subunits （A, B, and c）, which are encoded in Ara- bidopsis thaliana in multigene families consisting of 10, 13, and 13 genes, respectively. In principle, all potential combi- nations of the subunits are possible for the assembly of the heterotrimeric complex. We aimed at assessing the probability of each subunit to participate in the assembly of NF-Y. The evaluation of physical interactions among all members of the NF-Y subunit families indicate a strong requirement for NF-YB/NF-Yc heterodimerization before the entire complex can be accomplished. By means of a modified yeast two-hybrid system assembly of all three subunits to a heterotrimeric complex was demonstrated. Using GFP fusion constructs, NF-YA and NF-Yc localization in the nucleus was demonstrated, while NF- YB is solely imported into the nucleus as a NF-Yc-associated heterodimer NF-Yc. This piggyback transport of the two Arabidopsis subunits differs from the import of the NF-Y heterotrimer of heterotrophic organisms. Based on a peptide structure model of the histone-fold-motifs, disulfide bonding among intramolecular conserved cysteine residues of NF-YB, which is responsible for the redox-regulated assembly of NF-YB and NF-Yc in human and Aspergillus nidulans, can be excluded for Arabidopsis NF-YB.
