经典抗焦虑抑郁药物-度洛西汀为带状疱疹后神经痛(post.erpet.c neuralgia,PHN)的一线治疗药物。本研究首次提出在带状疱疹出疱急性期预防性口服度洛西汀有望预防PHN的发生,纳入疼痛VAS评分≥4、带状疱疹出疱72 h内的750例病人,随机分为对照组和度洛西汀组。对照组接受常规临床治疗,度洛西汀组在常规治疗基础上口服度洛西汀。主要结局指标为12周时PHN的发生率。次要结局指标包括3、4、8周VAS评分>0的人数,以及4、8、12周VAS评分≥3的人数、生活质量评分、病人总体变化评分、睡眠质量评分等。结果表明,度洛西汀组的PHN发生率与对照组相比无显著差异,度洛西汀组第3、4、8周VAS评分>0的人数,以及4、8和12周VAS评分≥3的人数显著少于对照组。度洛西汀组病人的生活质量评分、病人总体变化评分、睡眠质量评分均显著优于对照组。虽然本研究为阴性结果,但预防性口服度洛西汀仍可以避免5.9%的带状疱疹病人发展成为PHN,因此具有一定的临床意义。

OMP has an FDS in t.e node set. which not.only generalizes t.e FDS result.provided by Kalcsics, et.al. （2002）, but.also ext.nds t.e FDS result.from t.e single-facilit. case t. t.e mult.ple case, filling an import.nt.gap. t.en, based on t.is FDS result. t.e aut.ors develop an exact.algorit.m t. solve t.e problem. However, if t.e number of facilit.es is large, it.is not.pract.cal t. find t.e opt.mal solut.on, because t.e mult.-facilit. OMP in direct.d net.orks is NP-hard. Hence, we present.a const.nt.approximat.on algorit.m for t.e p-median problem in direct.d net.orks. Finally, we pose an open problem for fut.re research.

In t.e framework of sust.inable recycling of plast.cs from WEEE, pyrolysis is proposed here as a means of obt.ining secondary value-added product.. t.e aim of t.is st.dy was t. invest.gat. t.e t.ermal degradat.on and t.e product. obt.ined aft.r pyrolysis of specific polymers found in t.e plast.c part.of WEEE, using t.ermogravimet.ic analysis and a pyrolizer equipped wit. a Gc/MS. Polymers st.died include ABS, HIPS, Pc and a blend having a composit.on similar t. t.at.appearing in WEEE. It.was found t.at. Pc shows great.r heat.endurance compared t. t.e ot.er polymers, whereas ABS depolymerizes in t.ree-st.ps. t.e exist.nce of several polymers in t.e blend result. in synergist.c effect. which decrease t.e onset.and final t.mperat.re of degradat.on. Moreover, t.e fragment.t.on occurred in t.e pyrolyzer, at.cert.in t.mperat.res, result.d in a great.variet. of compounds, depending on t.e polymer t.pe, such as monomers, aromat.c product., pnenoJlc compounds and hydrocarbons. t.e main conclusion from t.is invest.gat.on is t.at.pyrolysis could be an effect.ve met.od for t.e sust.inable recycling of t.e plast.c part.of WEEE result.ng in a mixt.re of chemicals wit. varying composit.on but.being excellent.t. be used as fuel ret.ieved from secondary recycling sources.
