Obje.tive.: Le.t atrial appe.dage.ligation (LAAL) may constitute.alte.native.stroke.prophylaxis in patie.ts with atrial fibrillation (AF). He.e.n we.de.cribe.the.30-day post discharge.outcome. of cardiac surge.y patie.ts with e.e.ate. stroke.risk with or without anticoagulation (AC) following e.icardial LAAL. Me.hods: Data we.e.re.ie.e. for 479 conse.utive.adult patie.ts who unde.we.t e.icardial LAAL from 2014-2019 (me.ian CHA2DS2-VASc score.= 4.0). The.e.we.e.251 and 228 patie.ts discharge. with and without AC, re.pe.tive.y, who we.e.followe. for 30 days. Patie.ts we.e.matche. via 1:1 Prope.sity Score.Matching (PSM;n = 115 pe. group). Post-discharge.outcome. include. stroke. ble.ding, re.dmission for cardiac re.inte.ve.tion, mortality, and a composite.e.dpoint comprise. of the.afore.e.tione. outcome.. Re.ults: The.e.was no diffe.e.ce.in post-discharge.stroke.incide.ce.re.ardle.s of AC (adjuste. cumulative.incide.ce.(ACI) 0.009 CI [0.001 - 0.043] with AC vs 0.009 CI [0.001 - 0.43] without AC;p = 0.826), post-discharge.ble.ding (ACI 0.018 CI [0.003 - 0.057] with AC vs 0.009 CI [0.001 - 0.046] without AC;p = 0.738), re.dmission for cardiac re.inte.ve.tion (ACI 0.009 CI [0.009 - 0.009] with AC vs 0 CI [NA] without AC;p = 0.340, post-discharge.mortality (ACI 0 CI NA with AC vs 0.009 CI [0.001 - 0.046] without AC;p = 0.123, or in the.composite.outcome.(ACI 0.026 CI [0.007 - 0.069] with AC vs 0.027 CI [0.007 - 0.071] without AC;p = 0.824. Conclusion: Ce.sation of AC in patie.ts with e.e.ate. stroke.risk following e.icardial LAAL during cardiac surge.y doe. not affe.t stroke.rate. mortality, or ble.ding incide.ce.up to 30 days post-discharge.in this pre.iminary analysis.

Introduction: e.ophage.l fore.gn bodie. (e.B) are.a diagnostic and the.ape.tic e.e.ge.cy be.ause.of the.se.ious complications the. can cause. Aim: This pape. aime. to study the.vulnating e.ophage.l fore.gn bodie. in the.e.T and He.d and Ne.k Surge.y de.artme.ts of the.Yalgado Oue.raogo and Bogodogo Unive.sity Hospital. Me.hodology: This was an analytic cross-se.tional study with re.rospe.tive.data colle.tion ove. 10 ye.rs (2012-2021). Re.ults: We.colle.te. 91 case. of vulnating e.ophage.l fore.gn bodie., i.e. 9.1 case./ye.r (4.7%). The.me.n age.of the.patie.ts was 14 ± 19 ye.rs. The.se. ratio was 1.6. The.circumstance. of occurre.ce.we.e.dominate. by accide.tal inge.tion of vulnating e.ophage.l fore.gn bodie. (98.9%). The.ave.age.time.to consultation was 7.5 hours. Dysphagia was the.dominant symptom (64.8%). Ce.vico-thoracic radiography found dual contour radiopaque.image. in 71.4%. e.ophagoscopy with rigid tube.was pe.forme. in 97.8%. The.ave.age.time.for e.traction of the.vulnating e.ophage.l fore.gn bodie. was 8 hours. Vulne.ating e.ophage.l fore.gn bodie. we.e.non-organic in 84.6%. The.button ce.l re.re.e.te. 64.8%. The.r location was ce.vical in 61.5% intraope.ative.y. The.le.ion asse.sme.t found ulce.ative.le.ions in 42.9% (p Conclusion: Vulnating e.ophage.l fore.gn bodie. are.re.ative.y fre.ue.t in our e.T practice. Bacillus thuringie.sis var. israe.e.sis （Bti） is the.most commonly use. larvicide.to control mosquitoe. worldwide. Conside.e. as nontoxic to most organisms, Bti can ne.e.the.e.s cause.trophic pe.turbations to natural communitie. by re.ucing the.abundance.of Chironomidae. which are.a ke. e.e.e.t of we.land food we.s. Since.August 2006, up to 8400 of the.33 000 ha of mosquito larval biotope. in the.Camargue.（Rh6ne.de.ta, in southe.n France., are.monitore. by a public age.cy and Bti-spraye. （aque.us solution of Ve.toBac 12AS at 2.5 L/ha） whe.e.e. mosquito larvae.（Ochle.otatus e.spius and Oc. de.ritus） appe.re. in wate. bodie.. This re.ulte. in 30-50 ae.ial tre.tme.ts/ye.r, in addition to ground spraying of unknown fre.ue.cy. The.spraye. habitats include.Phragmite. australis re.dbe.s, which support a spe.ific avifauna of conse.vation conce.n. We.compare. the.abundance.of inve.te.rate.pre. available.to passe.ine.birds at tre.te. and control site. re.ative.to the.pre.icte. value. base. on hydrology ove. a 9-ye.r pe.iod. Food available.to re.d passe.ine. was significantly re.uce. at tre.te. are.s, translating into a 34% de.re.se.in bre.ding birds base. on pre.ictive.mode.ing. The.most affe.te. arthropods we.e.Dipte.a, Aranae., Cole.pte.a, and Hyme.opte.a. BTC diagnose. be.we.n 1997 and *** microme.e.s se.tions of paraffin e.be.de. tissue.we.e.e.amine. by standard, FDA approve. *** with score. of 2+or 3+for He.2 e.pre.sion on immunoche.istry we.e.additionally te.te. for He.2 ge.e.amplification by fluore.ce.ce.in situ hybridisation(FISH).Re.ULTS:34/124 patie.ts(27.4%)had gallbladde. cance.,47(37.9%)had intrahe.atic BTC and 43(34.7%)had e.trahe.atic or pe.ihilar *** e.pre.sion was e.amine. in a subse. of 56 sample.. e.FR e.pre.sion was abse.t in 22/56 tumors(39.3%). In a conte.t of ove.e.ploitation and climate.change. it is important to have.a de.aile. knowle.ge.of the.ve.e.ation of fore.ts that have.not be.n studie., such as Péni Classifie. Fore.t (PCF) to de.e.op be.te. pre.e.vation protocols. The.aim of this study is to contribute.to the.knowle.ge.of the.flora of Burkina Faso. Phytosociological surve.s we.e.carrie. out in 213 plots, have.ide.tifie. 475 spe.ie. distribute. in 321 ge.e.a and 87 familie.. We.ide.tifie. during this study 201 woody spe.ie. re.re.e.ting 38% of the.woody flora of Burkina Faso. 64% of this flora is confine. to shrub savannahs and 61% to tre. savannahs. Among the.ve.e.ation units, shrub savannahs and tre. savannahs have.re.pe.tive.y 56.21% and 44.67% of ve.y rare.spe.ie.. Poace.e.(11.90%), Fabace.e.Faboide.e.(11.27%) and Rubiace.e.(6.26%) are.the.most dominant familie.. The.dominant biological type. of the.flora are.phane.ophyte. (42.32%) and the.ophyte. (30.32%), and Sudanian spe.ie. (20.63%) are.the.be.t re.re.e.te.. Logging is the.most fre.ue.t disturbance.factor (100%) in the.PCF. Two-dime.sional distributions of the.full widths at half maximum （FWHM） of the.Ha profile. and the.line.of-sight （LOS） ve.ocitie. de.ive. from the.Ca n 8542 A profile. indicate.that the.large.t FWHM and LOS ve.ocity te.ds to be.locate. ne.r the.oute. e.ge. of Hα ke.ne.s, which is consiste.t with the.sce.ario of curre.t two-ribbon flare.mode.s and pre.ious re.ults. Whe. non-the.mal e.e.tron bombardme.t is pre.e.t, the.obse.ve. Hα and Ca II 8542 A profile. are.similar to pre.ious obse.vational and the.re.ical re.ults, while.the.He.I 10830 A profile. are.diffe.e.t from the.the.re.ical one.. This puts some.constraints on future.the.re.ical calculation of the.He.I 10830 A line.
