"Who will feed China?"This was a question raised by Lester Brown,the director of the World Watch Institute in the United States,in *** predicted that China's grain production would decrease from 340 million tons in 1990 to 272 million tons by 2030,a 20%decrease,while China's population would reach 1.6 billion(Brown,1995).If the dietary structure was not improved,China would need to import 200-369 million tons of grain,equivalent to the global grain trade at the *** projected the high possibility of a food crisis in China,which might further trigger a global food ***,with the joint efforts of national agricultural researchers,represented by Yuan Longping,and the Chinese government,China's grain production has achieved 18 consecutive increases from 2004 to *** 2022,grain production in China reached 633 million tons(NBS and Statistics,2022),while the population remained stable at 1.4 *** a result,China has achieved complete self-sufficiency in its staple food supply and has demonstrated to the international community through practical actions that the Chinese people can feed themselves.

Uric acid (UA) is a naturally antioxidant that is strongly associated with the development and progression of Parkinson’s disease (PD). The purine diet is an important exogenous pathway that modulates blood UA levels. Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is an important tool for PD treatment. This study aimed to explore the effects of preoperative purine diet on the prognosis of patients with PD after DBS. 64 patients with PD who underwent DBS were included in this study， and their clinical data， blood UA values， and daily purine intake. Patients were followed up for improvement 1 year after surgery. We found that patient higher purine intake was strongly associated with the rate of improvement after DBS and was a protective factor for patient prognosis. Daily purine intake from meat and seafood was significantly higher in the responsive patients than in the less-responsive patients. Mediation analysis showed that UA mediated 78% of the effect of purine intake on motor symptom improvement after DBS. In summary， we observed that purine intake is strongly associated with the rate of improvement in motor symptoms after STN-DBS in patients with PD. This study provides a reference for preoperative diet planning in patients with Parkinson’s disease undergoing DBS.

In order to elucidate the origin and migration of basinal brines in the Bachu Bulge, Tarim Basin, we have carried out analyses on chemical composition, and boron, hydrogen and oxygen isotopes of formation waters together with the XRD of clay minerals from the Paleozoic strata. The waters show Ca, B, Li and Sr enrichment and SO4 depletion in the Carboniferous and Ordovician and K enrichment in part of the Ordovician relative to seawater. The relationship between δD and δ^18O shows that all the data of the waters decline towards the Global Meteoric Water Line with the intersection of them close to the present-day local meteoric water, suggesting that modern meteoric water has mixed with evaporated seawater. The ^87Sr/^86Sr ratios range from 0.7090 to 0.7011, significantly higher than those of the contemporary seawater. The δ^11B values range from ＋19.7 to ＋32.3‰, showing a decrease with the depth and B concentrations. The results suggest that isotopically distinct B and Sr were derived from external sources. However, since the percentages of illite are shown to increase with depth among clay minerals in the study area, i.e., illite is due to precipitation rather than leaching during deeper burial, it is unlikely for illite to have contributed a significant amount of B to the waters. Thus, B with low δ^11B values is interpreted to have been added mainly from thermal degradation of kerogen or the basalts in the Cambrian and Lower Ordovician.

高标准农田建设对于增强农业综合生产能力,促进农业可持续发展具有重要意义。基于此,选取陕西省关中地区1725份农户调研数据,构建非期望产出的SBM模型测算农业环境技术效率,采用iv-tobit模型和中介效应检验方法实证研究高标准农田建设程度对农业环境技术效率的影响效应。结果显示:一是样本农户农业环境技术效率较低,均值仅为0.37,仍处于较低水平;二是高标准农田建设对农业环境技术效率具有直接正向影响;三是农业社会化服务规模和农业社会化服务环节在高标准农田建设影响农业环境技术效率的过程中发挥中介效应;四是高标准农田建设在山地、丘陵地区,基础设施更完善的村庄和经营规模更大的农户中对农业环境技术效率的促进作用更强。因此,应加强对农业绿色发展的重视程度,强化土地治理,扶持农业社会化服务市场发育,提升农业农村现代化水平。

目的分析通关藤口服液对肺癌合并慢性支气管炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法采用回顾性研究方法,收集2018年1月—2020年2月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院肿瘤科门诊治疗的38例肺癌合并慢性支气管炎患者的临床资料,根据用药情况分为通关藤组19例和脾氨肽组19例。其中,通关藤组予通关藤口服液治疗,脾氨肽组予脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的CAT评分、中医证候(咳嗽、咳痰、喘息)评分、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、中性粒细胞计数/淋巴细胞计数比值(NLR)、治疗后1年内慢性支气管炎急性加重次数。结果治疗后,两组患者CAT评分、中医证候(咳嗽、咳痰、喘息)评分、CRP、NLR均显著降低(P<0.05)。组间相比,通关藤组CAT评分、咳嗽和喘息评分、CRP、NLR均低于脾氨肽组(P<0.05)。通关藤组治疗后1年内慢性支气管炎急性加重次数为(1.21±0.89)次,少于脾氨肽组的(2.84±1.66)次(P<0.05)。结论通关藤口服液可以显著改善肺癌合并慢性支气管炎患者咳嗽、喘息症状,减少慢性支气管炎急性加重次数,可能与改善机体炎症状态有关。

为了有效识别柴达木盆地三湖坳陷岩性生物气藏,以台南—台东地区为研究区,开展微生物勘探技术试验研究。东西向长24 km的采样测线横穿工区,在各采样点(间隔150 m)采集20 cm深度处的土壤200 g,样品共156个,由美国GMT公司完成甲烷氧化菌分析。结果显示,研究区20 cm深度处土壤湿度可维持甲烷氧化菌的生长;pH值平均为8.20,不抑制甲烷氧化菌生长;大量样品全盐盐度大于20%,高盐度降低了甲烷氧化菌的浓度,但气藏区与非气藏区微生物浓度差别显著,气藏上方盐度高达50%以上仍发育微生物异常;而且探井试气产量与其上方微生物浓度呈显著正相关,表明微生物勘探技术适用于三湖坳陷。利用微生物异常判断,在台南9井东侧1 km处、台南气田西侧边界以外可能存在含气丰度高于台南9井的岩性气藏,是较为有利的勘探目标区。
