目的探讨生命质量8条简明量表(SF-8)中文版用于糖尿病患者健康相关生命质量评价的可行性,为糖尿病患者生命质量的研究中使用SF-8量表作为测量工具提供依据。方法于2015年11-12月选取在天津市8家医院就诊的5662例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查(包括性别、年龄和糖尿病相关资料等)和体格检查(身高、体重、腰围和臀围),并采用SF-8量表对患者进行生命质量测评。用R语言3.3.3进行统计描述,计算克朗巴赫α系数(Cronbach’sα),进行Spearman相关分析和因子分析。结果本次调查SF-8量表的Cronbach’sα为0.909。Spearman分析结果显示,整体健康情况(GH)、生理功能情况(PF)、生理职能情况(RP)、疼痛情况(BP)、活力(VT)、社交功能情况(SF)、情感职能情况(RE)和精神健康情况(MH)各维度得分与总分均呈现正相关,相关系数分别为0.682、0.798、0.801、0.717、0.764、0.808、0.806和0.802。因子分析提取出1个公因子(特征值为4.52),其累计方差贡献率为56.4%。结论将SF-8量表用于评价中国糖尿病患者健康相关生命质量具有较好的信度和效度,可为临床医生制定糖尿病治疗方案提供参考依据,从而提高糖尿病患者的生命质量。

In Vietnam,rainfall data usually received using daily rainfall at all hydrology stations with higher time resolution are ***,its analyses to achieve IDF(Intensity-Duration-Frequency)curves are often required at a finer scale such as ***,it needs to develop and apply methods to derive the IDF characteristics of short-duration events from daily rainfall statistics in *** recent years,the need for new insights into the rainfall process leading to new approaches to model the distribution of rainfall intensities in time and space was *** research aims to establish IDF curves for monsoon climate area in Vietnam based on scaling *** properties of extreme rainfall are examined in the Red River Delta of Vietnam in order to establish scaling behavior of statistical moments over different *** scaling or scale-invariant models enable us to scale data from one temporal resolution to another,and thus,help to overcome the lack of the extreme rainfall data of sub-daily *** disaggregation or downscaling techniques are used to obtain sub-daily rainfall data from daily rainfall data for the derivation of scaled IDF *** results show that most of rainfall amount(approximately 70%)received from rains occurring between 6:0 pm to 6:0 am of the day after that,the daytime usually less rainfall occurrence with only 30%.The peak rainfall is usually occurred during 0:0 am to 4:0 am having approximately 42.98%of rainfall amount over a *** peak rainfall likely happen earlier in the recent year(36%rainfall amount over a day occurrence from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm in 2008).The analysis also illustrated that approximately 40%of rainfall events have duration less than 60 *** contrast,only approximately 9%of rainfall events have duration more than 6 hours but total rainfall depths of these events is approximately.

In the context of current climate change, an abnormality of flooding is a common form of disaster in Vietnam. Hanh Stream reservoir has occurred great flood in 1986, 2010. In the future, the risk of flooding is possible to happen again. In view of management of the risk of natural disasters: large flooding situation downstream is one of the most dangerous risks for the reservoir. Due to downstream of Hanh Stream reservoir is a narrow coastal plains, quick infrastructure development, especially interwoven road and railway systems, so that flood drainage ability will be affected greatly. The consciousness of risks that may be occurred in the future in order to propose preventive measures and proactive response to minimize damages always is the requirement for all projects. The hydrodynamic calculation, flooding maps, emergency plan to prevent flooding downstream of Hanh Stream reservoir is also needed. The article is raised the issue of requirements to calculate coastal narrow delta strip flooding in the Central of Vietnam when impacted by the upstream reservoir of flood discharge in terms of extreme heavy rain and flooding and presented computational methods of Mike software package for case flooded plain of Cam Ranh Bay in downstream reservoirs of Hanh Stream, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

Glycinebetaine(GB),an osmotic substance,could improve some stress tolerance in *** gene,originating from bacteria,could translate choline oxidase which stimulates the synthesis of GB in *** create lily lines resistant to heat,Belladonna lily and Yelloween lily had been transferred CodA gene through Agrobacterium *** bacteria harbored a binary vector carrying the hygromycin phosphotransferase,choline oxidase(CodA)and intron-containingβ-glucuronidase(Gus)genes were co-cultivated with lily bulb scales *** result showed that most the bulb scales had developed into bulblets in a regulator-free growth medium,while some expressed the hygromycin-resistance,heat tolerance and Gus gene *** them,one line demonstrated primarily the transcription level expression through reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Moreover,they were tested with the accumulation of GB which was evident that the transferred line had four times of GB volumes higher than that of wild *** original evidence could open a right approach to enhance stress tolerance in lily plants.

The study was to determine the appropriate dose and administration route of Ornitin Triple vaccine in cross-breed coloured broilers in Vietnam by evaluating the antibody titer against Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale(ORT)and local reactions at injection sites on chickens after *** study was divided into 2 *** trials were designed with 3 vaccine dose groups:0.0ml(control group),0.25ml and 0.5ml and 2 different administration routes:subcutaneous at neck(SC)and intramuscular at breast(IM)*** result showed that,no statistically significant difference was found between antibody titer of two administration routes as well as 2 vaccine doses until *** reactions at the injection sites of IM route was less severe than SC at neck and in higher dose would produce a more severe swelling *** weight gain was found to have a slight decrease in the vaccinated groups within 2 weeks after vaccination,however,no statistically significant difference was found in later stage(P>0.05).In conclusion,Ornitin Triple can be used to vaccinate by IM with the dose of 0.25ml for coloured broilers at early age(3-week-old),or 0.5ml for older birds and should be careful for some reactions at the injection sites.
