O_(x)idative couplings of aliphatic alkynes are crucial for the production of naturally occurring 1,3-diynes.Herein we report the novel approach for effective synthesis of unsaturated coordinated N doped copper oxides(N-CuO_(x))catalyst,and uncover that N-CuO_(x) catalyst as an additive-free and cost-effective heterogeneous catalyst has highly catalytic performance for directly oxidative coupling of aliphatic alkynes.The key to achieve efficient oxidative coupling of aliphatic alkynes is the synergistic effect of N species and uncoordinated O/Cu species caused by N dopants,which undergoes the Langmuir–Hinshelwood reaction mechanism.The N-CuO_(x) catalyst displays~89.1%yield for hexadeca-7,9-diyne under mild conditions and stable reusability(5 cycles),showing significant advances compared with the traditionally copper oxides.These findings highlight the heteroatom dopants that provide a new methodology for designing efficient copper catalysts in synthesis of naturally occurring 1,3-diynes.

针对道路障碍物目标检测任务中多尺度目标检测精度低,以及在不同场景下检测鲁棒性和泛化能力差等问题。改进算法基于传统特征金字塔网络,提出一种自上而下和自下而上结合的双路径特征金字塔网络模块,通过特征拼接和融合操作保留预测特征层中更多的浅层和深层次语义信息。在此基础上,提出一种空间和通道机制串联的注意力网络模块,通过采用不降维的局部跨通道交互策略,进一步提升网络模型检测性能。经实验验证,改进算法相较于原始算法目标检测准确率提升4.6个百分点;小目标检测准确率提升11.76个百分点;中目标检测准确率提升5.78个百分点;大目标检测准确率提升3.7个百分点。

针对现有的深度学习车辆目标检测算法检测效率和检测精度不高的问题,提出了基于YOLOv5模型的VOD-YOLOv5(Vehicle Object Detection-YOLOv5)的车辆目标检测算法。采用新型的轻量级卷积神经模块(c3f)提升网络的特征提取能力;引入Coord Conv代替原模型中的普通卷积模块增强对位置信息的感知能力;融入空间和通道融合的注意力机制Shuffle Attention,提升对模糊图像中小目标的检测精度。在UA-DETRAC车辆检测数据集上的实验结果表明,和原YOLOv5模型相比,VOD-YOLOv5模型的平均准确率均值(mean Average Precision,mAP)约提升了3.42%,对不同目标类检测的平均准确率(Average Precision,AP)均有提升,且检测速度满足实时性需求。

Morphology-dependent activation of hydrogen peroxide with Cu_(2)O for tetracycline hydrochloride degradation in bicarbonate aqueous solution

The design of efficient heterogeneous catalysts in bicarbonate-activated hydrogen peroxide systems(BAP)is a hot topic in wastewater treatment.In this work,Cu_(2)O nanoparticles with different morphologies including cubic shape(c-Cu_(2)O),octahedron shape(o-Cu_(2)O)and spherical shape(s-Cu_(2)O),were applied in BAP for the first time to degrade tetracycline hydrochloride(TC).Compared with Cu^(2+)ions and CuO,TC degradation was boosted in the presence of Cu_(2)O in the BAP system,with the degradation rate following the order c-Cu_(2)O>o-Cu_(2)O>s-Cu_(2)O.The morphology-dependent effects could be linearly correlated with the ratio of surface oxygen species(O_S),but not with the surface area or Cu(Ⅰ)ratio.The c-Cu_(2)O catalyst with exposure of(100)facets contained 76.6%O_Sas the active site for H_(2)O_(2)adsorption and activation,while the value was much lower for o-Cu_(2)O and s-Cu_(2)O with dominant(111)facets.The presence of HCO_(3)-enhanced the interactions among Cu_(2)O,H_(2)O_(2)and TC,leading to facile oxidation of Cu(Ⅰ)to Cu(Ⅱ)by H_(2)O_(2),and the formation of various reactive species such as hydroxyl radicals and Cu(Ⅲ)contributed to TC degradation.This work provides a new method for enhancing H_(2)O_(2)activation with heterogeneous catalysts by crystal facet engineering.

Visual Object Detection: A Review

Achieving an ion-homogenizing and corrosion-resisting interface through nitro-coordination chemistry for stable zinc metal anodes

Object detection is a vitally important fundamental task in computer vision, and is applied in a number of scenarios including autonomous driving, robots, and industrial detection. Since 2014, object detection has become a research focus with the introduction of deep learning, which attracted a lot of attention. Even though object detection has developed rapidly in recent years with the power of deep learning, the ideas and motivations of many new models are still inspired by traditional algorithms. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the technical evolution of object detection to grasp its future direction. This paper provides a short survey on object detection, focusing on a comprehensive review of the technical development history in the past two decades. Secondly, the characteristics of each development period are summarized and some research hotspots in recent three years are given out. Then, the typical applications of object detection are illustrated. Finally, the paper discusses the possible challenges and development directions of object detection in the future.

Suppression of uncontrollable dendrite growth and water-induced side reactions of Zn metal anodes is crucial for achieving long-lasting cycling stability and facilitating the practical implementations of aqueous Zn-metal batteries.To address these challenges,we report in this study a functional nitro-cellulose interfacial layer(NCIL)on the surface of Zn anodes enlightened by a nitro-coordination chemistry strategy.The NCIL exhibits strong zincophilicity and superior coordination capability with Zn^(2+)due to the highly electronegative and highly nucleophilic nature of the nitro functional group.This characteristic facilitates a rapid Zn-ion desolvation process and homogeneous Zn plating,effectively preventing H_(2) evolution and dendrite formation.Additionally,the negatively charged surface of NCIL acts as a shield,repelling SO_(4)^(2-)anions and inhibiting corrosive reactions on the Zn surface.Remarkably,reversible and stable Zn plating/stripping is achieved for over 5100 h at a current density of 1 mA cm^(-2),which is nearly 30 times longer than that of bare Zn anodes.Furthermore,the Zn/V_(2)O_(5) full cells with the functional interface layer deliver a high-capacity retention of 80.3%for over 10,000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1).This research offers valuable insights for the rational development of advanced protective interface layers in order to achieve ultra-long-lifeZnmetal batteries.

基于Maxwell-Mohr定理建立活塞环自由型线模型,活塞环自由型线和截面尺寸作为输入建立了活塞环/缸套的三维有限元接触模型,得到活塞环/缸套接触力.设计并搭建了活塞环周向张力测量试验台,通过试验很难测得活塞环/缸套整个接触面的接触力(分布力),而只能测得有限个点的支反力(集中力).提出了分布力与集中力的等效原理模型,实现了对活塞环/缸套接触力模型的验证.结果表明:试验结果与仿真结果在345°位置处有最大误差为8.75%,其他位置具有较好的一致性,整体误差在可接受范围内.该模型为活塞环设计提供了理论依据,且可作为活塞环摩擦、润滑分析的输入,来提高计算的准确性.

为提高道路目标检测精度,基于YOLOv5网络模型,引入自底向上的PANet网络结构,以增强特征融合;采用具有方向感知与位置信息的目标注意力机制,以增强对目标位置的感知能力;增加了一个YOLO检测头,以增强对小目标的学习能力。采用改进的CIOU(ICIOU)目标回归损失函数,使得整个模型对图像特征的学习能力和目标检测精度显著提升。实验结果表明,该模型在华为SODA10M数据集下的mAP达到了68.2%,相比原YOLOv5网络mAP提升了15.4个百分点,检测精度得到了明显提升。在此基础上,对图像尺寸对检测时间和精度的影响进行探索,结果表明适当增大图像输入尺寸,可以在检测速度下降不大(23.3个百分点)的前提下,使得mAP明显提升(3.8个百分点)。

Staphylococcus aureus is a serious foodborne pathogen threatening food safety and public health.Especially the emergence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)increased the difficulty of S.aureus treatment.Staphyloxanthin is a crucial virulence factor of S.aureus.Blocking staphyloxanthin production could help the host immune system counteract the invading S.aureus cells.In this study,we first screened for staphyloxanthin inhibitors using a virtual screening method.The outcome of the virtual screening method resulted in the identification of eugenol(300μg/mL),which significantly inhibits the staphyloxanthin production in S.aureus ATCC 29213,S.aureus Newman,MRSA ATCC 43300 and MRSA ATCC BAA1717by 84.2%,63.5%,68.1%,and 79.5%,respectively.The outcome of the growth curve assay,field-emission scanning electron,and confocal laser scanning microscopy analyses confirmed that eugenol at the test concentration did not affect the morphology and growth of S.aureus.Moreover,the survival rate of S.aureus ATCC 29213 and MRSA ATCC 43300 under H_(2)O_(2) pressure decreased to 51.9%and 45.5%in the presence of eugenol,respectively.The quantitative RT-PCR and molecular simulation studies revealed that eugenol targets staphyloxanthin biosynthesis by downregulating the transcription of the crtM gene and inhibiting the activity of the CrtM enzyme.Taken together,we first determined that eugenol was a prominent compound for staphyloxanthin inhibitor to combat S.aureus especially MRSA infections.
