In the context of globa. wa.ming,the extreme summer precipita.ion over the Tibeta. Pla.ea.(TP)has changed *** this study,the summer(June–a.gust)extreme precipita.ion on the TP wa. cla.sified into three spa.ia. types by a.plying the K-mea.s clustering method to the Third Pole Region long time-series high-resolution(1/30°)precipita.ion da.a.et(TPHi Pr,1979–2020).The chara.teristics of the circula.ion a.oma.ies a.d precursors corresponding to the extreme precipita.ion on the TP in summer during 1979–2020 were *** results showed that the summer extreme precipita.ion of the TP ca. be ca.egorized into northwestern(NW),southea.tern(SE),a.d southern Hima.a.a.(HS)types ba.ed on extreme precipita.ion *** NW a.d SE types a.e ma.nly influenced by a.oma.ous signa.s in the mid-to-high la.itude regions upstrea. of them,wherea. the HS type is controlled by the loca.ized subtropica. a.oma.ous *** the 8th da. before the onset of the NW type,a. a.oma.ous cyclone wa. observed in the western a.la.tic Ocea.(60°W,50°N),which triggered the west-to-ea.t qua.i-la.itudina. propa.a.ion of Rossby *** the onset da. of the NW type,the upper troposphere showed positive-nega.ive-positive geopotentia. height a.oma.ies a.ong the la.itudina. 40°N from the Ca.pia. Highly enta.gled hydrogels exhibit excellent mechanica. properties,including high toughness,high stretchability,a.d low *** considering the evolution of ra.domly distributed enta.glements within the polymer network upon mechanica. stretches,we develop a.constitutive theory to describe the la.ge stretch behaviors of these *** the theory,we utilize a.representa.ive volume element(RVE)in the shape of a.cube,within which there exists a. a.era.ed chain segment a.ong ea.h edge a.d a.mobile enta.glement a. ea.h *** employing a. explicit method,we decouple the ela.ticity of the hydrogels from the sliding motion of their enta.glements,a.d derive the stress-stretch rela.ions for these *** present theoretica. a.a.ysis is in a.reement with experiment,a.d highlights the significa.t influence of the enta.glement distribution within the hydrogels on their *** a.so implement the present developed constitutive theory into a.commercia. finite element softwa.e,a.d the subsequent simula.ions demonstra.e that the exa.t distribution of enta.glements strongly a.fects the mechanica. behaviors of the structures of these ***,the present theory provides va.ua.le insights into the deforma.ion mechanism of highly enta.gled hydrogels,a.d ca. a.d in the design of these hydrogels with enhanced performa.ce.
