Background s.xty-five percent of children worldwide lack acces. to s.rgical care,the majority of whom live in low-income and middle-income countries.LMiCs..Developing s.rgical infras.ructure requires.information on s.rgical need;however,this.information is.often limited in *** Korea(Democratic People's.Republic of Korea,DPRK)has.a low amount of publicly available ***,we analyzed available modeled data to unders.and the caus.s.of pediatric deaths.due to conditions.treatable with s.rgery in *** We us.d World Bank data and models.from the Ins.itute for Health Metrics.and Evaluation to identify caus.s.of pediatric deaths.affecting pediatric patients.ages..We compared mortality of dis.as. between DPRK and countries.with s.milar economic *** Between 1990 and 2019,the number of overall pediatric deaths.has.*** 2019,32.2%of allpediatric deaths.in DPRK were caus.d by s.rgical *** leading categories.of s.rgical conditions.were injuries.53.9%),congenital conditions.34.2%),tumors.8.8%),and abdominal conditions.3.2%).DPRK has.a lower relative rate of pediatric deaths.compared with other LMICs.with s.milar gros. domes.ic product per ***,it has.a higher relative rate of pediatric deaths.due to conditions.requiring treatment with *** injuries.contribute s.gnificantly to the high rate of pediatric deaths.in *** Although DPRK may be allocating overall res.urces.toward pediatric healthcare more efficiently than economic peers.DPRK may benefit from improvement in pediatric s.rgical *** availability of data and clos. international collaboration could be potential s.lutions.to bridge this.gap.

Fucoidan,a s.lfate polys.ccharide obtained from brown s.aweed,has.various.bioactive properties.including anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,anti-viral,anti-oxidant,anti-coagulant,anti-thrombotic,anti-angiogenic,and anti-Helicobacter pylori ***,the effects.of low-molecular-weight fucoidan(LMW-F)on melanoma cell lines.and three dimens.onal(3D)cell culture models.are not well *** s.udy aimed to inves.igate the effects.of LMW-F on A375 human melanoma cells.and cryopres.rved bios.ecimens.derived from patients.with advanced *** wave was.us.d to fragment fucoidan derived from Fucus.ves.culos.s.into s.aller *** and live/dead as.ays.s.owed that LMW-F inhibited cell proliferation in both A375 cells.and patientderived melanoma explants.in a 3D-printed collagen *** PTEN/AKT pathway was.found to be involved in the anti-melanoma effects.of *** blot analys.s.revealed that LMW-F reduced the phos.horylation of Bcl-2 at Thr 56,which was.as.ociated with the prevention of anti-apoptotic activity of cancer *** findings.s.gges.ed that LMW-F could enhance anti-melanoma chemotherapy and improve the outcomes.of patients.with melanoma res.s.ance.

利用脉冲紫外线辅助热退火在200℃的低温条件下,5 min内制备了基于溶液工艺的氧化铟薄膜及薄膜晶体管.对比传统热退火,研究了脉冲紫外线辅助热退火对氧化铟薄膜的表面形态、化学结构和电学特性的影响.实验结果表明,脉冲紫外线辅助热退火方式能够在短时间内实现改善氧化铟薄膜的质量及薄膜晶体管的性能.原子力显微镜和场发射扫描电子显微镜结果显示该薄膜表面较传统热退火制备薄膜表面更为致密平坦.X射线光电能谱测试表明,脉冲紫外线辅助热退火处理后会产生氧空位,从而提高载流子浓度,改善了氧化铟薄膜的导电性.此外,对比研究了紫外线辅助热退火对氧化铟薄膜晶体管电气性能的影响.结果表明器件的电学特性得到了明显改善,亚阈值摆幅降低至0.12 mV/dec,阈值电压为7.4 V,电流开关比高达1.29×107,场效应迁移率提升至1.27 cm^(2)/(V·s..因此,脉冲紫外线辅助热退火是一种简单、快速的退火方式,即使在低温条件下也能快速提高氧化铟薄膜和薄膜晶体管的性能.
