Our previous study has revealed that procyanidin A_(1)(A_(1))and its simulated digestive product(D-A,)can alleviate acrylamide(ACR)-induced intestine cell ***,the underlying mechanism remains *** this study,we elucidated the molecular mechanism for and D-A_(1) to alleviate ACR-stimulated IPEC-J2 cell *** slightly activated nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)signaling and its target genes,but this activation could not reduce intestine cell damage.A_(1) and D-A_(1) could alleviate ACR-induced cell damage,but the effect was abrogated in cells transiently transfected with Nrf2 small interfering RNA(siRNA).Further investigation confirmed that A_(1) and D-A_(1) interacted with Ketch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keapl),which boosted the stabilization of Nrf2,subsequently promoted the translocation of Nrf2 into the nucleus,and further increased the expression of antioxidant proteins,thereby inhibiting glutathione(GSH)consumption,maintaining redox balance and eventually alleviating ACR-induced cell ***,there was no difference between A_(1) and D-A_(1) treated groups,indicating that A_(1) can tolerate gastrointestinal digestion and may be a potential compound to limit the toxicity of ACR.

The luminescence color of molecule-based photoactive materials is the key to the applications in lighting and optical *** continuous regulation of emission color in molecular systems is highly desirable but still remains a challenge due to the individual emission band of purely organic ***,a novel alloy strategy based on molecular co-crystals is *** adjusting the molar ratio of pyrene(py)and fluorathene(Flu),three types of molecular co-crystal alloys(MCAs)assemblies are prepared involving py-Flu-OFN-x%,py-Flu-TFP-x%,py-Flu-TCNB-x%.Multiple energy level structure and Förster resonance energy transfer(FRET)process endow materials with tunable full-spectra emission color in visible ***,these MCAs and co-crystals can be successfully applied to low optical loss waveguide and optical logic gate by virtue of all-color luminescence from blue across green to red,together with smooth surface of onedimensional microrods,which show promising applications as continuous light emitters for advance photonics applications.

The Baidi Au-Sb deposit, which contains 8 t of Au and 10,979 Mt of Sb, is a typical and rare paragenetic deposit located in southwestern Guizhou Province, *** studies have focused on individual ores, but have not combined them to identify their paragenetic mechanism or metallogenic regularity. Therefore, we used field investigations, microscopic observations, and in situ analyses to identify the spatial distribution, mineral paragenesis, compositional evolution, and metallogenic material sources of the ore bodies. We also determined the Au and Sb paragenetic characteristics and the metallogenesis of the deposit. The main Au-bearing minerals in the deposit were early(Apy1–2) and late(Apy3) stage arsenopyrites, as well as pre-mineralization(py1), mineralization(py2–5), and late mineralization(py6–7) stage pyrites. The main Sb-bearing minerals were stibnite(Snt), skinnerite, bournonite,and valentinite. The minerals formed in the order of py1,py2–3 + Apy1, py4–5 + Apy2, Snt, and py6–7 + *** δ34S values of the arsenopyrites and pyrites ranged from-5 to 5‰, while those of stibnite were mostly less than-5‰ in the later mineralization stages. Sulfur was provided by deep magmatic hydrothermal fluids, but sedimentary sulfur was added in the later stages. Moreover,the trace elemental contents fluctuated and eventually became similar to those of the sedimentary strata. By comprehensively considering the ores along with the geological characteristics of the deposit, we determined that deep magma provided the Au during ore formation. Later tectonic changes provided Sb from the sedimentary strata,which precipitated along fault expansion areas and produced Au and Sb paragenesis.

The magnetization reduction of hematite using biomass waste can effectively utilize waste and reduce CO_(2) emission to achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon *** effects of temperatures on suspension magnetization roasting of hematite using biomass waste for evolved gases have been investigated using TG-FTIR,py-GC/MS and gas composition *** mixture reduction process is divided into four *** the temperature range of 200-450℃ for mixture,the release of CO_(2),acids,and ketones is dominated in gases *** yield and concentration of small molecules reducing gases increase when the temperature increases from 450 to 900℃.At 700℃,the volume concentrations of CO,H_(2) and CH_(4) peak at 8.91%,8.90% and 4.91%,*** the suspension magnetization roasting process,an optimal iron concentrate with an iron grade of 70.86%,a recovery of 98.66% and a magnetic conversion of 45.70% is obtained at 700℃.Therefore,the magnetization reduction could react greatly in the temperature range of 600 to 700℃ owing to the suitable reducing *** study shows a detail gaseous evolution of roasting temperature and provides a new insight for studying the reduction process of hematite using biomass waste.

Our previous study has demonstrated that procyanidin A1(A1) and its simulated digestive product (D-A1) can prevent acrylamide （ACR）-induced cytotoxicity in small intestine cells. However， the potential mechanism remains poorly understood. In this study， ACR treatment was found to increase the levels of 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanine （8-OHdG） and phosphorated histone H2AX (γH2AX)， two DNA damage markers， thereby resulting in cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase; whereas both A1and D-A1could prevent the phosphorylation of ataxia telangiectasia mutated （ATM） and checkpoint kinase 2 （Chk2）， and then regulate the expression of G2/M phase-related proteins， finally maintaining normal cell cycle progression. Moreover， A1and D-A1could increase the B cell lymphoma 2 （Bcl-2）/Bcl2-associated X （Bax） ratio and decrease the expression of cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-9 proteins to alleviate ACR-induced cell apoptosis， which might be related to the inhibition of the mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK） pathway. More importantly， A1showed no remarkable variation in inhibitory effect before and after digestion， indicating that it can endure gastrointestinal digestion and may be a promising phytochemical to alleviate ACR-induced intestinal cell damage.
