Background:Anthrax is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Bacillus anthracis.Investigating the spatiotemporal characteristics of anthrax and the impact of meteorological factors on the incidence of anthrax is helpful for the prevention and control of anthrax.Methods:At first,we applied the Granger causality test to explore the spatiotemporal characteristics of anthrax transmission between the counties and cities of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province of China.Then,we constructed three generalized linear models to analyze the impact of meteorological factors on the monthly number of anthrax cases in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.Finally,we developed an easy-to-use online web server that integrates the above functions.Results:This study developed an online service website(ASTM,http://www.***.online/anthrax/index.html)for the analysis and visualization of anthrax,which not only can investigate the correlation of anthrax among different regions in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,but also can analyze the correlation between meteorological factors and!the number of anthrax cases.Conclusions:Our study not only explored spatiotemporal characteristics of anthrax transmission,but also analyzed the impact of seven meteorological factors on the monthly number of anthrax cases.Meanwhile,the online service website which integrates the above functions is useful for the prevention and control of anthrax.

In consideration of the safety of drivers,we designed a multifunctional intelligent security guarantee integrated system for highway level crossing.Different from the existing intersection signs on the market,intelligent highway-level intersection indicators are based on the use of deep learning and computer vision technology to build a convolutional neural network model that can accurately recognize traffic accident images and traffic jams in a short period of time as well as obtain real-time road and highway meteorological environment information.

现有的非侵入式负荷分解算法往往需要大量电器设备级的负荷数据才能保证分解精度,但由于用户对隐私性的考虑以及安装成本过高等问题,很难获取这些数据。因此,构建一种能深度挖掘电力负荷数据时序特性和电器相关性的时序生成对抗网络。利用降维网络对所有电器有功功率序列组成的高维向量进行降维以降低计算的复杂度,通过复原网络将结果还原为高维向量。基于电器运行状态和深度学习的非侵入式分解方法,运用卷积神经网络-双向门控循环单元构建状态复杂电器的负荷分解回归模型,对状态简单电器利用深度神经网络构建负荷识别分类模型。通过对比其他数据生成方法,以及改变典型公开数据集中生成数据比例所得的负荷分解结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

A warming device for car driving is proposed in this paper,which includes support rods and warning plates.In this device,several display screens are insalled on one side of the warning panel.Indicator lights are set on the display screen.A waning board is mounted on the top box.Several radar detectors are mounted on one side of the top box,and the radar detectors orrespond to the display screens.Several waming lights are installed on the top box,and the waning lights orespond to sevenl radar detectors.The sliding side of the support rod cleans the unit.The change of positions of the indicator lights based on the radar detectors will be rellected on the display screens,which allows drivers to understand the situation of the road.Therefore,they can prepare for changing lanes and overtaking,and understand the position and speed of all vehicles in this road section in advance.

Construction and Application of the Multidimensional Table for Knowledge Discovery in Ancient Chinese Books on Materia Medica

Knowledge discovery, as an increasingly adopted information technology in biomedical science, has shown great promise in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In this paper, we provided a kind of multidimensional table which was well suited for organizing and analyzing the data in ancient Chinese books on Materia Medica. Moreover, we demonstrated its capability of facilitating further mining works in TCM through two illustrative studies of discovering meaningful patterns in the three-dimensional table of Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica. This work might provide an appropriate data model for the development of knowledge discovery in TCM.

Analyses of Political Crisis Impact on Tourism: A Panel Counterfactual Approach with Internet Search Index

Existing research has shown that political crisis events can directly impact the tourism industry. However, the current methods suffer from potential changes of unobserved variables, which poses challenges for a reliable evaluation of the political crisis impacts. This paper proposes a panel counterfactual approach with Internet search index, which can quantitatively capture the change of crisis impacts across time and disentangle the effect of the event of interest from the rest. It also provides a tool to examine potential channels through which the crisis may affect tourist outflows.This research empirically applies the framework to analyze the THAAD event on tourist flows from the Chinese Mainland to South Korea. Findings highlight the strong and negative short-term impact of the political crisis on the tourists' intentions to visit a place. This paper provides essential evidence to help decision-makers improve the management of the tourism crisis.

Jigsaw-Sketch: a fast and accurate algorithm for finding top-k elephant flows in high-speed networks

Finding top-k elephant flows in high-speed networks is one of the most fundamental network measurement tasks. It is more challenging than per-flow size estimation since the IDs and sizes of top-k flows must be tracked simultaneously. Most existing studies only record the IDs of a small number of elephant flows to fit their estimators in the extremely limited high-speed on-chip memory. However, these solutions need too many memory accesses when a packet arrives to track the elephant flows with high accuracy, which limits their practicability. Therefore, this paper proposes Jigsaw-Sketch, a new algorithm to find the top-k elephant flows with much fewer memory accesses while achieving high memory efficiency and accuracy. In this design, we propose a novel two-stage jigsaw storage scheme, which can capture the candidate top-k flows from massive network steams efficiently, and further find the top-k elephant flows with high memory efficiency and only a few memory accesses for each packet. Extensive experimental results based on real network traces show that Jigsaw-Sketch improves the packet processing throughput by at least 86%, while achieving smaller memory footprints and higher accuracy compared to the SOTA.

Zinc ion batteries are considered as potential energy storage devices due to their advantages of low-cost,high-safety,and high theoretical capacity.However,dendrite growth and chemical corrosion occurring on Zn anode limit their commercialization.These problems can be tackled through the optimization of the electrolyte.However,the screening of electrolyte additives using normal electrochemical methods is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Herein,a fast and simple method based on the digital holography is developed.It can realize the in situ monitoring of electrode/electrolyte interface and provide direct information concerning ion concentration evolution of the diffusion layer.It is effective and time-saving in estimating the homogeneity of the deposition layer and predicting the tendency of dendrite growth,thus able to value the applicability of electrolyte additives.The feasibility of this method is further validated by the forecast and evaluation of thioacetamide additive.Based on systematic characterization,it is proved that the introduction of thioacetamide can not only regulate the interficial ion flux to induce dendrite-free Zn deposition,but also construct adsorption molecule layers to inhibit side reactions of Zn anode.Being easy to operate,capable of in situ observation,and able to endure harsh conditions,digital holography method will be a promising approach for the interfacial investigation of other battery systems.

针对噬菌体的细菌宿主范围预测对于深入理解噬菌体及将其作为抗生素替代用于生物疗法具有重要意义。传统生物实验方法确定噬菌体的细菌宿主范围受到极有限的噬菌体可培养性和严苛的培养条件限制,而高通量测序技术所提供的海量基因组或宏基因组序列提供了噬菌体及细菌重要的序列信息,因此智能计算为预测噬菌体的细菌宿主范围提供了可行方法。本文从智能计算的角度对噬菌体的细菌宿主范围预测研究进行系统梳理,从噬菌体感染细菌的过程入手,描述配对预测模型所依赖的特征及其生物合理性,归纳宿主范围预测的智能模型、建模原理及预测策略,总结建模训练和评估所依赖的参考数据集与真实数据及评价指标。本文特别注意挖掘和分析各信息手段、模型、方法其背后的生物合理性及其依赖的生物机理。本综述期望推动基于智能算法的噬菌体的细菌宿主范围预测研究发展,并探索将生物先验结合人工智能实现噬菌体侵袭细菌宿主的本质机理推断,同时也为基于噬菌体的临床应用提供参考与借鉴。
