Recognition of LPI radar signal based on dual efficient network

Addressing the issue of low pulse identification rates for low probability of intercept (LPI) radar signals under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) conditions， this paper aims to investigate a new method in the field of deep learning to efficiently recognize modulation types of LPI radar signals. A novel algorithm combining dual efficient network (DEN) and non-local means (NLM) denoising is proposed for the identification and selection of LPI radar signals. We simulate time-domain signals for 12 radar modulation types， adding Gaussian white noise at various SNRs to replicate complex electronic countermeasure scenarios. On this basis， the noisy radar signals undergo choi-williams distribution (CWD) time-frequency transformation， converting the signals into two-dimensional time-frequency images (TFIs). The TFIs are then denoised using the NLM algorithm. Finally， the denoised data is fed into the designed DEN for training and testing， with the selection results output through a Softmax classifier. Simulation results demonstrate that at an SNR of -8dB， the algorithm can achieve a recognition accuracy of 97.22% for LPI radar signals， exhibiting excellent performance under low SNR conditions. Comparative demonstrations prove that the DEN has good robustness and generalization performance under conditions of small sample sizes. This research provides a novel and effective solution for further improving the accuracy of identification and selection of LPI radar signals.

Dimerization among the EGFR family of tyrosine kinase receptors leads to allosteric activation of the kinase domains of the *** other members in the family,the kinase domain of HER3 lacks key amino acid residues for catalytic *** a result,HER3 is suggested to serve as an allosteric activator of other EGFR family members which include EGFR,HER2 and *** study the role of intracellular domains in HER3 dimerization and activation of downstream signaling pathways,we constructed HER3/HER2 chimeric receptors by replacing the HER3 kinase domain(HER3-2-3)or both the kinase domain and the C-terminal tail(HER3-2-2)with the HER2 counterparts and expressed the chimeric receptors in Chinese hamster ovary(CHO)*** over expression of the intact human HER3 transformed CHO cells with oncogenic properties such as AKT/ERK activation and increased proliferation and migration,CHO cells expressing the HER3-2-3 chimeric receptor showed significantly reduced HER3/HER2 dimerization and decreased phosphorylation of both AKT and ERK1/2 in the presence of neuregulin-1(NRG-1).In contrast,CHO cells expressing the HER3-2-2 chimeric receptor resulted in a total loss of downstream AKT activation in response to NRG-1,but maintained partial activation of ERK1/*** results demonstrate that the intracellular domains play a crucial role in HER3’s function as an allosteric activator and its role in downstream signaling.

Objective: To discover lead lupane triterpenoid's potential isolated from Pueraria lobata roots against b-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1(BACE1), which serve as a rate limiting step in amyloid beta(Aβ) production altering the course of Alzheimer's disease. In addition, enzyme kinetics study and molecular docking were conducted to establish the inhibition type and structure activity ***: A systematic study of 70% ethanolic P. lobata root extract was employed to identify its BACE1 inhibitory potential. Further, BACE1 inhibitory potential of two lupane terpenoids, yielded from ethanolic extract, was assessed. In order to determine their inhibition mode, Lineweaver–Burk plots and Michaelis–Menten model for BACE1 was performed. Auto Dock 4.2 program in addition determined the molecular interaction of BACE1 with isolated ***: Considering the inhibitory potential of 70% ethanolic extract of P. lobata against BACE1(IC_(50)= 80.35 mg/mL), lupeol and lupenone were subsequently isolated and exhibited notable or moderate BACE1 inhibitory activity with IC_(50) values of 5.12 and 62.98 mmol/L, respectively, as compared to the positive control quercetin(IC_(50)= 21.28 mmol/L). The enzyme kinetics study enabled us to identify both compounds as competitive inhibitors, where lupeol displayed a very potent inhibition against BACE1 with low inhibition constant(Ki) value of 1.43 mmol/L, signifying greater binding *** order to understand the binding mechanism and structure–activity relationship of two triterpene-based BACE1 inhibitors, we employed computer aided docking studies which evidently revealed that hydroxyl group of lupeol formed two hydrogen bonds with the ASP32(catalytic aspartic residue) and SER35 residues of BACE1 with the binding energy of(-8.2 kcal/mol), while the ketone group of lupenone did not form any hydrogen bonds with BACE1 giving evidence for less binding affinity. Aluminum doped ZnO(AZO) nanorods were synthesized by microemulsion method with different types of *** phase and the morphology of the above nanorods were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).SEM observations showed that the ZnO nanorods had diameters around about 50—200 nm and lengths up to several *** CO gas sensing properties of the AZO nanorods were tested at operating temperatures of 200,300,350 and 400 ℃.It was found that AZO nanorods based sensor exhibited the highest sensitivity to CO at 350℃.

The epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)pathway plays an important role in the progression of colorectal cancer(CRC).Anti-EGFR drugs based on antibodies have been widely used for treating CRC through inducing the cell death ***,the majority of CRC patients will inevitably develop drug-resistance during anti-EGFR drug treatment,which is mainly caused by a point mutation in the KRAS *** developed a nanoliposomal(NL)particle containing the Cas9 protein and a single-guide RNA(sgRNA)complex(Cas9-RNP),for genomic editing of the KRAS *** NL particle is composed of bio-compatible lipid compounds that can effectively encapsulate *** modifying the NL particle to include the appropriate antibody,it can specifically recognize EGFR expressing CRC and effectively deliver the gene-editing *** conditions of NL treatment were optimized using a KRAS mutated CRC in vivo mouse *** with KRAS-mutated CRC showed drug resistance against cetuximab,a therapeutic antibody *** treating the mice with the KRAS gene-editing NL particles,the implanted tumors showed a dramatic decrease in *** results demonstrated that this genomic editing complex has great potential as a therapeutic carrier system for the treatment of drug-resistant cancer caused by a point mutation.

Background:Despite remarkable advances in surgical techniques and perioperative management,left hepatic trisectionectomy(LHT)remains a challenging procedure with a somewhat high postoperative morbidity rate compared with less-extensive *** study aimed to analyze the short-and long-term outcomes of LHT and identify factors associated with the postoperative morbidity of this technically demanding surgical ***:The medical records of 53 patients who underwent LHT between June 2005 and October 2019 at a single institution were retrospectively *** independent prognostic factor of postoperative morbidity was analyzed using the logistic regression ***:Hepatocellular carcinoma was the most common indication for surgery(n=21),followed by hilar cholangiocarcinoma(n=14),intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(n=10),and other pathologies(including colorectal liver metastasis,hepatolithiasis,gallbladder cancer,living donor,hemangioma,and multilocular biliary cyst;n=8).The rates of postoperative morbidities of Clavien-Dindo grade 3 or higher and 90-day mortality were 39.6% and 1.9%,*** 1-,3-,and 5-year overall survival rates were 81.1%,61.4%,and 44.6%,*** analysis revealed that preoperative jaundice[hazard ratio(HR)=6.15,95%confidence interval(CI):1.57-24.17,P=0.009]and operative time>420 min(HR=4.66,95%CI:1.27–17.17,P=0.021)were independent predictors of postoperative ***:The in-hospital mortality of LHT surgery can be minimalized by a reliable preoperative evaluation of liver function and selection of the dominant anatomic features of right posterior sector,active and appropriate preoperative management for obstructive cholangitis and compensatory hypertrophy of the future remnant posterior sector,and the experience of the surgeon.

In recent years,few-layer or even monolayer ferromagnetic materials have drawn a great deal of attention due to the promising integration of two-dimensional(2D)magnets into next-generation spintronic *** SrRuO_(3)monolayer is a rare example of stable 2D magnetism under ambient conditions,but only weak ferromagnetism or antiferromagnetism has been *** biatomic layer SrRuO_(3)as another environmentally inert 2D magnetic system has been paid less attention *** we study both the bi-atomic layer and monolayer SrRuO_(3)in(SrRuO_(3))n/(SrTiO_(3))m(n=1,2)superlattices in which the SrTiO3 serves as a non-magnetic and insulating space *** the monolayer exhibits arguably weak ferromagnetism,we find that the bi-atomic layer exhibits exceedingly strong ferromagnetism with a Tc of 125 K and a saturation magnetization of 1.2μB/Ru,demonstrated by both superconducting quantum interference device(SQUID)magnetometry and element-specific X-ray circular ***,in the bi-atomic layer SrRuO_(3),we demonstrate that random fluctuations and orbital reconstructions inevitably occurring in the 2D limit are critical to the electrical transport,but are much less critical to the *** study demonstrates that the bi-atomic layer SrRuO_(3)is an exceedingly strong 2D ferromagnetic oxide which has great potentials for applications of ultracompact spintronic devices.
