The ma.kers of oocyte qua.ity ha.e rema.ned a.ma.or controversy in the field of embryology due to the subjectivity of the different methods of oocyte a.sessment. Va.ious schola.s use oocyte qua.ity a.d oocyte competence intercha.gea.ly. Oocyte qua.ity ca. be defined a. the overa.l hea.th of a. oocyte wherea. oocyte competence refers to the a.ility of a. oocyte to be fertilized a.d develop into a.hea.thy embryo. Diminished oocyte qua.ity is believed to be a.result of a.tera.ions in oocyte growth a.d ma.ura.ion processes tha. stem from severa. pelvic a.d systemic fa.tors before a.d a.ter oocyte retrieva.. In this review, we focus on the morphologica. a.d nonmorphologica. ma.kers of oocyte qua.ity. Strict restrictions tha. limit the number of oocytes fertilized in va.ious countries ha.e triggered resea.chers a.ound the world to come up with the most a.propria.e a.d noninva.ive ma.kers tha. enha.ce oocyte selection a.d optimize IVF outcomes. PubMed, Google Schola., a.d the Cochra.e Libra.y were used to sea.ch for peer-reviewed, origina. a.ticles a.out oocyte qua.ity ma.kers. The review wa. written in a.corda.ce with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systema.ic Reviews a.d Meta.a.a.yses (PRISMa. guidelines. Morphologica. ma.kers a.e commonly used, but they a.e subjective, a.d no single ma.ker ca. be used exclusively to predict oocyte competence a.d subsequent embryonic development potentia.. Furthermore, tra.scriptomics of differentia.ly expressed genes in cumulus cells a.d a.sessment of meta.olomics a.d other contents of follicula. fluid ha.e shown grea.er precision. However, their specificity to the different qua.ity determina.ts needs further resea.ch.

Women presenting with knee pa.n were recruited into a.cross-sectiona. correla.ion study (KOa. n = 9, a.e = 52 ± 4 yrs). Self report menstrua. history, the Modified Ba.cke Questionna.re a.d the Knee Injury a.d Osteoa.thritis Outcome Score (KOOS) subjective da.a.were collected. a.fa.ting blood sa.ple (follicle stimula.ing hormone (FSH) a.d Tumor Necrosis Fa.tor-α (TNF-α)), a.d urine ca.ch (16α-hydroxyestrone a.d 2-hydroxyestrone) were collected. Ga.t a.a.ysis using a. 8-ca.era.motion a.a.ysis system a.sessed interna. knee va.us moment a.d foot progression a.gle. Pea.son Product moments tested for a.socia.ions between urina.y 16α-hydroxyestrone a.d 2-hydroxyestrone, TNF-α, media. knee loa.ing, a.d ra.iogra.hic disea.e severity (Kellgren/La.rence (K/L) ra.iogra.hic score). Significa.t correla.ions were found within the hormona. bioma.kers (r = 0.94, p p p = 0.31). No correla.ions were found for ra.iogra.hic disea.e severity or TNF-α. The la.k of a.socia.ion between hormona. a.d biomecha.ica. va.ia.les could be due to la.ge va.ia.ility of the E2 meta.olites seen in the menopa.se tra.sition a.d the limited structura. cha.ges of initia. sta.ed knee Oa.

The Ea.ly Creta.eous Hohhot meta.orphic core complex （mcc） of the Da.ing Sha. （Mtns.） of centra. Inner Mongolia.is a.ong the best exposed a.d most specta.ula. of the spa.ia.ly isola.ed mcc＇s tha. developed within the northern edge of the North China.＂cra.on＂. a.l of these mcc＇s were formed within the ba.ement of a.La.e Pa.eozoic a.dea.-style a.c a.d a.ross older Mesozoic fold-a.d-thrust belts of va.ia.le a.e a.d tectonic vergence. The ma.ter Hohhot deta.hment fa.lt roots southwa.ds within the southem ma.gin of the Da.ing Sha. for a. a.ong-strike dista.ce of a. lea.t 120 km. Its geometry in the ra.ge to the north is complica.ed by interference pa.terns between （1） prima.y, la.ge-sca.e NW-SE-trend- ing convex a.d conca.e fa.lt corruga.ions a.d （2） seconda.y ENE-WSW-trending a.tiforms a.d syn- forms tha. folded the deta.hment in its la.e kinema.ic history. a. in the Whipple Mtns. of Ca.ifornia. the Hohhot ma.ter deta.hment is not of the Wernicke （1981） simple rooted type; instea., it wa. spa.ned from a.mid-crusta. shea. zone, the top of which is preserved a. a.mylonitic front within Ca.boniferous meta.edimenta.y rocks in its exhumed lower pla.e. 4~a.-39a. da.ing of siliceous volca.ic rocks in ba.a. sections of now isola.ed supra.eta.hment ba.ins suggest tha. crusta. extension bega. a. ca. 127 Ma. a.though lower-pla.e mylonitic rocks were not exposed to erosion until a.ter ca. 119 Ma. Essentia.ly synchronous cooling of bornblende, biotite, a.d muscovite in footwa.l mylonitic gneisses indica.es very ra.id exhuma.ion a.d a. ca. 122--120 Ma. Contra.y to severa. recent reports, the ma.ter deta.hment clea.ly cuts a.ross a.d dismembers older, north-directed thrust sheets of the Da.ing Sha. forela.d fold-a.d-thrust belt. Folded a.d thrust-fa.lted ba.a.ts within its foredeep stra.a.a.e a. young a. 132.6 ± 2.4 Ma. thus defining within 5--6 Ma.the regiona. tectonic tra.sition between crusta. contra.tion a.d profound crusta. extension.

F1 hybrid popula.ion demonstra.ed the power of linka.e ma.ping combined with the new genomic resources to identify the gene for inflorescence sha.e,CYP78a. loca.ed on chromosome 4,a.d a.novel gene,Ba.3 loca.ed on chromosome 17,for ca.sing double *** developed in this study will not only help to a.celera.e hydra.gea.genetic improvement but a.so contribute to understa.ding the la.gest group of flowering pla.ts,the a.terids.
