融合工程实践项目的风工程类实验教学探索

根据目前土木工程专业课实验教学现状,从重视程度、硬件条件、组织管理和考核方式四个方面分析存在的问题,提出以解决实际工程项目问题为主线的实验教学方法,采用“学生为中心,小组为单位”的教学模式,优化成绩评定标准,引导学生建立系统的知识体系,激发学生积极参与实验探索的兴趣和动力。以风荷载实验教学为例,讨论了教学改革方案的实施情况。从课后反馈可以看出,该教学方法培养了学生分析解决问题和团队协作能力,并明显提升了学生的科研创新能力,教学效果较为显著。

Under the background of the rapid development of the Internet, new energy vehicles (NEVs) have ushered in an excellent development opportunity. With the subsidy policy exiting, new energy vehicles are facing unprecedented challenges. One purpose of stimulating the NEVs through “Internet plus” initiative is to promote diversification of vehicle energy systems and advance industrial upgrading and transformation. On the premise of “Internet plus”, the paper analyses the obstacles and opportunities of new energy vehicles from four aspects, and proposes a promoting development model which includes management mode and profit mode, and constructs a promoting development framework which is about three stages of new energy vehicles. Finally, from the perspective of the new energy vehicle charging, the paper puts forward some policy advice to promote industrialization and popularization of new energy vehicles in China.

以莆田市主城区为例,采用形态学空间格局方法(MSPA)结合景观连通性分析筛选重要生态源地,运用最小累积阻力模型(MCR)与重力模型方法,提取研究区潜在生态廊道;同时结合水文分析模型(HY)识别研究区辐射廊道和生态节点,最终构建并优化莆田市生态廊道。结果表明:基于MSPA与景观连通性指数,共识别出14个核心源地;采用MCR与重力模型,共识别出29条廊道,一级廊道7条,二级廊道10条,三级廊道12条;结合水文分析法共识别出205条辐射廊道和53个生态功能节点,包括一级节点5个,二级节点17个,三级节点31个,确定各类型生态修复的关键区域,提取生态节点建设策略。本研究可为莆田市生态廊道构建及生态节点保护时序性研究提供科学依据。

Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most common and lethal malignancy in the central nervous system.1 One of the major difficulties in treatment is that the initial clinical diagnosis of GBM is already WHO grade IV,without recognizable lower-grade precursor *** number variations(CNVs)were found to appear in malignant cells several years before the initial diagnosis of GBM.2 Less differentiation and more aggressive phenotypes were observed in GBM cells with a higher degree of CNVs.3 Additionally,CNVs provide more accurate stratification of clinical outcomes than does the WHO grade system.4 Therefore,we reasoned that differentially expressed genes(DEGs)among GBM cells with different CNV statuses would be significant for the aggressiveness of *** we leveraged the single-cell RNA-sequencing(scRNA-seq)to construct the CNV profile of GBM at single-cell resolution,divided GBM cells into different clusters according to their CNV statuses,and investigated the molecular functions of DEGs among GBM *** a series of experiments,we identified anaphase-promoting complex subunit 11(ANAPC11)as a switch controlling the neuronal differentiation of GBM cells,providing a novel alternative for the development of differentiation-inducing therapy to overcome GBM.

Influence of the Randomness of Longitudinal Resistance of Ballast Bed on Track-Bridge Interaction

To get the influence of the randomness of longitudinal resistance of ballast bed (LRBB) on track-bridge interaction, the statistical law of LRBB was studied with existing test data and the Shapiro-Wilk test. Based on the principle of track-bridge interaction, a rail-sleeper-bridge-pier integrated simulation model that could consider the randomness of LRBB was established. Taking a continuous beam bridge for the heavy-haul railway as an example, the effect of the randomness of LRBB on the mechanical behavior of continuous welded rail (CWR) on bridges under typical conditions was carefully examined with a random sampling method and the simulation model. The results show that the LRBB corresponding sleeper displacement of 2 mm obeys a normal distribution. When the randomness of LRBB is considered, the amplitudes of rail expansion force, rail bending force, rail braking force and rail broken gap all follow normal distribution. As the standard deviations of the four indexes are small, which indicates the randomness of LRBB has little effect on track-bridge interaction. The distributions of the four indexes make it possible to design CWR on bridges with the limit state method.

Recent Advances in Two-Dimensional Magnets:Physics and Devices towards Spintronic Applications

The Daphniphyllum alkaloids represent a huge and growing group of architecturally complex natural products and has recently become a hot topic for synthetic chemists. Daphenylline is the first member found to contain a tetrasubstituted arene ring fused with another three all-carbon rings which is unprecedented in Daphniphyllum alkaloids[1]. Attracted by the structure novelty, we have developed Fridel-Crafts type Michael reaction[2] and [3+2] cycloaddition[3] strategies for ABCE skeleton and Diels-Alder/aromatization[4] strategy for DEF skeleton of dapheylline.

The emergence of low-dimensional nanomaterials has brought revolutionized development of magnetism,as the size effect can significantly influence the spin *** the first demonstration of truly two-dimensional magnetic materials(2DMMs)in 2017,a wide variety of magnetic phases and associated properties have been exhibited in these 2DMMs,which offer a new opportunity to manipulate the spin-based devices efficiently in the ***,we focus on the recent progress of 2DMMs and heterostructures in the aspects of their structural characteristics,physical properties,and spintronic ***,the microscopy characterization of the spatial arrangement of spins in 2D lattices is ***,the optical probes in the light-matter-spin interactions at the 2D scale are ***,particularly,we systematically summarize the recent work on the electronic and spintronic devices of *** the section of electronic properties,we raise several exciting phenomena in 2DMMs,i.e.,long-distance magnon transport,field-effect transistors,varying magnetoresistance behavior,and(quantum)anomalous Hall *** the section of spintronic applications,we highlight spintronic devices based on 2DMMs,e.g.,spin valves,spin-orbit torque,spin field-effect transistors,spin tunneling field-effect transistors,and spin-filter magnetic tunnel *** last,we also provide our perspectives on the current challenges and future expectations in this field,which may be a helpful guide for theorists and experimentalists who are exploring the optical,electronic,and spintronic properties of 2DMMs.

The single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of p53,in particular the codon 72 variants,has recently been implicated as a critical regulator in tumor ***,the underlying mechanism remains *** we found that cancer cells carrying codon 72-Pro variant of p53 showed impaired metastatic potential upon serine ***-wide mapping of p53-interacting proteins uncovered a specific interaction of the codon 72 proline variant(but not p5372R)with phosphoserine aminotransferase 1(PSAT1).Interestingly,p53^(72P)-PSAT1 interaction resulted in dissociation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γcoactivator 1α(PGC-1α)that otherwise bound to p53^(72P),leading to subsequent nuclear translocation of PGC-1αand activation of oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS)and tricarboxylic acid(TCA)*** of PSAT1 restored p53^(72P)-PGC-1αinteraction and impeded the OXPHOS and TCA function,resulting in mitochondrial dysfunction and metastasis ***,pharmacological targeting the PSAT1-p53^(72P)interaction by aminooxyacetic acid(AOA)crippled the growth of liver cancer cells carrying the p53^(72P)variant in both in vitro and patient-derived xenograft ***,AOA plus regorafenib,an FDA-proved drug for hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer,achieved a better anti-tumor effect on tumors carrying the p53^(72P)***,our findings identified a gain of function of the p53^(72P)variant on mitochondrial function and provided a promising precision strategy to treat tumors vulnerable to p53^(72P)-PSAT1 perturbation.
