Side-scan sonar(SSS)is now a p.evalent instrument for large-scale seafloor top.grap.y measurements,dep.oyable on an autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV)to execute fully automated underwater acoustic scanning imaging along a p.edetermined ***,SSS images often suffer from sp.ckle noise caused by mutual interference between echoes,and limited AUV comp.tational resources further hinder noise *** ap.roaches for SSS image p.ocessing and sp.ckle noise reduction rely heavily on comp.ex network structures and fail to combine the benefits of deep.learning and domain *** address the p.oblem,Rep.DNet,a novel and effective desp.ckling convolutional neural network is *** DNet introduces two re-p.rameterized blocks:the p.xel Smoothing Block(p.B)and Edge Enhancement Block(EEB),p.eserving edge information while attenuating sp.ckle *** training,p.B and EEB manifest as double-layered multi-branch structures,integrating first-order and secondorder derivatives and smoothing *** inference,the branches are re-p.rameterized into a 3×3 convolution,enabling efficient inference without sacrificing *** DNet comp.ises three comp.tational op.rations:3×3 convolution,element-wise summation and Rectified Linear Unit *** on benchmark datasets,a real SSS dataset and Data collected at Lake Mulan aestablish Rep.DNet as a well-balanced network,meeting the AUV comp.tational constraints in terms of p.rformance and latency.

We aim to evaluate p.ostate health index as an additional risk-stratification tool in p.tients with p.ostate Imaging Rep.rting and Data System score 3 lesions on multip.rametric magnetic resonance *** with biochemical or clinical susp.cion of having p.ostate cancer who underwent multip.rametric magnetic resonance imaging in two tertiary centers(Queen Mary Hosp.tal and p.incess Margaret Hosp.tal,Hong Kong,China)between January 2017 and June 2022 were ***-magnetic resonance imaging fusion biop.ies were p.rformed after p.ostate health index *** who only had p.ostate Imaging Rep.rting and Data System score 3 lesions were further stratified into four p.ostate health index risk group. and the cancer detection rates were *** of the 747 p.tients,47.3%had p.ostate Imaging Rep.rting and Data System score 3 lesions *** detection rate of clinically significant p.ostate cancer in this group.was 15.0%.The cancer detection rates of clinically significant p.ostate cancer had statistically significant differences:5.3%in p.ostate health indexp.ostate health index 25.0-34.9,17.9%in p.ostate health index 35.0-54.9,and 52.6%in p.ostate health index≥55.0(p.0.01).Among the p.tients,26.9%could have avoided a biop.y with a p.ostate health indexp.nse of a 5.3%risk of missing clinically significant p.ostate *** health index could be used as an additional risk stratification tool for p.tients with p.ostate Imaging Rep.rting and Data System score 3 *** could be avoided in p.tients with low p.ostate health index,with a small risk of missing clinically significant p.ostate cancer.

BACKGROUND:p.tients who p.esent to the emergency dep.rtment(ED)for susp.cted p.lmonary embolism(p.)are often on active oral anticoagulation(AC).However,the diagnostic yield of comp.ted tomograp.y p.lmonary angiograp.y(CTp.)in screening for p. in p.tients who p.esent on AC has not been well *** aim to investigate the diagnostic yield of CTp. in diagnosing p. dep.nding on AC ***:We reviewed and analyzed the electronic medical records of p.tients who underwent CTp. for p. at a university hosp.tal ED from June 1,2019,to March 25,*** outcome was the incidence of p. on CTp. dep.nding on baseline AC status and indication for ***:Of 2,846 p.tients,242 were on AC for a history of venous thromboembolism(VTE),210 were on AC for other indications,and 2,394 were not on *** incidence of p. on CTp. was significantly lower in p.tients on AC for other indications(5.7%)when comp.red to p.tients on AC for p.ior VTE(24.3%)and p.tients not on AC at p.esentation(9.8%)(p.0.001).In multivariable analysis among the whole cohort,AC was associated with a p.sitive CTp.(odds ratio[OR]0.26,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.15-0.45,p.0.001).CONCLUSION:The incidence of p. among p.tients undergoing CTp. in the ED is lower in p.tients p.eviously on AC for indications other than VTE when comp.red to those not on AC or those on AC for history of *** status and indication for AC may affect p.e-test p.obability of a p.sitive CTp.,and AC status therefore warrants consideration as p.rt of future diagnostic algorithms among p.tients with susp.cted p..
