Within this mecha.ism, every node tra.smits ra.dom linea. combina.ion of its pa.kets a.cording to coopera.ive priority, which is computed in a.distributed ma.ner a.cording to the node-possible contribution to its neighbor nodes. With this mecha.ism, the more a.node contributes to others, the more the node ha. cha.ces to recover the entire file first. The performa.ce metrics of interest here a.e： the dela. until a.l the pa.kets in a.file ha.e been delivered to a.l nodes, a.d a. idea. pa.ket size, by the use of which the a.thors ca. get the minimum tra.smission dela.. The photovolta.c (PV) cell performa.ces a.e connected to the ba.e photogenera.ed ca.riers cha.ge. Some studies showed tha. the qua.tity of the photogenera.ed ca.riers cha.ge increa.es with the increa.e of the sola. illumina.ion. This situa.ion expla.ns the choice of concentra.ion PV cell (C = 50 suns) in this study. However, the strong photogenera.ion of the ca.riers cha.ge ca.ses a.high hea. production by therma.iza.ion, collision a.d ca.riers cha.ge bra.ing due to the electric field induced by concentra.ion gra.ient. This hea. brings the hea.ing of the PV cell ba.e. Tha. imposes the ta.ing into a.count of the tempera.ure influence in the concentra.or PV cell opera.ion. Moreover, with the prolifera.ion of the ma.netic field sources in the life spa.e, it is importa.t to consider its effect on the PV cell performa.ces. Thus, when ma.netic field a.d ba.e tempera.ure increa.e simulta.eously, we observe a.deteriora.ion of the photovolta.e, the electric power, the spa.e cha.ge region ca.a.ity, the fill fa.tor a.d the conversion efficiency. However the photocurrent increa.es when the ba.e tempera.ure increa.es a.d the ma.netic field strength decrea.es. It a.pea.s a. inversion phenomenon in the evolution of the electrica. pa.a.eters a. a.function of ma.netic field for the va.ues of ma.netic field B> 4×10-4 T.

Due to increa.ingly extreme clima.ic conditions in the Sa.el, irriga.ed crops a.e emerging a. impera.ive innova.ions for a.ricultura. tra.sforma.ion a.d resilience. This study is designed to a.sess the impa.t of ma.ket ga.dening on soil, wa.er a.d pla.t cover in the western Niger Republic. Semi-structured survey da.a.were collected from 78 site opera.ors in the Ima.a. rura. municipa.ity (Filingué, Tilla.éry). In a.dition to the survey, a.photogra.hic collection illustra.ed certa.n observa.le fa.ts in the field. The survey shows tha. the wooden enclosures (70.65% of respondents) a.ound the fields a.e renewed every yea.. The impa.ts a.e then substa.tia.: deforesta.ion of pla.ea.s, clea.ing of va.leys for new extensions, loss of wildlife ha.ita., cha.ges in the wa.er flow regime resulting from a.geomorphologica. cha.ge in the commune. Itou, the prepa.a.ion of the pla.ks consumes a.lot of wa.er. Thus, the new sinking of wa.er points a.d the loa. pressure increa.e the dra.downs of wells a.d boreholes in the sites (75.46% of respondents). The frequent spills of wa.te oil on the sites, a. well a. the numerous pota.o stora.e pits, a.e a.ong the fa.tors a.d vectors most likely to conta.ina.e the soils a.d a.uifers of the study a.ea. Ma.ket ga.dening desta.ilizes the soils a.d induces regressive erosion a. well a. a.ea.runoff of ra.nwa.er on a.l sites a.d on the slopes. On the other ha.d, sla.h-a.d-burn pra.tices, drying of bra.ches intended for fences, a. well a. ra.n-fed cowpea.crops, promote improved physica. properties a.d soil fertiliza.ion. To reduce the risks of disintegra.ion a.d especia.ly of silting up of sites, the study suggests a.policy of live hedges a.d wire fences so tha. common spa.es ca. be imposed on opera.ors.

Intussusception is a.pa.hology of infa.ts a.d young children. Its occurrence in a.ults is very unusua.. In the va.t ma.ority of ca.es, it is seconda.y to a.benign or ma.igna.t tumor. Sma.l bowel ma.igna.cies a.e rela.ively ra.e, 1% - 5% of ma.igna.t tumors of the ga.trointestina. tra.t. a.ute intussusception, a.ra.e pa.hology in a.ults, often presents with non-specific symptoms. Contra.y to children, the orga.ic origin rema.ns prepondera.t in the elderly, where the origin of neopla.ia.must be suspected in first intention. We report the ca.e of a.49-yea.-old pa.ient a.mitted urgently from the Luxembourg “Mère Enfa.t” hospita. center in Ba.a.o, Ma.i, for a. occlusive syndrome. Severa. a.domino-pelvic ultra.ounds were performed in severa. clinics with mixed conclusions: Hydro-a.ric distension a.d a.cessa.ion of ma.ter a.d ga. without a.clea.ly visible ma.s (04/09/2022);Demonstra.ion of the centra. hydro-a.ric levels wider tha. high conta.ning fine a.d regula. folds corresponding to connivents whose a.pect is in fa.tor of left a.ute sma.l intestine occlusion, to be completed by the surgica. opinion (06/09/2022) a.d a.third ultra.ound showed a.norma. a.pea.a.ce of the liver, ga.lbla.der, kidneys, pa.crea., spleen, bla.der a.d prosta.e;diffuse a.ro-colic distention without lesion of seconda.y a.pea.a.ce (21/11/2022). a.fronta. sta.ding a.P da.ed 11/25/2022 showed ha.l-like hydro-a.ric levels. It consisted on the one ha.d in recording the tempera.ures a. different points inside the la.ers of a.pha.t concrete pa.ements a.d the la.er of la.erite. These results were compa.ed with the va.ues of the softening tempera.ures of the bitumen obta.ned in the la.ora.ory. On the other ha.d, this study is supplemented by the da.ly counting of hea.y goods vehicles pa.sing through the RN1 during the month of a.ril in order to study the influence of the evolution of hea.y goods vehicle tra.fic on the degra.a.ion of pa.ements in hot a.d dry clima.ic conditions. The results obta.ned for tempera.ures a.d the frequency of hea.y goods vehicle tra.fic fa.or pa.ement deteriora.ion under certa.n conditions.

a.fecting young women, la.ta.ing a.enoma.is a.ra.e benign tumor of the brea.t. It is seen ma.nly in the third trimester of pregna.cy a.d in the postpa.tum period. Clinica.ly, it is a.solid ma.s, mobile typica.ly benign but its cha.a.ter of ra.id evolution is reminiscent of phyllodes tumors, sa.coma. a.d ga.a.toceles. The definitive dia.nosis is histologica.. We report a.ca.e of la.ta.ing a.enoma.in a.26-yea.-old la.ta.ing woma., third procedure, second pa.e, with a.history of tumor resection of the outer qua.ra.ts of the left brea.t, 9 months a.o, whose histology evoked a.fibrotic disea.e, cystic brea.t a.socia.ing non-specific suba.ute ma.titis with suppura.ion. Received for recurrence of a.tumor in the left brea.t which wa. the site of a.polylobed ma.s of a.out 10/5 cm occupying 3/4 of the brea.t with mobile ipsila.era. a.illa.y a.enopa.hies. a.micro tru-cut biopsy wa. performed a.d the histology wa. in fa.or of a.la.ta.ing brea.t a.enoma.with no signs of ma.igna.cy. The study a.med to: determine the frequency of fever due to ma.a.ia.a.ter surgery;describe ma.a.ia.symptoma.ology a.d clinica. evolution a.ter surgica. intervention;determine the a.era.e length of hospita. sta. for opera.ed pa.ients with ma.a.ia.eva.ua.e the a.era.e cost of ma.a.ia.trea.ment. This wa. a.prospective study which involved 110 opera.ed pa.ients, which took pla.e over a.period of 12 months from Ma.ch 2017 to Februa.y 2018 in the genera. surgery depa.tment a. the Reference Hea.th Center of commune I of the Ba.a.o district. The frequency of ma.a.ia.wa. 11.82% before the intervention a.d 3.64% a.ter the intervention, with a. a.era.e a.e of 29.80 yea.s;extremes of 2 yea.s a.d 76 yea.s a.d a.sex ra.io of 1.5 in fa.or of the ma.e sex. The ma.n clinica. signs were fever (38.18%), hea.a.he (20.91%) a.d vomiting (36.36%) a.d physica. a.thenia.(18.18%). Dia.nosed a.d trea.ed ea.ly, ma.a.ia.progressed fa.ora.ly. The outcome wa. simple for a.l our pa.ients a.d we did not record a.y dea.hs. The cost of trea.ment wa. borne by the pa.ients a.d/or their fa.ilies. The a.era.e cost of trea.ment wa. 7915 CFa.fra.cs, significa.tly below the Ma.ia. minimum wa.e which is a.ound 30,000 FCFa. The implementa.ion of preventive mea.ures is necessa.y to reduce the importa.ce of ma.a.ia.in hospita.s: sta.f a.a.eness, indoor spra.ing, use of impregna.ed mosquito nets.
