Methods: In total 63 individuals volunteered in a 4-month supplementation project. 65 chickens (layer, broiler and cockerel) from different farms within Awka metropolis and its environs were purchased, processed and analyzed for the levels of heavy metals (pb, As, Cd, Ni, Cr, Hg, V and Cu) in the internal organs (muscle, gizzard, liver and kidney) of the chickens using flame atomic absorption spectrometer after nitric/perchloric acid digestion. The ranges of mean concentrations of the metals in the internal organs of the chickens in mg/g were pb;(0.046 - 0.478) As;(0.053 - 0.318), Cd;(0.027 - 0.649), Cr;(0.045 - 0.234), Hg;(0.052 - 0.740), Ni;(0.038 - 0.534), V;(0.037 - 0.053), and Cu;(0.146 - 0.445). About 10% - 40% of pb, Cd and Hg exceeded the permissible level of 0.5 ppm set for these metals in the liver and kidney of the chickens. Anova analysis revealed significance of the heavy metals in the internal organs of the chickens at p < 0.05.

MicroRNAs （miRNAs） are well-conserved noncoding RNAs that broadly regulate gene expression through posttranscriptional silencing of coding genes. Dysregulated miRNA expression in prostate and other cancers implicates their role in cancer biology. Moreover, functional studies provide support for the contribution of miRNAs to several key pathways in cancer initiation and progression. Comparative analyses of miRNA gene expression between malignant and nonmalignant prostate tissues, healthy controls and prostate cancer （pCa） patients, as well as less aggressive versus more aggressive disease indicate that miRNAs may be future diagnostic or prognostic biomarkers in tumor tissue, blood, or urine. Further, miRNAs may be future therapeutics or therapeutic targets. In this review, we examine the miRNAs most commonly observed to be de-regulated in pCa gene expression analyses and review the potential contribution of these miRNAs to important pathways in pCa initiation and progression.

目的探讨鸟巢式护理对新生儿氧饱和度、肠胃功能以及家属护理满意率产生的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月在滕州市中心人民医院住院的新生儿50例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组各25例。对照组接受产科常规护理干预,干预组在对照组的基础上进行鸟巢式护理干预。比较两组新生儿睡眠时间、体温波动、首次胎便时间、胎便转黄时间、进奶量、血氧饱和度、不良反应发生率及家属护理满意率。结果干预组睡眠时间长于对照组,体温波动小于对照组,首次胎便时间、转黄时间短于对照组,进奶量及血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(ppp<0.05)。结论鸟巢式护理干预通过模拟子宫中的环境,为新生儿营造舒适、具有安全感的环境,进而提高血氧饱和度,帮助新生儿改善肠胃功能,并能降低不良反应发生率,提高护理满意率,值得临床推广和应用。

The KLoe experiment at the φ-factory DAФpNe has measured the pion form factor in the range between 0.1 〈 Mππ^2 〈 0.85 GeV^2 using events taken at √s = 1 GeV with a photon emitted at large polar angles in the initial state. This measurement extends the Mππ^2 region covered by KLoe ISR measurements of the pion form factor down to the two pion production threshold. The value obtained in this measurement of the dipion contribution to the muon anomalous magnetic moment of △αμ^ππ= （478.5±2-0stat±4.8syst±2.9theo）·10^-10 further confirms the discrepancy between the Standard Model evaluation for αμ and the experimental value measured by the （g-2） collaboration at BNL.

Background:During an experiment,a ski racer equipped with various measurement devices suffered an anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)rupture in his right *** aim of this study was to describe the underlying injury mechanism from a functional ***:eight giant slalom turns(i.e.,4 left turns),followed by 1 left turn at which the ACL injury occurred,were recorded by 2 video cameras,electromyography of 4 relevant muscle groups,inertial measurement units to measure knee and hip angles,and pressure insoles to determine ground reaction ***:Due to a loss of balance,the ski racer began to slide sideways at the apex of a left *** sliding,his right(outside)leg was actively abducted upward without touching the *** ski racer then attempted to stand up again by dropping his leg back towards the snow *** end of this dropping was accompanied by a decrease in electromyographic activity in the knee stabilizing *** the inside edge of the outer ski caught the snow surface,a rapidly increasing peak force,knee flexion,and an aggressive sudden activation of the vastus medialis muscle were observed,while biceps femoris and rectus femoris further decreased their activation *** likely resulted in excessive anterior translation of the tibia relative to the femur,causing damage to the ***:our example emphasizes that ski racers should not get up until they stop ***:“When you’re down,stay down.”

patients with cardiovascular disease and their partners expect health care providers to provide sexual counseling to assist them in maintaining sexual quality of life. evidence suggests however, that there is a gap in integrating evidence into practice and that relatively few cardiac patients receive sexual counseling. This can result in negative psychological, physical, and quality of life outcomes for couples who may needlessly decide sexual activity is too risky and cease all sexual activity. Two scientific statements now exist that provide ample guidance to health care providers in discussing this important topic. Using a team approach that includes physicians, nurses, physical therapists, rehabilitation staff, and others is important to ensure that sexual counseling occurs throughout recovery. In addition, several trials using interventional approaches for sexual counseling provide insight into successful approaches for sexual counseling in practice. This article provides practical strategies and evidence-based approaches for assessment and sexual counseling for all cardiac patients and their partners, and specific counseling for those with ischemic conditions, heart failure, and implanted devices.

气象资料检测证明了气候模型模拟现代温度比用更复杂的湿度平衡模型好得多，而根据地质资料在山区和沿海地区重建和模型模拟的可信度要低一些，所以在比较地质资料和过去气候模拟时要考虑这个实际情况，在当前研究中我们进行末次大冰期资料一模型比较时以年均温为例，在使用所有点的资料时出现了模拟和重建之间的不一致，相反，当去掉那些模棱两可的地点后结果变得意外的好，在少数情况下结果不同时，边界条件不确定或者资料太少是模型和资料不一致的主要原因，通过使用模拟和资料的区域性平均值，我们证明了pMIp能够正确地模拟出地球陆地上区域性的年均温，在区域性研究中因经常使用未经选择的资料作为模型确认值，因而很难获得这一重要的结论。
