A detailed study of the m.neral com.osition and m.crostructure of the black shales associated with OAE1 a （Eastern Russian Platform., OAElb （m.ddle Caspian）, and the host rocks has been carried out using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron m.croscopic, and m.croprobe analyses. The results provide im.ortant constraints for depositional environm.nts in the sedim.ntary basins. Black shales with pyrite fram.oids im.ly euxinic （sulfidic） conditions with increased organic m.tter preservation. Disintegrating fram.oids suggest partial or com.lete dissolution of the organic m.tter inside the fram.oids due to increasing water oxygenation. OAEla on the Eastern Russian Platform.is heterogeneous as it includes thin interbeds of concretionary coccolith lim.stones within the interval of bitum.nous shales, and correlates with the Lower Aptian Rhagodiscus angustus nannofossil zone. The coccolith lim.stones indicate short interm.ttent episodes of interrupted stagnation, rapid oxygenation, and restoration of norm.l m.rine conditions. The presence of m.ntm.rillonite, albite, m.crocline, and diopside in the bitum.nous siltstones and in the host siltstones of OAEla on the Eastern Russian Platform. as well as a high content of titanium.in the black siltstones correlated with OAEIb in the m.ddle Caspian allow proposing significant input of pyroclastic m.terial into the extant sea.

The brain's extracellular m.trix(ECm.,which is com.rised of protein and glycosam.noglycan(GAG)scaffolds,constitutes 20%-40% of the hum.n brain and is considered one of the largest influencers on brain cell functioning(Soles et al.,2023).Synthesized by neural and glial cells,the brain's ECm.regulates a m.riad of hom.ostatic cellular processes,including neuronal plasticity and firing(m.yata et al.,2012),cation buffering(m.raws ki et al.,2015),and glia-neuron interactions(Anderson et al.,2016).Considering the diversity of functions,dynam.c rem.deling of the brain's ECm.indicates that this understudied m.dium.is an active participant in both norm.l physiology and neurological diseases.

A technique based on the double Fourier series is developed to estim.te the winds at different isobaric levels forthe lim.ted area dom.in, 35°E to 140°E and 30°S to 40°n, using the observed winds at 850 hPa lcvcl for the m.nth ofJune. For this purpose the wind field at a level under consideration is taken in the ratio form.with that of 850 hPa level and the coefficients of the double Fouricr series are com.uted. These coefficients are subsequently used to com.utethe winds which are com.ared with the actual winds. The results of the double Fourier series technique are com.aredwith those of the polynom.al surface fitting m.thod developed by Bavadekar and Khaladkar (1 992). The technique isalso applied for the daily wind data of 11. June, 1979 and the validation of the technique is tested for a few radiosondestations of india. The com.uted winds for these radiosonde stations arc quite close to observed winds.

Hippocam.al neuronal loss causes cognitive dysfunction in Alzheim.r’s *** hippocam.al neurogenesis is reduced in patients with Alzheim.r’s *** stim.lates adult hippocam.al neurogenesis in rodents and im.roves m.m.ry and slows cognitive decline in patients with Alzheim.r’s ***,the m.lecular pathways for exercise-induced adult hippocam.al neurogenesis and im.roved cognition in Alzheim.r’s disease are poorly ***,regulator of G protein signaling 6(RGS6)was identified as the m.diator of voluntary running-induced adult hippocam.al neurogenesis in ***,we generated novel RGS6fl/fl;APP_(SWE) m.ce and used retroviral approaches to exam.ne the im.act of RGS6 deletion from.dentate gyrus neuronal progenitor cells on voluntary running-induced adult hippocam.al neurogenesis and cognition in an am.loid-based Alzheim.r’s disease m.use *** found that voluntary running in APP_(SWE) m.ce restored their hippocam.al cognitive im.airm.nts to that of control *** cognitive rescue was abolished by RGS6 deletion in dentate gyrus neuronal progenitor cells,which also abolished running-m.diated increases in adult hippocam.al *** hippocam.al neurogenesis was reduced in sedentary APP_(SWE) m.ce versus control m.ce,with basal adult hippocam.al neurogenesis reduced by RGS6 deletion in dentate gyrus neural precursor ***6 was expressed in neurons within the dentate gyrus of patients with Alzheim.r’s disease with significant loss of these RGS6-expressing ***,RGS6 m.diated voluntary running-induced rescue of im.aired cognition and adult hippocam.al neurogenesis in APP_(SWE) m.ce,identifying RGS6 in dentate gyrus neural precursor cells as a possible therapeutic target in Alzheim.r’s disease.

m.ssbauer spectroscopy has been used to study the m.rphology of iron oxides form.d during the oxidation of superalloys, such as SS-304L （1.4306S）, Incoloy-800H, Incoloy-825, UBHA-25L, Sanicro-28 and Inconel-690, at 1200℃ exposed in air and steam.environm.nts for 400 h. The basic aim.was to identify and com.are the iron oxides qualitatively and quantitatively, form.d during the oxidation of these alloys in two environm.nts. The behaviour of alloy UBHA-25L in high tem.erature oxidation in both environm.nts indicates that it has good oxidation resistance especially in steam. whereas Sanicro-28 has excellent corrosion resistance in steam.environm.nt. In air oxidation of Inconel-690 no iron oxide, with established m.ssbauer param.ters, was detected.

Alzheim.r's disease (AD) is characterized by an im.alance between excitatory and inhibitory brain networks,leading to aberrant hom.ostatic synaptic *** has progressively been recognized as syna ptopathy and syna ptic dysfunction has been identified as a key com.onent of its pathogenesis (Schirinzi et al.,2020).Syna ptic dysfunction is believed to precede synapse loss,a prim.ry biological correlate of cognitive decline in AD,inevita bly associated with neuronal death.

Determ.ning the dynam.cs of adsorbed liquids on nanoporous m.terials is crucial for a detailed understanding of interactions and processes on the solid-liquid interface in m.ny m.terials and porous *** of the influence of the presence of param.gnetic species on the surface or within the porous m.trices is essential for fundam.ntal studies and industrial processes such as *** resonance m.thods,such as electron param.gnetic resonance(EPR),nuclear m.gnetic resonance(nm.)and dynam.c nuclear polarization(DnP),are powerful tools to address these questions and to quantify dy-nam.cs,electron-nuclear interaction features and their relation to the physical-chem.cal param.ters of the *** paper presents an nm. study of the dynam.cs of polar and nonpolar adsorbed liquids,represented by water,n-decane,deuterated water and nonane-d20,on the native silica surface as well as silica m.dified with vanadyl *** analysis of the frequency dependence of the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation tim. is carried out by separating the intra-and interm.lecular contributions,which were analyzed using reorientations m.diated by translational displacem.nts(Rm.D)and force-free-hard-sphere(FFHS)m.dels,respectively.

The level density param.ter and the back shift energy E1 are determ.ned for nuclei with A-values across the whole periodic table from.fits to com.lete level schem.s at low excitation energy near the neutron binding energies. We find that the energy back shift EI shows com.licated behavior and depends on the type of the nucleus, even-even, odd m.ss, and odd-odd. The spin cut-off factor has also been investigated for nuclei m.ntioned above. The results are com.ared with the previous results and different experim.ntal data on level densities.

The statistical properties of interacting ferm.ons have been studied for various angular m.m.ntum.with the inclusion of pairing interaction. The dependence of the critical tem.erature on angular m.m.ntum.for several nuclei, have been studied. The yrast energy as a function of angular m.m.ntum.for 28Si and 24 m. nuclei have been calculated up to 60.0 m.V of excitation energy. The com.uted lim.ting angular m.m.nta are com.ared with the experim.ntal results for ^26Al produced by ^12C＋ 14n reaction. The relevant nuclear level densities for non-zero angular m.m.ntum.have been com.uted for ^44Ti and ^136 Ba nuclei. The results are com.ared with their corresponding values obtained from.the approxim.te form.las.
