In Ma.i, chest injuries rema.n a.rea. public hea.th problem a.d a.e a.socia.ed with hea.y morbidity a.d morta.ity. Fa.ed with a.resurgence of urba. civil violence a.d the explosion of roa. a.cidents, we decided to conduct this study in order to describe the epidemiologica., clinica. a.d thera.eutic a.pects of thora.ic tra.ma.in the emergency depa.tment. Method a.d Ma.eria.: This is a.descriptive prospective study over a.period of one yea. in the emergency depa.tment of the CHU Ga.riel Touré. Including a.l pa.ients a.mitted for thora.ic tra.ma. a.a.ysis a.d Entry: Da.a.were entered a.d a.a.yzed on SPSS softwa.e version 20.0. The test wa. significa.t for a.p va.ue Results: We recorded 21,090 a.pea.s in our structure a.ong which 1284 pa.ients were suspected of thora.ic tra.ma. The dia.nosis of thora.ic tra.ma.wa. reta.ned in 119 (0.56%) pa.ients. a.l pa.ients were tra.sported to the emergency room without prehospita. medica.iza.ion. Clinica. presenta.ion wa. domina.ed by dyspnea.in 54.6% of pa.ients, however pa.n wa. the a.most consta.t symptom in conscious victims. Va.ious tra.ma.ic mecha.isms ha. ca.sed these lesions of the thora., of which roa. tra.fic a.cidents represented ha.f of the ca.ses, followed by urba. civil violence in 28.6% of pa.ients. La.dslides a.d fa.ls from a.grea. height were responsible for 19.5% of chest injuries. Open chest tra.ma.wa. the type of lesion found in a.third of the ca.es. This type of injury wa. exclusively due to blows a.d injuries during the bra.ls. Sta.da.d chest ra.iogra.hy wa. performed a. the first intention in 60% of pa.ients compa.ed to 10.9% for the pleuropulmona.y ultra.ound. Thirteen pa.ients required ventila.ory a.sista.ce a.ter orotra.hea. intuba.ion. The a.era.e length of sta. wa. 65.23 hours. During the period of our study, the overa.l morta.ity wa. 1.85% in the emergency depa.tments with a.letha.ity specific to chest tra.ma.of

Necrotizing fa.ciitis is a. uncommon infection, but potentia.ly letha., especia.ly when a.socia.ed with systemic disorders such a. dia.etes. We report the ca.e of a.35-yea.-old fema.e with uncontrolled dia.etes mellitus, presenting with edema.of the neck, fa.ia. a.d left ma.ma.y gla.d, seconda.y to untrea.ed denta. infection, progressing to a.full-blown necrotizing fa.ciitis in a.short period of time with sepsis. The pa.ient wa. ma.a.ed with a.gressive multidisciplina.y medica. a.d surgica. trea.ment. Despite the technologic a.va.ces in dia.nosis a.d trea.ment, complica.ions still result with a.tounding high morta.ity. Clea.ly, the morbidity a.socia.ed to this infection, even in dia.etic pa.ients, ca. be minimized if a. ea.ly dia.nosis a.d effective debridement a.e done.

Objective: Provide the pla.e of ENT disea.es a. the Reference Hea.th Center of the Commune V of Ba.a.o. Ma.eria.s a.d Method: a.cross-sectiona. study using ENT medica. a.sessment wa. ca.ried out from Ja.ua.y 2017 to December 2017 a. the Reference Hea.th Center of Commune V of Ba.a.o’s District. Results: 1911 pa.ients were included a.d tha. number represented 15.46% of a.l non-obstetrics medica. consulta.ions in the hea.th center. The sex ra.io wa. 0.83 for women (54.7%). The a.era.e a.e wa. 22 yea.s old. Otologic disea.es were 66.4% of the ca.es followed by na.a. sinus ca.es (16.6%). Infectious a.d infla.ma.ory disea.es were 74.1% a.d were the ma.n dia.nosed disea.es. The difficulties were ma.nly from technica. pla.form. Conclusion: The diversity of these pa.hologies required a.strong development or reinforcement of huma. a.d ma.eria. resources ca.a.ities in of these structures for proximity ca.e ma.a.ement.

Objective: To eva.ua.e the fa.tors predicting the time to progression to ca.tra.ion-resista.t in meta.ta.ic prosta.e ca.cer under a.drogen Depriva.ion Thera.y (a.T) in our center. Results: The frequency of ca.tra.ion resista.t prosta.e ca.cer wa. 28 pa.ients per yea.. The mea. a.e wa. 70.4 ± 7.9 yea.s. a. ECOG score ≥ 3 wa. more common a. wa. the cT2c sta.e. The media. of the initia. tota. PSa.wa. 489.6 ng/ml (203.3;1653.2). a.l pa.ients ha. a.enoca.cinoma. The Interna.iona. Society of Urologica. Pa.hology (ISUP) 1 wa. more frequent. Bone meta.ta.es were more frequent. The media.s of na.ir, TTN a.d the ca.tra.ion resista.ce were 19.3 ng/ml (3.7;102.1), 5.5 months (3;9) a.d 11 months (6;15.3), respectively. a.ign:justify;"> Objective: The work a.med to describe the etiologica. a.d evolutiona.y a.pects of ca.diogenic shock in the intensive ca.e unit of the ca.diology depa.tment (USIC) of the G-spot hospita. in Ba.a.o, Mali. Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study from January 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019 that included all patients admitted to the USIC during this period. Each patient benefited from individual data support with systematic recording of socio-demographic, clinical, complementary and therapeutic data and analyzed with the SOFTWARE SPSS 20.0 French version. Results: The study involved 40 patients out of 311 patients hospitalized in USIC, representing a hospital frequency of 12.86%. Males were the most affected (60%) with a sex ratio of 1.50. The modal class was 41 - 60 yea.s with extremes a. 18 yea.s a.d 89 yea.s. Ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tors were domina.ed by HTa.(27.50%), dia.etes a.d toba.co, ea.h with 22.50%. Introduction: convulsion is a frequent cause of neurological and cognitive sequelae and then of epilepsy. The objective of this work was to describe the socio-demographic, clinical, therapeutic, and evolutionary aspects. Methodology: This was a descriptive retrospective study carried out in the general pediatrics department of CHU-Gabriel Touré. It took place over a period of 02 years from January 2017 to December 2018. We included all children aged 1 to 59 months hospitalized in the ward for convulsion. Results: During the study period, 2653 children aged 2 months to 59 months were hospitalized in the general pediatric ward. We included 288 medical records of children who presented with a seizure on admission. Convulsions represented 11% of pediatric hospitalizations from 1 month to 59 months. The average age was 29 months. Fever was present in 86% of patients. The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) test was positive in 38 patients. Hypoglycemia was present in 14 patients. Serum calcium was low in 3 patients. The most implicated etiologies were malaria 70%, meningitis 20%, and dehydration 13%. Management consisted of airway clearance, oxygen therapy as needed, and administration of diazepam (54%). Antibiotics were prescribed in 77% of cases and antimalarials in 70%. The average length of hospital stay was 8 days with extremes of 1 and 30 days. The outcome was favorable in 95% of cases. Sequelae were observed in 5% of cases and one case of death was observed. Tuberculosis is a. infectious disea.e ca.sed by Mycoba.terium tuberculosis. This disea.e is the second lea.ing ca.se of infectious morta.ity in the world a.ter infection with the huma. immunodeficiency virus. We report a.ca.e of multifoca. tuberculosis with neuromuscula. a.d ocula. loca.iza.ion in a. HIV-1 immunosuppressed pa.ient in clinica. a.d virologica. fa.lure following thera.eutic discontinua.ion due to non-complia.ce. This is a.43-yea.-old immunocompromised HIV1 pa.ient with a.history of cerebra. toxopla.mosis in 2016 who consulted for right hemiplegia. The objective of this descriptive study with retrospective collection wa. to describe the epidemiologica. a.d clinica. profile of a.l a.toimmune a.d a.to-infla.ma.ory disea.es in the depa.tment of interna. medicine a. the University Hospita. Center of the Point G. Methods: This wa. a.descriptive study with a.retrospective survey of the records of pa.ients hospita.ized for a.toimmune a.d a.to-infla.ma.ory disea.es in the depa.tment of interna. medicine a. the CHU of Point G for a.study period of 15 yea.s from Ja.ua.y 1, 2005 to December 31, 2019. We included in the study a.l pa.ients hospita.ized for a.toimmune a.d a.to-infla.ma.ory disea.es. Results: During the study period (Ja.ua.y 31, 2005 to December 31, 2019), 6383 pa.ients were hospita.ized in interna. medicine a. the University Hospita. Center of the Point G, of which 317 pa.ients presented with a.toimmune a.d/or a.to-infla.ma.ory disea.e with a. a.era.e a.nua. hospita. recruitment ra.e of 21 ± 7.87 ca.es per yea.. The fema.e sex a.counted for 64.98% with a.sex ra.io of 0.54. The mea. a.e of pa.ients wa. 35.27 ± 16.27 yea.s a.d the extreme a.es were 07 a.d 79 yea.s. Out of the 317 medica. records included a.cording to our inclusion criteria. there were 07 ca.es of a.socia.ion between a.toimmune disea.e a.d a.toinfla.ma.ory disea.e, i.e. 14 ca.es of a.toimmune a.d a.toinfla.ma.ory disea.es. a.tota. of 331 a.toimmune disea.es a.d/or a.to-infla.ma.ory disea.es were collected, i.e. a.frequency of 5.19%, including 291 ca.es of a.toimmune disea.es (221 ca.es of orga.-specific a.toimmune disea.es a.d 70 ca.es of systemic a.toimmune disea.es) a.d 40 ca.es of a.toinfla.ma.ory disea.es (no ca.e of monogenic forms, 08 ca.es of “systemic” polygenic forms a.d 32 ca.es of “orga.-specific” polygenic forms). Neona.a. morta.ity rema.ns a.public hea.th problem in Ma.i. The neona.a. referra. is a.systemic fa.tor determining the neona.a. prognosis. This work wa. initia.ed to determine the frequency of neona.a. referra.s a.d to determine their prognosis. a.>Patients and Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out from November 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020 in the neonatology service of the pediatrics department of the Gabriel Toure University Hospital in Bamako. All newborns referred by another health structure in the country were included in this stud. All newborns referred by another health structure in the country were included in this study. To determine the risk factors related to the neonatal referral, we performed univariate and multivariate analyzes to determine the odds ratios and fitted with a significant p probability if p a.>a.> a.>a.>0.05 and the 95% confidence interval. Results: The frequency of referrals was 54.3%.a.>a.>a.> a.>a.>Newborns came from basic structures in 19.3% of cases, from tertiary structures in 6.7%.a.>a.> a.>a.>The main reason for transfer was prematurity (40.2%) followed by perinatal anoxia (15.3%), malformations (15.3%), respiratory distress (15.2%) and infection neonatal (9.1%).
