The current cyber-attack environment has put even the most protected systems at risk as the hackers are nowmodifying technologies to exploit even the tiniest of weaknesses and infiltrate *** this situation,it’s critical to design and construct software that is both secure and *** security is the most well-defined aspect of health information software systems,it is equally significant to prioritise sustainability because any health information software system will be more effective if it provides both security and sustainability to the customers at the same *** this league,it is crucial to determine those characteristics in the systems that can help in the accurate assessment of the sustainable-security of the health information software during the development *** research work employed the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process(Fuzzy ANP)to estimate the impact of the overall sustainable-security of health information software systems and their characteristics in order to achieve a high level of ***,the study validates the efficacy of the Fuzzy ANP procedure by testing it on five different versions of a health information software system through Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions(Fuzzy TOPSIS).Despite the sensitivity of the health information software systems,this study employedmultiple versions of health information software *** compared with the existing procedures for testing the sustainable-security of health information software systems,the outcomes were conclusive and significantly more *** saving time and resources,the mechanism suggested in this research work aims to establish an outline that software practitioners can follow to enhance the sustainablesecurity of health information software systems.

Over the past few decades,complementary and alternative treatments have become increasingly popular *** purported therapeutic characteristics of natural products have come under increased scrutiny both in vitro and in vivo as part of efforts to legitimize their *** such product is tea tree oil(TTO),a volatile essential oil primarily obtained from the native Australian plant,melaleuca alternifolia,which has diverse traditional and industrial applications such as topical preparations for the treatment of skin *** anti-inflammatory-linked immunomodulatory actions have also been *** systematic review focuses on the anti-inflammatory effects of TTO and its main components that have shown strong immunomodulatory *** extensive literature search was performed electronically for data curation on worldwide accepted scientific databases,such as Web of Science,Google Scholar,Pubmed,ScienceDirect,Scopus,and esteemed publishers such as Elsevier,Springer,Frontiers,and Taylor&*** that the majority of pharmacological studies were conducted on crude oils only,the extracted data were critically analyzed to gain further insight into the prospects of TTO being used as a neuroprotective agent by drug formulation or dietary *** addition,the active constituents contributing to the activity of TTO have not been well justified,and the core mechanisms need to be unveiled especially for anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects leading to ***,this review attempts to correlate the anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory activity of TTO with its neuroprotective mechanisms.

The Hydrangea genus belongs to the Hydrangeaceae family,in the Cornales order of flowering plants,which early diverged among the Asterids,and includes several species that are commonly used ornamental *** them,Hydrangea macrophylla is one of the most valuable species in the nursery trade,yet few genomic resources are available for this crop or closely related Asterid *** high-quality haplotype-resolved reference genomes of hydrangea cultivars‘Veitchii’and‘Endless Summer’[highest quality at 2.22 gigabase pairs(Gb),396 contigs,N5022.8 megabase pairs(mb)]were assembled and scaffolded into the expected 18 *** the newly developed high-quality reference genomes along with high-quality genomes of other related flowering plants,nuclear data were found to support a single divergence point in the Asterids clade where both the Cornales and Ericales diverged from the *** mapping with an F1 hybrid population demonstrated the power of linkage mapping combined with the new genomic resources to identify the gene for inflorescence shape,CYP78A5 located on chromosome 4,and a novel gene,bAm3 located on chromosome 17,for causing double *** developed in this study will not only help to accelerate hydrangea genetic improvement but also contribute to understanding the largest group of flowering plants,the Asterids.

Continuum modeling of freeway traffic flows:State-of-the-art,challenges and future directions in the era of connected and automated vehicles

Connected and automated vehicles(CAVs)are expected to reshape traffic flow dynamics and present new challenges and opportunities for traffic flow *** numerous studies have proposed optimal modeling and control strategies for CAVs with various objectives(e.g.,traffic efficiency and safety),there are uncertainties about the flow dynamics of CAVs in real-world *** uncertainties are especially amplified for mixed traffic flows,consisting of CAVs and human-driven vehicles,where the implications can be significant from the continuum-modeling perspective,which aims to capture macroscopic traffic flow dynamics based on hyperbolic systems of partial differential *** paper aims to highlight and discuss some essential problems in continuum modeling of real-world freeway traffic flows in the era of *** first provide a select review of some existing continuum models for conventional human-driven traffic as well as the recent attempts for incorporating CAVs into the continuum-modeling *** applicable,we provide new insights about the properties of existing models and revisit their implications for traffic flows of CAVs using recent empirical observations with CAVs and the previous discussions and debates in the *** paper then discusses some major problems inherent to continuum modeling of real-world(mixed)CAV traffic flows modeling by distinguishing between two major research directions:(a)modeling for explaining purposes,where making reproducible inferences about the physical aspects of macroscopic properties is of the primary interest,and(b)modeling for practical purposes,in which the focus is on the reliable predictions for operation and *** paper proposes some potential solutions in each research direction and recommends some future research topics.

bladder cancer(bC)is one of the most frequently diagnosed types of urinary *** advances in treatment methods,no specific biomarkers are currently in *** and untargeted profiling of metabolites and elements of human blood serum from 100 bC patients and the same number of normal controls(NCs),with external validation,was attempted using three analytical methods,i.e.,nuclear magnetic resonance,gold and silver-109 nanoparticle-based laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry(LDI-mS),and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).All results were subjected to multivariate statistical *** potential serum biomarkers of bC,namely,isobutyrate,pyroglutamate,choline,and acetate,were quantified with proton nuclear magnetic resonance,which had excellent predictive ability as judged by the area under the curve(AUC)value of *** elements,Li and Fe,were also found to distinguish between cancer and control samples,as judged from ICP-OES data and AUC of 0.807(in validation set).Twenty-five putatively identified compounds,mostly related to glycans and lipids,differentiated bC from NCs,as detected using *** serum metabolites were found to discriminate between tumor grades and nine metabolites between tumor *** results from three different analytical platforms demonstrate that the identified distinct serum metabolites and metal elements have potential to be used for noninvasive detection,staging,and grading of bC.

为了更好地描述出行者的路径选择行为,路径选择建模过程中考虑了有限的驾驶范围和稀缺的充电站引起的范围焦虑问题,以及传统的多项式Logit模型具有的路径重叠问题.提出了多用户类和距离限制约束的广义巢式Logit随机用户平衡(GNL-SUE)模型,给出了相应的数学模型,并使用相继平均法(mSA)对其求解.证明了该数学模型等价于改进的GNL-SUE模型,以及模型解的唯一性.最后,测试了所提出的数学模型的性能,并将其与不含距离限制约束的GNL-SUE模型和含有距离限制约束的多项式Logit随机用户平衡(mNL-SUE)模型进行比较.结果表明,所提出的数学模型能够解决范围焦虑问题和路径重叠问题.

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is a lethal disease,characterized by an intense desmoplastic reaction that compresses blood vessels and limits nutrient *** aggressiveness largely relies on its extraordinary capability to thrive and progress in a challenging tumor *** of the onco-suppressor miR-15a has been extensively documented in ***,we identified the transcription factor Fos-related antigen-2(Fra-2)as a miR-15a target mediating the adaptive mechanism of PDAC to nutrient *** report that the IGF1 signaling pathway was enhanced in nutrient deprived PDAC cells and that Fra-2 and IGF1R were significantly overexpressed in miR-15a downmodulated PDAC ***,we discovered that miR-15a repressed IGF1R expression via Fra-2 *** miR-15a-low context,IGF1R hyperactivated mTOR,modulated the autophagic flux and sustained PDAC growth in nutrient *** a genetic mouse model,mir15aKO PDAC showed Fra-2 and Igf1r upregulation and mTOR activation in response to diet ***,nutrient restriction improved the efficacy of IGF1R inhibition in a Fra-2 dependent ***,our results point to a crucial role of Fra-2 in the cellular stress response due to nutrient restriction typical of pancreatic cancer and support IGF1R as a promising and vulnerable target in miR-15a downmodulated PDAC.
